Top hotel with great service. The restaurant on the top is a must, always will book it again.

Friendly staff, excellent location. But the rooms... For such a great hotel the rooms must be renovated. Such great potential requires a bit of an upgrade. Breakfast was continental.

Big rooms, big and comfy beds. Much fruit at the breakfast and a good selection of coffe and tea. Close to big variety of restaurants and stores in the city. Cleaning was good. Staff excellent and service minded. Breakfast was poor. Mainly fried and meat options. Lots of fruits available, but nothing vegetarian to fill up on. (Only some sort of very thin porrige.) I would recommend a few more cereal...

We have not stayed in the actual hotel so far (we stay with the family) but have lunched at the Plaza restaurant at the very top of this hotel, and it's always been a truly amazing experience. Restaurant on the top floor is fantastic! 5 of us ate there and every one was very pleased with their dish. Duck Confit was divine! Rooms were clean and sufficient.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was in excellent condition, like new. Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. The Breakfast is very good. The hotel is in the center on a pedestrian street. Recommended!

Cute, cozy, clean. The room has a good bed, two bedside tables, kettle, tea, mugs, a safe, fridge, wardrobe. In General, all that is needed. In the bathroom:a shower cabin, towels, shower gel and the toilet of course. Located in the center on a pedestrian street. Would go back again.

Best Hotel in Daugavpils, We stayed for 3 nights and had an amazing stay. We were visiting from the UK and all staff spoke perfect English as well as Russian. From the inside its very clean and luxurious. From the outside it looks new and decent. Room was good and breakfast too.

Cozy three-storey hotel. Good location. Near the center, a Large city playground for children. Breakfast is delicious, although the choice is modest, but you will find all the basic breakfast dishes. Very pleasant reception.

Small room perfect for 1 or 2 persons. The room that I stayed in did have refrigerator, TV and shower/toilet. Great service and nice staff👍🙂 Be aware that the railway is next to the hotel, and can be annoying at night.

Location is not very good because of the busy railway station neighborhood. The trains movings and loud announcements all the night, building vibration. Scarce breakfast, small private parking, far from the city center, bridge construction near the hotel. You will like this hotel only if you are staying only for one night, you are very tired and do not notice noise, worn out linens, furniture and equipment...

What I loved the most about this place was the breakfast. There was not much variety but the home-made meals were absolutely great. The staff was friendly and helping. The room was cozy and clean. Also, the garden was beautiful and well maintained. It is apparently located in the middle of a residential area, so basically there's nothing interesting nearby. Well located, themed & stylish family owned hotel with free parking and nice backyard being close to Daugavpils city center. Receptionist Galina is an ambassador of supreme hospitality service. In summer ask for the room facing inner yard and not on the 4th floor (attic). Would happily come back.

The hotel has seen better days but it’s a decent value choice for a short stay. We stayed for one night. The biggest problem with the building is it’s poorly planned as a hotel. The rooms are mediocre and no-frills, but clean. The lack of proper AC/ventilation is felt, the air in the room can be stuffy. The curtain/drain situation is also quite strange: chances are, the floor will be wet. Service...

I love and really enjoy staying in Dinaburg. It always feels like home. Staff are so friendly and nothing is ever too much. Food is also amazing!

Good budget hotel, price/performance is ok. There are big swimming pool, 5 saunas, salt room.. Body massage is much cheaper then in Riga. Towels are provided, hair dryer can be taken at the reception for free.

Good and simple place. Everything needed was in its place. Distance managing well solved. First time experienced over phone check in. It was fast, convenient, simple and in English. There are parking places for motorcycles just in front of the hotel, next to the entrance, on pavement, under a camera. Enjoyed a small walk to the city centre.

Nice place to stay for a few days. The staff is friendly and the beds are pretty comfortable. The room was a little small but contained everything you would need. The hotel was a little far from the city center but overal a great place.

Location - OK Rooms - well... If you looking only for "where to sleep" Service - Ok, nice and friendly. Pool - in morning all pool was empty so it was like private session. Sauna - never up to temperature, but maybe because it was morning.

They have 3 halls there. One hall is for families with children: with toys and playing spaces. Second hall is in the French style, and the third - the biggest one, is for formal events. The kitchen is lovely! We loved the fish dish and ribs.

Although not everything is written in menu, but the dishes are presented nicely and have a good taste. It was very delicious!

We try to visit every time we are in town, especially during museum nights. We like the atmosphere and sights of the old military town when going out.

A rare chance to see originals of Mark Rothko paintings. A must visit place in Daugavpils, especially if you are interested in modern arts.

Try the Rothko part of the museum! A personal guide is a must have as it reveals the truth meaning of M.Rothko's art!!! Needless to say he was born in Daugavpils which makes it even more intimate!

I had my birthday celebration in Villa Ksenija. I'd like to thank you everyone who served us. The food and service quality is outstanding especially taking into account price/quality. I'll be definitely going back there again and I'd not hesitate to say that it is the best restaurant in Daugavpils city. Once again - thank you for having us. It was a pleasure.

The best restorant in Daugavpils. You can enjoy delicious meal inside cozy and bright house or outside in the garden. Professional services, good choice and pretty served meals. Also you can stay at night in hotel rooms. Inside parking. Enough space for big events.

We got a great room with an amazing view from the balcony on the city center and trams passing by. The ceiling in the bathroom is a bit low, but for the price i can't complain at all. The room had a lot of space and a tv and i would totally return here again !
