Excellent service, very professional , kind and helpful staff. Great place to stay with children. Nice view to lake.

Very good food! Little bit to far outside of the town

Hotel is situated on the hillside with a beautiful view. It's simple but has all things needed - a comfy bed, good breakfast and great service! Sigulda is probably the most beautiful area in Latvia and hotel Santa is a part of it.

Solid place to stay in Sigulda. Worth the price, good food and everything you would expect, but nothing extra, no wow factor.

Very nice hotel.
The view was spectacular from our side of the hotel.
The breakfast was good, the room was clean and the staff was great.

The only problem lies with the paper thin walls, we could hear our neighbor converse with his wife.

Very good hotel in a nice town. We stayed here for two nights to be close to (but not in) Riga. After two days we only visited places in Sigulda which has a lot to offer.

If you like hiking Sigulda is a good place to stay with nice trail routes and nice nature.
The view from the hotel room was phenomenal, but it probable differs per room (one side is facing a lake with nice nature the other side is probably ok but not as great as the back side.)
The rooms are very clean and complete with all the facilities that you'll need. The breakfast is of high quality and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nice view ....it is the hotel of Italian bobsleighs national team.... in spring time is good for people that does not want to be disturbed , rooms are essential, nothing is missing . Breakfast is complete nothing special but good.
Service is really friendly and gentle.
After 6 Pm nobody from service remains in the structure and there isn’t service for the bar, if you need to drink water in the night you have to buy it at supermarket situated at two Km from the hotel.
