Vasya is the best! Hvala for everything:) Also Can is the best too.
First of all, all the staff were extremely friendly and positive. The location of the hotel is great — it’s both close to the city center and far enough to feel peaceful and private. You can choose to stay in a quiet, isolated atmosphere or easily head into town to enjoy the vibrant day and nightlife.
The hotel operates on an all...
It had good aspects and bad aspects. Food was upto Iberostar standard I enjoyed it every night for 7 nights, good selection of bars to grab drinks although if you turned up within 30 minutes of closing time the men bartenders would make you feel very unwelcome and be visibly annoyed. Entertainment had a lot to be desired compared to other holidays I have been on it was tacky and basic not enough...
We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the food was very good with a nice variety, and the outdoor areas were well maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Big shout-out to the staff—they were absolutely amazing! Friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their attitude really stood out and made a big difference during the...
Hotel area is very nice and well-maintained, right next to the beach. The beach itself is in a beautiful spot, but the mixture of sand and stones makes it very unpleasant to visit so we mainly stayed at the hotel pools which was good enough. In general I would say that the hotel is more or less what you expect from an all-inclusive resort in this price-range. The best upside compared to others are...
This hotel is an excellent 4 star hotel at Becici. It has got a beautiful garden with big leanders, 3 tennis count ( free from 10-15) and directly beach Access. The sunbeds on the beach isn' t free, they are 15 euro for all day. The staff is kind and helpful. The room was clean and big for 3 people. The food was delicious.you can eat all day if you want. There are 2 big restaurants, and 1 smaller(where...
Had a fantastic time at this hotel, checking was a bit manic with there being 14 of us and 2 Dickinsons 🤣 Ana looked after us and got us sorted. The hotel was spotless and the food really good, location was amazing and fews good, the walk into budva about 30mins, lots of bars and restaurants close by. Only negative and nothing to do with the hotel but all the taxis rip you off was 25-30 euro to get...

The items at the small bar inside were a bit dirty, but otherwise it was fine.
“I visited the Promenada Restaurant at the Splendid Hotel in Montenegro on last Friday morning, and the experience was truly unforgettable thanks to Ali from India, the remarkable bartender who served me. Even during a very busy time, Ali showed exceptional kindness, patience, and professionalism. He didn’t just prepare my coffee — he took the time to explain the differences between Arabica and Robusta...
A brilliant hotel, if a little pricey at bars/ restaurants by Montenegro standards.
The free valet parking is efficient, the staff were great and the spa is a welcome bonus to have with hotel, casino is a little strange but overall a 3 night stay, we have top floor sea view - really good.
Breakfast is okay - if you’re British though there is limited options for what would be our usual stuff, but then...
Great location, lots of amenities, such as parking, a pool, and a sauna. A huge selection of different foods for breakfast.
There was also a beautiful sea view from the room.
On the downside, there was a problem with the shower drain. The water drained slowly, leaving puddles on the floor after showering.
I have mixed feelings about Hotel Splendid.
Positives:
1. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. For a property that’s almost 20 years old, it still looks great.
2. The staff is generally very kind.
3. The buffet food is good and offers plenty of options.
Negatives:
1. The menu prices are a complete rip-off. A sandwich for €20, a burger for €28 and then they add an extra 10% “service charge...
We stayed at the hotel for three nights and enjoyed every moment. The service is simply in a league of its own — truly exceptional. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The hotel offers a wide range of high-quality facilities, though the gym could use a slight upgrade. Breakfast is rich and of a very high standard. There’s also a private beach — we personally didn’t get to enjoy it, but it’s definitely...

The hotel had very good service and nice facilities. Even though the breakfast officially started 7:30 am, we were able to get breakfast before that at the day of departure and on excursion days. The spa treatment with hamam can be recommended as well.
Ali, Faruk, and Zia gave me and my girlfriend a 5 star spa experience today. We got the medical massages done for 115€. Worth every penny. The Turkish bath, massage and hot tea with a view combination was the perfect fix for us weary travelers. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic experience in the area. Well done!
This is day one of our trip and this has blown our expectations...
Best hotel we've ever stayed in!
Rooms were great, staff were amazing, above and beyond in all areas; maids, chefs, waiting staff, bar staff and reception!
Facilities were top drawer too and the location is great... we did B&B and the breakfast was brilliant, quality ingredients with lots of variety of food. We had lunch there a couple of times on the top floor by the infinity pool... lovely!

