Don’t know what to start with. First of all they placed me on the 8th floor, it was not possible to stay there because clouds of smokers where hitting the eye, inside the number it was smelling like someone smoked just before I was given this room. They changed my accommodation to 7th floor (now i could smell smoking only during the night). New number was dirty, shower curtain was too small, so all of the water from shower went to the floor. It seems like hotel is stuck in 90’s everything is in poor condition. Balcony that i had was full of pigeon excrements. When the wind was blowing i was able to see how curtains move, because it was impossible to close balcony properly. One pigeon somehow got inside the balcony and because of the nets was not able to get out, asked reception to do anything about it. After two hours an angry lady came and was surprised why I dont take pigeon by myself and let me understand that I’m not a man if I cant do it myself. My colleague who was living in the third floor got fleas (photo attached). Spider webs all around the room… really terrible experience. Stay away from this hotel, there are many much better places in Rezekne for this money. Breakfast was ok

The room was clean, but felt so overpriced. Double bed was just two singles put together, bathroom was horrible, hot water came only after 5min waiting. Breakfast was small and looked unfresh. We felt like unwanted guests. The view from windows was good though.
