The hostel is located 7-10 walking minutes to the old town. There are grocery shops nearby. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is a spacious outdoor area with tables and outdoor kitchen. What I really disliked were the cats. They were constantly staying around the kitchen and waiting for food, getting on the tables, etc. The bathroom was ok, the beds are comfortable. Cheap hostel with a lot of potential. Bathrooms are disgusting tho. No cosy atmosphere, but it could easily turn into such a cosy one. Overal, I can't complain after.paying only 15€ night during high season

It was very simple and not väl organized. The kitchen was outside. I had to carry all my panniers and bags to the second floor. The lower bunkbed didn't have space for me to really sit upright, even I am short. In addition to that, there were some bars under the upper bed, where I easily (😉) banged my head. The toilet with shower was also simple and only one for around 10 beds.

We spent SIX weeks here! We had such a great time! Ali is amazing and also Nero the cat. They have a nice kitchen fully equipped and everyone cooks and shares food. People hang out at the tables outside and enjoy drinks and food together. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything you need. We felt welcome as soon as we arrived. Standard hostel. Room is decent wuth functioning bathroom. There is kitchen you can use and paid laundry is available. Location is between main bus station ad the old town. Aroungd 15 minutes walk to each of them.

I had an excellent stay here on my solo trip to Europe. The hostel was very clean and had excellent facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located and close to lots of activities in Kotor. It has a beautiful view. Make sure to stay here when you’re visiting Kotor!

This hostel was such a slay, milan was lovely & always kept an eye on us and made sure we were enjoying our stay. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. Free breakfast is also a plus. There’s group activity’s everyday so it’s easy to mingle with the other travelers

Me and my friend came here for 2 nights in May. Milan, Nick and staff were amazing, especially when my friend lost her phone (I’m sure you know who we are!!) and they tried really hard to help us get it back. Our time in Kotor was made by the hostel and the fab events they put on every day - really recommend the sunset bbq and boat trip!!! Thank you all it was amazing!

The location is excellent, just outside the old town right on the waterfront. Dorm room was fine, get a lockable drawer each. There was no bin in the room and no way to dry your hands in the bathroom, also there is hardly any privacy to take a shower, only a flimsy shower curtain you can partially see through.

The staff are your friends, even family. I never enjoyed in an hostel that much before. Very good located, comfortable and clean. They also provide you with all needed information at the check in. No doubts it will be my choice again during my visit to Kotor.

Centrum is central of Old Town! Easy to get to with lots of shops around. Great communal kitchen and dining room for sharing adventures and food. Central also means you see hear clearly. Staff went out of their way for me! 2 Thumbs Up!😊

Really comfy beds. Everything was super clean. Felt more like a hotel than a hostel, albeit there are common areas (kitchen, living room). We were there during off season, so not many people which suited us just fine. It's right in the middle of the old town.

One of the best hostels I stayed in in Kotor. Sandra was the nicest person ever, she made my check out super smooth, she gave me a locker to store my belongings until taking my night bus, not only but also gave me full access to the hostel to use its facilities without any extra charge, I also used her advice a lot on what to do and where to go. This hostel is located in a VI century building and has a perfect location, great staff and is very clean and tidy. They also have lockers where you can leave your stuff after you check out. Highly recommend.

It is a very nice quiet relaxing place. The owner is very welcoming and kind. I arrived late and he kindly offered me some fruit! The restaurant is very cute, old cabin style with character. Decent hostel, pretty clean, for cheap price. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They also have a restaurant and offer breakfast and lunch (if I remember correctly). Disadvantage is that it is out of Podgorica and you can only get there if you have a car or by taxi.

Spacious rooms, nice view and most importantly the nicest staff! They care a lot you feel welcomed and have a nice stay. It’s not a fancy, luxurious place but it’s very nice and also the outside area is great. I’m happy to have seen this place and meet these people. Would definitely book again.

It has a good view of the coast from the room top. Budget friendly rooms. The staff is very informative and friendly. Met some nice people there. Most of the spots are walking distance from the hostel.

Other guests not very respectful nor polite but it's something that could happen in every hostel. Restroom not super clean and rooms' walls very thin. On the other hand the Staff was super nice and welcoming and also for the price you pay you'll have everything you need!!!

This was an amazing place to stay with very friendly hosts. High Hostel gets its name from how high it is on the side of a steep slope. Be ready for a serious hike up or for minor on your cars bottom from the elevation change to the road. It has an amazing view, a fire pit, locking storage for guests, movie night weekends and several beds. We enjoyed food, drinks, and good company. Highly recommend

The gate opens to an oasis if friendly calm just like the very best hostels around the world. Definitely a place to stay at in Montenegro. And when you do head to the river by Niagara restaurant, an amazing place to swim.

Very relaxed hostel. It's right next to the sea, well equipped and the owner is very relaxed with check in and check out times. It was no problem that we arrived after 10pm. Guests can also stay all day at the hostel after check out and use bath and shower. Free parking right in front of the house was also included. The house is a bit old and grubby, but bathrooms and beds are cleaned every day.

I really struggle to understand why this hostel rating is only 4.5/5. I can't fault it. Just awesome. Very warming stuff, and always making activities for people to gather. I just can't wait to be back in such an amazing city, and it can't be anywhere but in this hostel. We stayed only two nights, as it was a short break and we had to go back to Spain, but would have definetely stayed a week longer...

Great hostel with a good social side. The staff are the best here too! The only downside here was that there was just one bathroom for 10 beds so queues to use the bathroom are common. Still highly recommend this place to anyone!

Had such a beach blast my few day reservation turned into a week. The property is directly on the beach so you can soak in the ocean all day then SEND IT on the bar crawls at night One of the most social hostels I've been to. Feels like partying with a huge group of friends the whole time. Just remember it's better to look good than to feel good!

I loved this place and the people there. A real backpacker's backpacker. Difficult to get to and somewhat chaotic but the friendly staff and fellow travelers made it all worthwhile. Mosquitoes were a problem and it would be nice if the owners did some more maintenance. I suspect the owners are coasting along on the fame of the place. Namaste is like a big family. Aldo the manager and Andy are so nice people. Cheap beer, welcoming and chilling/partying every day. It was the best choice for us, it made our permanence in Bar unforgettable.
