Hotel Crnogorska Kuca

Nice and cosy place, about 10 minutes walk from city centre. Location is up on upper Podgorica so it has nice view and peaceful space, to enjoy beer (3 euros) or coffee (1.5 euros) at night. Almost all the rooms have fridges, each one has air conditioning and tv, usually two beds and a desk. You can go to the city by public bus (no.15), station is down the street or rent a car at the hotel. And yes, food is great, but be sure to respect the time (breakfast 7am to 9am, dinner (7pm to 8:30 pm). Rooms and restaurant are smoking free zones but there is open garden if you need to relax with some nicotine. Not to forget, you have wifi coverage in all three buildings.

Overall this is a great hotel, rooms are beautiful,location is very good and the restaurant is absolutely incredible. Service is nice, the staff is friendly, polite and helpful. I would have given it 5 Stars but I had a couple of issues: they had a queen size bed for us when I reserved a twin room. We separated the two beds ourselves and asked for sheets but they had a hard time finding correct sheets for us so we had to improvise, also the towels feel like sandpaper.

Friendly & welcoming hotel that was value for money. Great staff (thank you Christina for being such a star!).
Couple of things that would have made it better;
Wifi was not reliable in the rooms.
Rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly during our stay.
Outdoor furniture could have been place in the undercover area to provide shelter from the weather (it rained a couple of days! Don’t worry I’m not blaming the hotel for that).

Lovely on site team, especially Christina who is super personable, friendly and made us feel very welcome. Being English we drink gin and tonic and fortunately she found some hiding at the bar.

Rooms are clean and simple, plenty of parking. Breakfast is a traditional affair, with meats and cheeses.

Rooms could do with more cleaning and need a bit of a refresh.

The smell of smoke permeates some parts of the building and coming from the UK this is a bit difficult to take as it’s so u acceptable there.

There’s a great under cover section at the front of the hotel with the laundry behind. It would be perfect for chairs and tables in all weather and seemed a missed opportunity.

Well located and lots of food and coffee shops around.

The staffs are the best part about this place, very lovely and courteous. When we arrived, we were showed to our room by this lady with a huge smile on her face. Our room had a partial view of another living quarters and partial view of the mountains. They made adequate provisions for two guests so that was great. The sheets were really clean and stain free but the bathroom could do with a little bit more cleaning. Don't get me wrong, it's clean but I'm a bathroom freak and that's always the best part of a house to me.

Free breakfast was part of our lodging and it was buffet style with lots of salami, prosciutto, ham, eggs, and beverages.

Within the vicinity of the hotel, about 2 minutes is a bakery, a small supermarket and also a plaza but that's about 10 minutes to walk.

It was a great location for the price we paid.

Located app 30 min walk from the downtown. Rooms are enough big very clean and tidy. Beds (had double) comfortable. Staff at the reception helpful speaks english and ready to fulfill requirements from guests. (Thank you Eldin - right person on right place). Meal at the restaurant so tasty and fresh. Prices are on acceptable level. Two things for improvement... Found used cigarettes on balcony and hot meal on breakfast was cold (eggs, sausages) But in general strongly recommended as place to stay in Podgorica. It was pleasure to be here. Tomek Poland.

If you need good sleep and eat authentic Montenegrin cuisine then visit Hotel Crnogorska Kuca, out of the Capitol center and traffic rush but still close to all you want to see in Podgorica. One of the best hotels in Podgorica.

Quite good location, super clean and very well equiped with everything the client needs.
As we were three adults, - the apartment was quite spacious with beds, sitting area, bathroom, big balcony and a kitchen + freezer in case you are plann to have your tea or meals indoors.
The breakfast was plenty and served in a traditional family atmosphere area.
And there is FREE Parking, of course.
The young man at the reception is super gentle and very helpful to provide the info-s about the places that you may want to visit.
