We try to visit every time we are in town, especially during museum nights. We like the atmosphere and sights of the old military town when going out.

Special entry ticket price on every month's first Sunday: all temporary exhibitions for only 1,50 EUR, and the permanent Mark Rothko exhibition for 3 EUR.

A rare chance to see originals of Mark Rothko paintings. A must visit place in Daugavpils, especially if you are interested in modern arts.

Try the Rothko part of the museum! A personal guide is a must have as it reveals the truth meaning of M.Rothko's art!!! Needless to say he was born in Daugavpils which makes it even more intimate!

A very good place to stay. There is no TV, but this time it's even good because you get to feel the peace and quiet. A spacious room with a large bathroom. Good price, I can recommend

Proper food and good beer. Amazing service. The food is on the simpler side, but you get what you expect (which is rare nowadays). Definitely recommend if you are on the road and looking for a meal to keep you going. I think they also have a small hotel.

Quiet and calm place, clean rooms, tasty country food - quite nice in general. Experienced little issues with shower drainage but I definitely recommend it especially for families with children.

A bit old, dated hotel, the rooms also look rather old, but still good. They have rich breakfast on the top floor from where you have a good view to downtown. Wifi was not always stable.

The place where it is located is really the City Center. The rooms are clean and the have everything you need. Breakfast - Coffee is good.

Friendly staff, excellent location. But the rooms... For such a great hotel the rooms must be renovated. Such great potential requires a bit of an upgrade. Breakfast was continental.

Big rooms, big and comfy beds. Much fruit at the breakfast and a good selection of coffe and tea. Close to big variety of restaurants and stores in the city. Cleaning was good. Staff excellent and service minded. Breakfast was poor. Mainly fried and meat options. Lots of fruits available, but nothing vegetarian to fill up on. (Only some sort of very thin porrige.) I would recommend a few more cereal...

The hotel is great for that price, just the surroundings of it isnt very nice. But its calm, quiet place. Very good location to reach any place at the town.

Cheap spa in Daugavpils. But pool was dirty, however there was like only 5 people in the spa.

Perfect SPA with several Saunas and big swiming pool

Good budget hotel, price/performance is ok. There are big swimming pool, 5 saunas, salt room.. Body massage is much cheaper then in Riga. Towels are provided, hair dryer can be taken at the reception for free.

Very good place to stat when visiting Daugavpils! 15 min walk to citycentre. Good clean room and lovely breakfast. Free locked carpark.

Really good hotel for it money and location. Clean bright and spacious rooms. Comfortable bed and good rest room with shower. You can even make a BBQ outside. I was positively surprised. I slept very well. Super friendly staff. Thank you!

Small room perfect for 1 or 2 persons. The room that I stayed in did have refrigerator, TV and shower/toilet. Great service and nice staff👍🙂 Be aware that the railway is next to the hotel, and can be annoying at night.

Not too bad for this price. The mattress was pretty old, however overall the room was clean and good for a one night stay. P. S. Ask for a room with windows to the inside.

Location is not very good because of the busy railway station neighborhood. The trains movings and loud announcements all the night, building vibration. Scarce breakfast, small private parking, far from the city center, bridge construction near the hotel. You will like this hotel only if you are staying only for one night, you are very tired and do not notice noise, worn out linens, furniture and equipment...

What I loved the most about this place was the breakfast. There was not much variety but the home-made meals were absolutely great. The staff was friendly and helping. The room was cozy and clean. The hotel has seen better days but it’s a decent value choice for a short stay. We stayed for one night. The biggest problem with the building is it’s poorly planned as a hotel. The rooms are mediocre and no-frills, but clean. The lack of proper AC/ventilation is felt, the air in the room can be stuffy. Very quiet and clean. Gluten free food on request.. locked parking, English spoken, I have visited there five times , and I never had a Complaint. Always safe parking, behind the Hotel. Locked at nights.

I love and really enjoy staying in Dinaburg. It always feels like home. Staff are so friendly and nothing is ever too much. Food is also amazing!

Cute, cozy, clean. The room has a good bed, two bedside tables, kettle, tea, mugs, a safe, fridge, wardrobe. In General, all that is needed. In the bathroom:a shower cabin, towels, shower gel and the toilet of course. Located in the center on a pedestrian street. Would go back again.

Very cosy and atmospheric place, the owners are very kind family, pet friendly. The manager/owner is a very kind person and if you ask him to show you some places to go to he'll give you the whole town map! Located in the city center, but in quiet side street, free parking, very tasty breakfast, large, clean and comfortable rooms. Looks little bit outdated.

I think it was good and not too expensive. I liked the interior too. Free car places were a nice bonus too.

I had my birthday celebration in Villa Ksenija. I'd like to thank you everyone who served us. The food and service quality is outstanding especially taking into account price/quality. I'll be definitely going back there again and I'd not hesitate to say that it is the best restaurant in Daugavpils city. Once again - thank you for having us. It was a pleasure.

The best restorant in Daugavpils. You can enjoy delicious meal inside cozy and bright house or outside in the garden. Professional services, good choice and pretty served meals. Also you can stay at night in hotel rooms. Inside parking. Enough space for big events.

We had really lovely weekend! Very hot weather so we were really happy to have air-conditioner in our room. Very clean and big room, cosy beds. Really nice breakfest, something to everybody. A great cosy hotel with the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever met. The location is perfect: right next to the train station and not far from the city centre. Location - OK Rooms - well... If you looking only for "where to sleep" Service - Ok, nice and friendly. Pool - in morning all pool was empty so it was like private session. Sauna - never up to temperature, but maybe because it was morning.

They have 3 halls there. One hall is for families with children: with toys and playing spaces. Second hall is in the French style, and the third - the biggest one, is for formal events. The kitchen is lovely! We loved the fish dish and ribs.

Although not everything is written in menu, but the dishes are presented nicely and have a good taste. It was very delicious!

We got a great room with an amazing view from the balcony on the city center and trams passing by. The ceiling in the bathroom is a bit low, but for the price i can't complain at all. The room had a lot of space and a tv and i would totally return here again !

Rooms basic, with desk, fridge and shower. Front desk usually not occupied. Interesting breakfast - you get something different every day.
