The hotel is fine! I did read about other people's experiences, i dont doubt them, but I have question with their expectations. I love this property, it feels like your good old mom and pop run hotels. It's not new, yes, but for what it is, i think the management team did great. Clean room and well maintained facilities. If you want perfection, go to Hilton and pay 10x the price (not that hilton is perfect by any means). For the price I paid, i think i got more than what I had hoped and expected. I'd definitely return to this property again in future when im in town, or even just a quick overnight stay to catch the plane. Very friendly staff also, the gentleman (Dragan) who checked me in really did everything he could to make me feel comfortable staying here, from parking to room placement. The staff's helpfulness was also mentioned in other people's reviews too for u to cross check.

Edinstvennyy ogromnyy plyus otelya, eto ego mestopolozhenie v 15 minutah hodby ot ZhD vokzala, chtob golovu s taksi sebe ne zabivat, mozhno i chutka razmyatsya. Na resepshene nas vstretil molodoy i ochen vezhlivyy chelovek, kotorogo my poprosili vzyat na hranenie chemodany, tak kak zaselenie bylo cherez 5 chasov u nas, za eto stavlyu ogromnyy plyus. Vnutri bylo nu tak sebe... Otel vidimo uzhe staryy. Eshchyo nam ne povezlo i bylo mnogo tayskih zhiteley, kotorye pochemu to poschitali nuzhnym v 7 chasov utra orat na vsyu gostinitsu, hodit brodit tuda syuda i navodit suetu...nu son poluchaetsya byl na minuse uzhe... Iz plyusov rebyata na resepshene i mestopolozhenie, vse))

住宿環境很好，出行便利，距離千璽橋和教堂步行就可以到，晚上去熱鬧的大街上逛一逛也很方便。距離汽車站走着就可以到。樓下就是一個網紅打卡餐廳

This is hotel for a business travelers who wants good location with free parking and just for sleep. Service is good, location is perfect, hotel is cheap. So for my purposes was good to stay in. Also for this price is ok and have everything you need, but of course is old building, rooms are clean enough but old, any for business purpose is very good and cheap.

Where to even begin, do you like horror stories?
One of the beds lacked sheets, the balconies had bags of trash and broken bottles on them, the walls were dirty and unkept, electricity plugs were falling out of the wall, the shower was broken, the elevator was broken, the curtains were only half-up, there were springs sticking out of the mattress, there was a hairdryer but no way to use it because there were no plugs in the bathroom, some lights didn't work, others were really dim, the lobby doubles as a flower store, the bedside tables are have slopes, the soap dispensers are empty.
The only good thing here are the staff in the lobby who seem quite used to answering for the owners absolute incompetence, or ignorance of the status of the place.
Do not go there.

We booked a room for one night stay. This is not a hotel by all standards, instead it appears to be a room rental. Very good location in the centre of Podgorica, rooms are very clean, air conditioned and there is a nice furniture, but poorly maintained. Additional plus is that it is a pet friendly place 🐈. There is a person at the reception desk until 11om (we were not told of this upon check) and there is no contact in case of emergency. The rooms are located on the first floor of a business center, however they are not separated from the business center so you can see people in the hallway which are not guests. And there is apparently a coffee bar located on the upper floor so you should expect noise until 1am.