Food was very nice, chefs were careful about our allergies special thanks to Luca!
Spa area is amazing, sauna, steam room and Turkish bathroom, staff in spa area were very friendly.
The gym has a benching seat and a few dumbells and a treadmill, it is small but I managed a workout. Maybe add heavier dumbbells for the people who like to lift.
Room service lady was very friendly and did her best.

The hotel is located in the center of Budva, a five-minute drive from Old Town. There are basic restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel has a basement parking lot. There is a swimming pool and bar restaurant on the rooftop. The view is great.
You can also use the spa and gym on the 7th floor if you have time. The staff is very friendly.

Had a 3 night stay here and it was absolutely the best. From the front desk, to housekeeping and restaurant staff, the respect, attention, professionalism and friendliness were 10/10. The rating system needs more than 5 stars for location. Steps away from not just a magnificent private beach but also the walls of Budva's wonderful old town. The hotel itself is first rate, our sea-facing balcony was had a bigger footprint than most hotel rooms I've seen. Breakfast was pretty good.
This hotel was absolutely amazing. We had a suite and they upgraded us and our room was enormous. They have a real workout gym and a beautiful pool area. I also had a massage and facial and booth were excellent. The breakfast is also plentiful. Would highly recommend
This was a really nice hotel. The location in Old Town Budva was absolutely perfect, super close to everything and the beach was gorgeous. The wait staff was quick and friendly whenever we needed drinks or food. Our villa was spacious and had a big balcony where we could just kick back and relax. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again!
Words are not enough to say to express how wonderful this hotel is.
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! The breakfast is fantastic, with a variety of choice, and great coffee. Fresh fruit, pudding, cheese, and fresh pastry.
The location is perfect in the city centre, close to everything, with a private beach accesibile via an elevator!
The interior of the hotel is a work of art!
Highly recommended...
The room is a view room, and you can see the wall of the old city from the balcony, which is great! The hotel is very grand, with complete public facilities, but the facilities in the room are a bit old. If they can be upgraded, it will be more perfect. I will stay here next time. A beautiful lady at the front desk was very good. I like her. I forgot her name.
The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea, with a beautiful sea view, and a good view of the ancient city. The room is quite large and clean, and it is very convenient to walk to the ancient city. The service is also very good. There is a supermarket at the intersection, which is also very convenient. The breakfast variety is also good

Great hotel! Did not love the room colors but I had a swell time
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. All of my guests really liked it, and the staff were super nice and welcoming. I especially want to mention Nikolina, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She answered all of our questions quickly and could communicate in several languages, which made everything so much easier for my group. Thank you for the great experience — we truly enjoyed our time here!
Good hotel. Check-in was quick and efficient. The staff is attentive and responds to requests courteously. The rooms are spacious. There is a good spa, with a gym, but not particularly well-equipped - there are few items in it. The pool is nice and not deep, so no lifeguard is needed. I can't tell you about the dining room, because I didn't go in there - I only eat kosher.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. The reception was outstanding – the staff at the front desk were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. Check-in was smooth, quick, and professional, setting the tone for a perfect stay. The hotel itself was exceptional: the rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with...
Let me give your hotel some advice - please make something with your house keeping. The service and cleaning was terrible!
The hotel front desk upgraded me to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The balcony had a direct view of the ocean, though the view was somewhat obstructed by the hotel in front. The bathroom was spacious. You could order food by the pool, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. There was also a singer performing at 8 p.m. Overall, it was a great experience.

