The hotel has seen better days but it’s a decent value choice for a short stay. We stayed for one night.
The biggest problem with the building is it’s poorly planned as a hotel. The rooms are mediocre and no-frills, but clean. The lack of proper AC/ventilation is felt, the air in the room can be stuffy. The curtain/drain situation is also quite strange: chances are, the floor will be wet.
Service is friendly and helpful. There’s a decent pretty basic breakfast which is also on the plus side. Wi-Fi worked fine. There’s a small parking lot behind it (subject to availability).
All in all, you get what you pay for. Cleanliness and friendly service have satisfied me enough.

When you enter, a sense of 'cheap' starts ringing in your head. After a while, 'dilapidating' adds to it, as well. Noisy doors without seals, table top lifts of, and shelve doors jam... jacuzzi with elements falling off it... oh well 🤣
Then you go to the loo and find... no toilet paper or air freshener existing 🤣
No shower gel. No gowns after bath or to go to the SPA, either.
Wanna know where the worst coffee is being brewn? Yep. You got that right. Here 🤣 no coffee maker to use as an alternative, btw. 🤣
So, you got that right, folks. I highly recommend the place for you 🤣

We had a booking but when we arrived at 23:30 they told us that the hotel was full ("problems with bookings") and said we should go to another hotel where somebody would wait for us. Unfortunately, nobody waited for us there, reception was empty and we had to make a call for somebody to bring us the key and let us in. What is more, we had to go for the breakfast in even another hotel, so it was a real hassle.
Do not book at this hotel, otherwise you'll risk being put up in a different hotel altogether with no customer service.

not the best place but not the worse the breakfast is the same every day, the bed for me is awful very uncomfortable no tea or coffee in the room which would be a nice touch, overall clean

A good place for a holiday breake. Friendly staff and good facilities, clean. Very good choice of food for breakfast.

Good but rather ordinary property. Breakfast included but very basic one. Spa center (pool and sauna) is working in the morning and also included for couple hours.

Hotel "Dinaburg" in my opinion is a mid-level hotel: decent, but no frills. The three-storey building with an Elevator. Personally, I am the facilities are not used. But often went to the restaurant and function hall (on the third floor), where you can hold not only corporate events or banquets, but also seminars. The restaurant has good food, pleasant service. Offers set meals for little money. The restaurant has two halls, you can order a small for about 20-30 people. There is a bar: you can just go for a coffee or beer.

I love and really enjoy staying in Dinaburg. It always feels like home. Staff are so friendly and nothing is ever too much. Food is also amazing!
