Very nice hotel with spa, outdoor pool and private beach. On the first day beach was not set up. In the following days beach was very good (umbrellas, towels). Facilities are very well maintaned. Food in the buffet restaurant should be much better (except fruits that are delicious). Seasonal staff need treaning.

Location: For Sutomore, the hotel has a reasonably good location. It is literally on the beach, near a promenade. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. The best beach in Sutomore, great food service. The hotel alone is old, affordable and partially refurbished. If you're looking for comfort stay skip it.

great and cheap place. nice and simple rooms, but there are a lot of little problems. first sheets have to be changed every a few days and in our room they didnt changed it ever. second every night a lot of people in other rooms play music very loud but it wasnt a big problem for us. food was god, and beach is relatively close

If you compare the price and service it is very good. The only one problem is, that a lot of people just compare the quality of hotel with others and never realize what was the price they paid! FOOD - 80 % BEACH - 60 % (crowded) - would go for a private beach (are for free - have to buy drinks in a restaurant, or fee beach - 6 € and have a top part of a beach in SUTOMORE!)

Do you need to have solid internet for work? A nice reserved spot at the beach when you sneak away from your PC for some RnR at the beach? Del Medio is definitely the place. This hotel is an oasis with a wonderful facility and super nice staff, I can’t recommend it enough!

Spent one week in August here. Try avoid room 204 unless you are wheelchair-bound because shower does neither have door nor a lower guide ("dam") nor sloped floor, and water spills everywhere with risk of slipping. Rooms are clean, spacious, with sea view, super AC, great wifi and IoT TV set. Hotel is modern, new (though some things need repair already now in room 204) and the furniture is classy....

The rooms are excellent, the pool is clean, but a little smaller. Location outside the city, good for vacation, the only minus is the sound of the train. Everything super clean and friendly. Breakfast can definitely be better. But for the price we paid it is GREAT!

Nice hotel with big rooms and a swimming pool which is its strong point. The cleaning service was worsening every day. The lady didn't make the beds and didn't change the towels. We had to ask her twice to change the bedsheets of kids. The food in the restaurant is basic, not very tasty. Beautiful and modern place, with excellent cuisine (delicious fried squid and salads!) and kind, helpful staff. Lots of facilities, including swimming pool, car rental, air conditioning in all rooms, wi-fi, free transport to the beach. Been there twice already, definitely coming back some time in the future. Fantastic view, location is great - just near the beach. Nice welcoming host is a huge plus. Tea/coffee is available for free.

One of the nicest service ever! The rooms are spacious and clean with all the necessary equipment (kitchen, pots, washing machine, refrigerator etc.). Perfect place for a family stay. It’s located really close to the main beach of Sutomore. There are some corner stores nearby and lots of restaurants around as well, so it’s really a perfect location.

The apartment is very close to the rail and bus station. The beach is close as well. It was very clean and the air-conditioning was doing a great job during those hot days.

Unfortunately, it has failed a lot, so it is taken by workers from Leskovac who have been selling their deacons in Sutomore for years and are called meat miracles. Rooms are new and nice. We have stayed for 5 nights and we had only one room servicing we even asked to bring toilet paper to our room because they didn't visiting our room and didn't track situation . Rooms with sea view are also located near road and it is noisy. Will not recommend this one .

Great hotel with great staff. Most staff know English or Russian and are really friendly. They offer parking but the parking lot is very small so it can get awkward sometimes. Breakfast and dinner are included but the options are very limited (for any picky eaters). I think overall because of staff, location and room conditions the hotel deserves 5 stars.