Great resort!!! A lot of facilities. Aqua park, outdoor pools, children playground, very nice beach, sport courts... Everything is new and renovated. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is very kind. Great price/quality ratio. All recommendations!
We had an excellent time here. The beach is excellent. The food is varied with many different types of food. Rooms are comfortable and spacey.
After reading all of the bad reviews I was worried about our reservation. The check in was crowded but mostly because it was families of 4 or more waiting inside to get checked in and be given a bracelet for guests if the hotel. All in all we waited about 20 minutes. Nice family resort with great staff. Very nice and comfortable for families. Pools and restaurant are amazing.
Good price for the services

We only got to stay one night here as we were on a tour, but this was the best hotel we stayed in. Helpful staff, great interior, good-sized room, and an excellent selection of dinner & breakfast. No complaints at all.
This was the the best hotel during our week long tour of the Balkans with RSD Travel. Shame we couldn't have stayed more than 1 night. The hotel is really really nice, inside porto montenegro. Overall a luxury experience!!!
The room was gorgeous and fully functional! It was marine themed in a way, which made it very appropriate given the location.
My main comment is about the pool service. They are understaffed and it was really difficult to get drinks or food. In a 5 star luxury I would have expected a higher level. But beside...
Three perfect nights with a group of nine kuwaiti friends, the place had a perfect location, you can easily walk down in the marina and have a drink or a quick bite or eat dinner in a fine dining restaurant.

The hotel is very clean and surrounded by a commercial street. You don't have to worry about food and department stores, you can buy everything, including luxury goods and perfumes. This is our second stay. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a new room (many thanks for that, of course, but the hotel is empty, so I think they had their reasons for that). Thoroughly enjoyed a great 2 weeks at this hotel end of July/early August. Super location and lovely staff, we would happily recommend to friends and family. Major Positives: 1. A beautifully located hotel in a location a little bit remote from Herceg Novi. Huge plus points are the team, the cuisine, the views over the bay and the gardens. Great hotel! Definitely recommend. Everything is very presentable and convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant with a sea view. Various delicious dishes. There is a wellness room with massage, shower, jacuzzi. Nice, clean pool. Private beach, sun loungers. The hotel staff does their job well, everyone is very polite. After check-out, you can leave your luggage and stay on the territory, swim.
We stayed here for just one night, which was enough for us. At £80 for the night, we didn’t have high expectations, and overall, it met them. The hotel has a retro feel – it reminded us of an 80s-style Benidorm retirement home. It’s clean but definitely in need of a modern refresh. On the positive side, we had a warm and friendly welcome from the reception team, who were helpful and knowledgeable...
The location is not bad. The rooms are of course a little tired, smelled damp. The breakfasts were not bad at all, buffet and they give you almost everything you might like. The only minus was a HUGE one - paid parking, which as it turned out was paid upon check-out... Well, no other hotel charged for this and here was an unpleasant surprise, I won't say that it spoiled all the time spent here, but...
Huge hotel with promised free parking, but their parking capacity is maybe 80% of the needs, so luck factor is there for finding a lot. Food was great, access to the sea was easy, pools were excellent and clean, but... We got a family room, it was smelling of uncleaned aircondition, daily room cleaning was not guaranteed, the pipe was damaged, so after every shower there was an inner-sea in the bathroom...
The hotel is old, more like 2 stars if we follow Western standards. The beach is not private contrary to what is written. Note 2 beach bars/clubs nearby so if you don't like the noise avoid it because it's there all day and night (impossible to relax at the swimming pool for example and you can hear it from the room too). The bedroom doors don't close well, be careful!! Quite good bedding. Breakfast...
This Hotel was really nice. For that price service was great. Food was awesome, and different every day . People who work there are friendly and always on service. Clean rooms and hotel. Excellent location very to the beach. Rooms were very nice but apartment style & no teas/coffees. Breakfast/ dinner were a bit bland. Ana at reception for Palas Lux was excellent - so helpful with recommendations & very accommodating.
Beautiful property with perfect location, just in front of the beach. We loved the garden. Swimming pool is perfect for kids when sea water is too cold. Lunch is rich and delicious with all sorts of fish, meat, variety for vegetarians and fresh fruit and sweets.
Perfect place for summer vacation.

pizza joints.
The sea is directly in front of the hotel, with a shingle beach.

