A fantastic place for a fantastic vacation👍. The house is equipped with all the necessary things. We have also thought about the little things both indoors and outdoors. There is a sauna, a hot tub, and a grill. Everything has been thought of. All you have to do is come and enjoy your vacation😌👍👍

I was sick at the time of my stay personnel helped me although there was no restaurant in the hotel to make special breakfast for me.

Nothing special, worked one night. Clean. No breakfast. Air condition didn't work in our room. Got a fan, but it was hot anyway.

Excellent hotel with a nice little restaurant and a good breakfast. Got upgraded to Junior suite and these are really convenient, spacious and nicely furnished. The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful. Only down side is that the restaurant was closing at 7, bit I guess that's normal for valmiera during winter.

A place close to the center, but you won't say you are in the center. Nice and very welcoming reception. The owners are very understanding people. The price is very reasonable. Nothing glamorous, but it's good. There is a place to park your car near the guest house. TV, shower and toilet in the room.

this is a very pleasant place. Welcoming and really cozy. :) Even though the guest house is located near the center, it doesn't feel like it when you wake up in the morning, because there is a nice view of nature! Very simple and unexaggerated conditions. :) The lady at reception is a very pleasant person. I definitely recommend trying it, the price is also very pleasant.

Very tasty food at restoran. Because of good service, do not forget to book a table in advance. The hotel and rooms are perfect, a lot of space, clean and pretty new. For sure recommend!

Everything was great. But I was upset when one day and the other one nearly they didn,t do the room service. Also I had to give an online lecture and several times the connection stopped, otherwise the wireless was fine. Also one eve I could perfectly hear the neighbours TV - could be better isolation.

Great location, there is also a parking on the site. However, it would be really great if the parking space could have been cleaned from the snow. We've stayed in a room with 2 separate beds, room was very clean and spacious. If you are taller than 175cm the duvets could be a bit short for you. Breakfast was delish Friendly staff, clean and neat public places

As last moment booking the stay was great, available bbq and fireplace, no additional payment for dog. Very welcoming receptionist

Close to town and easy to find and access. WC and bathroom needs refreshing. Close to roads and railway so it might be a bit noisy. No playgroud for kids. Fresh water for caravans is well placed.

In winter there is a snow hill, with option to rent equipment.

Amazing place to come and have fun with your friends in a winter time!

Well-kept manor for overnight stays. Tastefully, artistically and modernly furnished rooms with everything you need. Well-kept rural nature in a large area. Swimming place and gazebo for lunch by the pond. Delicious, hearty breakfast. It was a pleasure to discover this place without knowing anything about it before and I can definitely recommend it further.

On arrival it was difficult to find the reception. The place is very beautiful and the people that work there are very nice. We had a beautiful and spacious apartment. The breakfast was included. One downside was that it is a little far away from Cesis.

Fantastic nature! And a remarkable work of art, the manor itself. We had a great time on this rainy October day and finished our trip with a delicious dinner in the restaurant. Highly recommended!

Biggest wooden manor in Baltics with restored paintings and enthusiasts preserving original setting. I can highly recommend the guided tour as you will appreciate the history of the place.

Made a stop at Ungurmuiža manor in the way to Cēsis town. From plans just to see oak tree by the parking turned into 3 hours of relaxed atmosphere and lunch. English park was superb and lunch - tasty. Can recommend for peace seekers and nature lovers, as well as culture heritage explorers.

Typical guesthouse with only 5 rooms. The furnishings are acceptable, although cheap. Good bed pillows, but the mattress is hard. NO soundproofing. The restaurant is closed, there is no reception as such. The included breakfast only serves cold cuts. Verdict - acceptable for one night, but no more.

This is very centrally located small hotel - an ideal place for a base when visiting Cesis and surroundigs. Very friendly and warmhearted service, tasty breakfast, private parking in the yard. Restaurant on site is very popular - hearty portions and pleasant atmosphere. Staff is extremely attentive. Even our motorbike got an extra care on a rainy day - a waterproof cover as a courtesy from the hotel...

This place constantly has good food. I've been going there for years and quality is always the same - not the fanciest dishes but tasty and will get you full.

We used the sauna ritual service and stayed overnight. In my opinion, a fantastic sauna ritual with a very interesting personality - a sauna woman. In my opinion, a great place for couples, a great place for new discoveries. A very thorough and caring hostess. All clean and nice, the rest is a matter of taste. We will definitely go again.

Great hotel in the centre of the town within easy walking distance of everywhere you might want to visit. The rooms are great and the cafe (downstairs) is also a bonus if you don't want to go too far for a meal!

One night stay as solo traveller. Nice hotel which is well positioned in the town near all amenities. Nice room and clear and tidy. Staff helpful and polite. There is not tea or coffee making facilities in the room but they will leans you a kettle.

I stayed in Cecis as part of a group tour. Ground floor room with a view to the carpark and main street but Cecis is not a rowdy place so not an issue! The window opened which was lovely as it was unseasonably warm. Bed comfortable enough and bathroom clean and functional. No tea or coffee facilities which for a Brit who loves tea at all hours was a bit depressing. There was however a restaurant attached...

We had no clue what hotel to choose from in Cesis. We had one day planned there to see the town and the lovely castle. Our choice was steered more by what was available and the Cesis, while it showed no availability online, turned out to be available when I contacted them directly. We checked in and there was a bit of confusion but they eventually found our booking and all was grand. The room...

Really wonderful place in a quiet neighborhood just next to the old City. The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent experience. The A/C was a wonderful bonus in this hot Latvian summer.

Nice parking, enough space in the apartment, clean rooms. Worth a stay.

What to expect from a converted garage? A lot in this case. We rented two of these well sized apartments for us and our teenaged kids. But two young kids could sleep on a fold-out coach. Comfortable bed. Small kitchen, adequate for preparing breakfast. Aircondition (not needed during our stay in the height of the Latvian Summer). Quiet and nice location; 10 minute walk to the castle.
