V restorane eda ot shefa na lyuboy vkus. V SPA - professionaly vysshego urovnya. Protsedury podobrany spetsificheski pod kazhdogo gostya, v udobnoe dlya nego vremya, provodyatsya ne tolko masterski, no i ot vsego serdtsa. Kazhdyy prikosnuvshiysya (i v pryamom, i v perenosnom smysle) k nam chelovek ostavil neizgladimo-priyatnyy sled v nashey dushe (ne govorya uzhe o zdorove nashego tela). Osobenno hochu poblagodarit i voshititsya otnosheniem menedzhera Natali. My iz Izrailya. V svyazi s nyneshnim polozheniem, reys v Vilnyus aerokompaniya otmenila. Leteli cherez Varshavu, s zaderzhkoy na neskolko dney. Natalya pomogla nam smestit otdyh, vybrat udobnyy dlya nas lechebnyy paket. Nas vstretili sredi nochi, v komnatah nas zhdala legkaya zakuska, chtoby ne legli spat golodnymi. (Tozhe samoe pri nochnom otezde - suhoy paek na dorogu...) Natalya byla s nami na svyazi v techenii vsego otdyha, sovetovala gde i kak provesti vremya, chto posmotret, gde pogulyat i, dazhe, chto kupit. Sozdalos vpechatlenie, chto my znakomy i druzhim mnogie gody... Spasibo bolshoe vsem-vsem-vsem! My uzhe gotovimsya vernutsya k vam v budushchem godu.

True, there are few real five-star hotels in Lithuania, but this is definitely one of them. If the emphasis on everything remains the same, we will be glad that we have found another place to come back to and bring friends. Thanks for a great weekend to the whole team!

It is gratifying that the green hotel Amberton accepts people's criticism and tries to greet its guests with all the comments next time. I would venture to say that not every hotel takes into account customer dissatisfaction. When we first visited Amberton, there were some such problems, but we decided to come here again, and we were definitely not disappointed. I would especially like to thank and highlight the manager Natalia, who not only greeted us warmly, but also ensured the highest level of rest throughout our stay. My family and I really liked the atmosphere of the hotel, here you feel that the Iberians are happy and appreciate you. We will definitely come back here more than once.

Very nice, helpful staff. Luxury rooms. Air conditioners. "Smart" beds. Saunas, pool, jacuzzi, spa. Breakfast is amazing. The city center is nearby. I recommend it.

Ochen professionalnyy ,zabotlivyy i privetlivyy personal, Nomera komfortnye ,chistye ,oborudovany vsem neobhodimym. Eda vkusnaya i raznoobraznaya. Osobaya blagodarnost vsem spetsialistam SPA . Bylo vse prosto volshebno. Ochen dovolny rabotoy menedzhera Natali. Ona vo vsem pomogala nam. A trudnosti u nas byli nemalye (strahovoy sluchay) . Natalya vsegda byla s nami na svyazi, pomogala nam vo vsem ,my ne byli odinoki. Uvereny ,chto eto ne bylo ee sluzhebnoy obyazannostyu . Eto bylo prosto po-chelovecheski. Spasibo bolshoe vsemu personalu Mana . Eto to mesto, kuda hochetsya vernutsya.

Very good location, perfect breakfast, nice staff—particularly a gentleman who escorted us to our room—were extremely supportive. Comfortable beds.

The SPA pool area and saunas are not too big. The KOBIDO massage wasn't anything special. There are very few places for free parking next to the hotel and the private parking is 15eur/day

So, all in all, the hotel boasts a fresh, stylish ambiance, providing a cozy atmosphere. The beds are not only smart but also comfortable. Helpful staff and amazing breakfast with Mimosas.

Exclusive experience about sleep, food, relax spa, atmosphere. Great service. Great breakfast. Not big, but nice and high level spa area. Very clean. Interior details in high level. We had a small private birthday celebration and restaurant contributed with small cake with candle. That was nice gesture.

Overall, the hotel's location is very good, and it is a new hotel built four years ago. I liked the customer comment that the designer was suffering from deep depression. There was an unpleasant smell in the shower cabin. There are ventilation issues because the air in the rooms is heavy; it was necessary to keep the doors open at night. I think they overdid it with functional beds and LED lighting, resulting in insufficient lighting in the rooms. The rooms are very small.

I really enjoyed staying here. Zero gravity bed was amazing. It was really nice to put your feet up after walking 15-20k steps around the city. The room was dark and with good soundproofing, so you don’t have to worry about the neighbors and their kids too much.

I tried floating treatment and spring ritual massage, and both were very good and relaxing. After wrapping, my skin stayed really soft for at least another week.

Breakfast was also very good. It wasn't anything groundbreaking, just regular things very well made and tasty. There were also gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.

You can feel that this hotel opened only recently because everything felt new and untouched. And those dark earthy tones really worked on me. I had great sleep in here.

Absolutely amazing hotel & spa. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Super clean, nice and cozy place. Perfect interior, professional and friendly staff. Comfortable beds, high quality materials. It also has a fancy restaurant. Loved it!