The Hotel is beautiful. Both the old and the new. The room we got was lovely and had a view of the sea. Everything was clean, check in and out was easy. The staff were super helpful.

Advantages:

The hotel is new and elegant, and the reception is friendly. The rooms are a bit small. The rooms overlooking the sea are better than the rooms at the back, because the rooms at the back have a river or stream that needs maintenance and have a bad smell. I recommend the rooms overlooking the sea.

Every single member of staff was friendly, kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. A big shout out to Mirella (not 100% sure if this is correct). She was the head waitress in the Spot every night and...

I was with my wife and my daughter for the first time in high season in the hotel Ami. The prices were higher as in the other hotels in Petrovac, but on the first day we noticed immediataly why. The whole personal of the hotel and SPA was very nice, helpful and profesionall. The room was very beautiful, big and very clean. I would love to come next year.
Just returned from 4 lovely nights at Hotel Ami. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has its own section of beach with plenty of beds and beach bar to get a drink. Hotel spotlessly clean and rooms were modern. We only had bed and breakfast but breakfast had a lot of choice and was excellent.
Booked holiday through TUI UK under the impression it was an adult only hotel which on arrival it wasn’t as there were children everywhere, this strange as there are no kid’s facilities on site such as play area or pool. The hotel is very new with all the extras required, the staff are professional and do what’s required, the rooms big but not enough space for clothes to be hung up and put away in...
We had a nice experience when staying in this hotel for a week in June! This is a great hotel, especially when taking in consideration the essence of the country itself and trying to compare it to Western-European hotels would be unfair. Most of the service personnel spoke good English and were very friendly. The rooms were cleaned exceptionally well, towels and sheets changed even more than I would...
My room, although at the rear of the Hotel was a nice size and well appointed, it had a balcony and had excellent views of the mountain range behind the town. The service from all staff was excellent and the meals had a choice for everyone. It is difficult to fault the hotel and the excellent guitar player playing easy listening music in the evenings an added bonus
We stayed at Hotel Ami as part of a Riviera Travel Tour. Our room was on the second floor facing the sea. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The bed was a massive queen size and very comfortable. A massive 24 foot balcony with wonderful views. There was a kettle and teas/ coffee etc. We got free milk from the bar downstairs. The buffet breakfast and dinner provided a vast array...

Incredible scenery and wonderful restaurant
and poolside staff.
Delicious food and cocktails (and many cute cats).
Limited number of sun-beds, but lots to do in surrounding area including boat trips and walks.
On particularly hot days the smell by the pool and breakfast area is close to unbearable. We were lucky to travel in September when it was slightly milder.
Several of our group were unwell...
The Grand Perast is a breathtaking gem nestled along the scenic coastline of Perast.
Our stay was filled with unforgettable moments, but what truly elevated the experience was the flawless service.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles, a refreshing welcome drink, and a team of attentive staff who promptly took care of our luggage and guided us to our room.
The hospitality was...
This is not only the best hotel in Montenegro but one of the finest in the entire Mediterranean region. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the management is hands-on and extremely helpful. But what truly makes this hotel special is the staff—every single person is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and always ready to help.
My family and I visit this hotel every summer, and the experience...
I left my sunglasses at the hotel, but I only realized they were missing the next day, after I had already checked out and moved to another hotel. I contacted Trip.com’s customer service to help me reach out to the hotel and locate my sunglasses. Hotel Heritage confirmed that I had indeed left them in my room when I checked out.
The following day, I contacted the hotel again and asked if I could get...
We had a wonderful 4 night experience at the hotel. The facility itself and the view are gorgeous- I attached the view from our room, even the lesser view from our daughter’s room was quaint and if you stretched your neck you could see the sea.
Service was friendly and helpful. The water flow from our shower head was weak and was fixed the same day when we mentioned it. Breakfast has a large selection...

