Camping near the sea was an incredible experience. Waking up to the sound of waves and stunning views made it unforgettable. The campgrounds were clean and well-maintained

Beautiful view, close to the ocean. Not too crowded, good cafe, showers and kitchen. The camping is overall quiet, the people are very friendly. Planning on visiting again.

Love this place ! We stay there with my family , but Toilets( is so dirty) , light is so bad :( But I love fact there have showers and kitchen

Everything you need is in the kitchen, living room, shower. There is a sauna for an extra charge (in the same room). Catering is closest right next door

All great, for this price perfect choice. The only disadvantage is weak walls. You need to wisper to let your neighboorhood sleep. But in general I highly recommend.

Quiet place with nice rooms and apartments. It has a nice patio where you can make a bbq and also has a kids area to play

Sound and smell isolation is very poor. In the morning our room smelled eggs and everything what guest was cooking in the morning. No air condition was found or mirror in the room. Staff very helpful, location is ok

Close to the sea. Large portions and friendly prices. Home cooked meals, nothing too fancy. During the summer you can sit outside in glass terrace.

We are visited Jūras brīze cafe during our bicycle trip over the Kurzeme coastline. Food - delicious, big portions, reasonable price. If You want to enjoy classic Latvian kitchen, this place must be in your plans

As the place is very popular, especially in summer and public holidays, there must be a lot of people before you in a row, but you won't be disappointed about waiting, due to good quality food

The restaurant is fantastic! While food wasn't anything special, portions were well sized and tasty. But the price surprised 😯 our family. Really affordable, clean place

Location is just perfect; from the bedroom window you can see ships passing by, you're that close to the sea. Rooms are clean and tidy, wifi connection is slow but apart from that everything's great

Great spot, near the edge of the harbor, friendly service, good value, wifi can be useless depending on the room.

Cosy and elegant place to stay. I think the most important thing here was hospitality of the helpfull owners. The breakfast is included im price. They serve here outstanding bread and delicious coffee

Had to book last minute and got a room for 4, for a really good price. The rooms were really cozy, and everything was neat and clean. The owner was lovely and lent us a charger for the night too

Breakfast was beautifully presented and everyone enjoyed it. Mattresses were so comfortable, didn't want to leave the bed. We'll definitely stay again if we visit the city

I was in the one of the back of property, quiet but not in a super shape due to humidity. But the is Latvia too, you have to accept that I believe. Breakfast is ok, personal is a bit impersonal though

Location is great, beach and pier are really close, there is a good restaurant just on the other side of the road. Surroundings are OK and it is quiet during the night

In the evening after work it's possible to meet a nice German guy with his dog having a beer at the bar there Things that cost the fith star: squeky floor and doors, shower could be cleaner and bed sheet was too small for the bed Overal a good place to stay for a few days or even more

Our room had a washing machine, what is big plus when staying for more than just a few days. Breakfast is good with reasonable selection of food and good juice. Personel is nice and helpfull

It's a cute place very close to the sea, from where you can take a walk in the early morning and catch the sunrise. It's about 800 meters from city centre

Inside very good quality rooms, tidy and excelent service. We've got newly constucted room, all was new. Dont worry how it looks from the street. Calm place, central part, 5min by bicycle to the beach

Nice little shared kitchen, plus - water boiler and fridge in Your own room. We even got to stay much longer without paying extra. Not sure if we just got lucky or if this is the usual policy, but we got to stay till 17

00, although the official sign-out time is 12. All around great experience, suggest to everyone and anyone who visits Ventspils. Minuses - TV channels mostly only in russian, all movies are dubbed

Wonderful place, great view out the window, incredible live flowers on the window sills. Very pleasant cleaning lady that doubled as the receptionist. Nice and clean and good atmosphere

Private parking, courtyard with outdoor furniture and grills. About 10 min walk from the sea, and 15 - 20 min from restaurants. Small kitchen with all utensils. Bed mattress - too soft and not very comfy

There is no air conditioning and no fan, so in hot summer days it will be stuffy in the rooms. If the extractor isn't turned on, moisture lingers in the shower for a long time