Crowne Plaza Podgorica, by IHG
Podgorica, Cetinjska 7, The Capital Plaza 🧭 Map
A clean and decent hotel. The location is quite good. The parking attendants are untrained and have poor communication skills. Other staff are courteous.
It is the best hotel in the capital Podgorica. The front desk is very polite and the English communication is smooth. There is no deposit. There is an underground parking lot downstairs, where you can park for free. The breakfast is also delicious.
Excellent good hotel in the quiet center of Podgorica, great fitness room and breakfasts
Great hotel right in the center of Podgorica. Very clean, spacious and with great breakfasts.
I booked 3 rooms. It is a very cost-effective hotel, which exceeded my expectations! The hotel is in a good location, the room design is strong and practical, and the bedding is of good quality and very clean. The bed and pillow are comfortable, which I think is the most important point in choosing a hotel. The breakfast is rich and has many choices. The front desk service is very professional and...
Facilities: The hotel is pretty good, quite new
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, the bedding is also good, and the overall sleeping quality is very good
Environment: The location is not far from the mosque, the surrounding area is quite lively, basically there are food, drink and entertainment
Service: The front desk is not particularly friendly, but the overall service is acceptable

Very nice hotel, clean, welcoming, amazingly located hotel in Tivat. Private beach, car park and 2 minutes to restaurants and supermarkets. The rooms are a bit small and especially the bathroom, but still nice, breakfast is great and the staff were very helpful and friendly with whatever we needed.
We spent two wonderful weeks at Hotel Palma in Tivat this August. The hotel and rooms are spotless, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide and varied selection. The beach and surrounding activities were excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable.
What truly stood out was the outstanding service. The entire staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and always eager to help. A special thanks goes...
Palma Hotel in Tivat has a nice location, right by the water, but the walls are very thin. During my two-day stay, I was woken up early both mornings by noise from the room next to mine.
I booked the Double Superior Sea View room through their website which was cheaper than booking.com
The location of the hotel is among the most beautiful scenic places on earth. The staff are very helpful and attentive. They are both friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Some people feel the rooms are rather small but our room wasn’t the 5th (top) floor, with balcony and sea view was generously proportioned. One thing to be aware of is the stoney/shingle beach which requires you to have sea shoes...
Hotel is newly build but the staff is not at all helpful and commercial hotel. Private beach staff was very good.
Hotel Palma is truly a 5 star resort. I hope to vacation there again. I loved the upscale amenities of the hotel and the beach, which is right next to it. The views of the bay are breathtaking. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. The onsite restaurant is impressive, and the complimentary breakfast buffet is fantastic with plenty of choices for everyone's taste.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. I will start talking first about the location of the hotel which is amazing, you don’t need to rent a car not even to take a bus to explore the city, everything is in walkable distance. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom I really like it because it had a bathtub and a shower. The housekeepers were nice, specially that my baby was sleeping a lot so...
The General Manager Marko Korac went out of his way to help us. I recommend this hotel highly for its excellent service, professionalism, location and above all kindness of its staff.
A bit used hotel over shopping mall. Our room had several issues (water stain on the ceiling, stained carpets, hard-to-close doors)…
Gym was very nice and very well equipped, but actually it’s a regular gym where hotel guests only have free access. However the supposed 24 hours access is not really true, as the gym has regular opening hours (from 7 AM). And getting back to the hotel is tough as regular...
This place exceeded all my expectations in the best way possible.
The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, perfect for relaxing or enjoying time with friends.
Each dish I tried was full of flavor and presented beautifully.
The attention to detail in both the food and service was outstanding.
Prices were very...
Excellent service, nice and clean rooms. The location is also very central. Nice bar/restaurant. The only problem is the smoke entering from the outdoor area and the lobby sticks at times.
Rooms are spacious, clean, and very elegant. You can find everything there, from electrical teapot, iron, hairdryer, refrigerator etc. The reception staff are warm and welcoming. The gym on the first floor is the largest one a hotel can have. It helped with my daily need for training. Breakfast is very rich and is served on the top floor where you will find a beautiful view on the city of Podgorica...
