The best beach in Sutomore, great food service. The hotel alone is old, affordable and partially refurbished. If you're looking for comfort stay skip it.

A nice but old hotel on the beach.

great and cheap place. nice and simple rooms, but there are a lot of little problems. first sheets have to be changed every a few days and in our room they didnt changed it ever. second every night a lot of people in other rooms play music very loud but it wasnt a big problem for us. food was god, and beach is relatively close

If you compare the price and service it is very good. The only one problem is, that a lot of people just compare the quality of hotel with others and never realize what was the price they paid! FOOD - 80 % BEACH - 60 % (crowded) - would go for a private beach (are for free - have to buy drinks in a restaurant, or fee beach - 6 € and have a top part of a beach in SUTOMORE!)

Property was good. Receptionist Ana was very nice and accommodating when we arrived. We were hoping that she was on duty on our last night but unfortunately it was a different receptionist. We don't even know her name because she's not wearing a namebadge. Unfortunately my wife waited more than 15 minutes until she was noticed by the receptionist on Thursday evening ( 01/05) as she was busy chit chatting...

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were friendly, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The on-site restaurant was excellent, and the overall experience felt luxurious. My only minor complaint was the lack of complimentary bottled water, which would have been a nice touch. Otherwise, highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay again!

Good hotel and friendly staff. Polina was quite helpful. Although, there are few bits that I was disappointed about understandably as it was off-season. Their restaurant was only open for breakfast Their pool was closed. These open up in April all through Summer. Good hotel nonetheless. Worth the money.

Great room and view, good food, average location, average beach

My husband and I got to enjoy this beautiful place. The place is amazing and the staff was so welcoming and great and was always prepared to offer more if there was a need. Special thanks to the bar tender Haris he was defenatly the hardest worker there!!!!! I would defenatly recommend this place ignore all the negativity about the Hotel... We will be back...

The rooms are excellent, the pool is clean, but a little smaller. Location outside the city, good for vacation, the only minus is the sound of the train. Everything super clean and friendly. Breakfast can definitely be better. But for the price we paid it is GREAT!

Good place for a week holiday, location few minutes from main boulvard so night's loud music from the clubs are not so onerous. Clean room, quite good breakfast, nice pool. New hotel.

One of the nicest service ever! The rooms are spacious and clean with all the necessary equipment (kitchen, pots, washing machine, refrigerator etc.). Perfect place for a family stay. It’s located really close to the main beach of Sutomore. There are some corner stores nearby and lots of restaurants around as well, so it’s really a perfect location.

Location of the hotel is not at the shore vant they have a parking and five minutes away are all the good beaches. Owner gave us few recommendations about restaurants coffee shops and beaches and everything turned out to be very helpful. Definitely I would come back to this place.

For the first time we are in a hotel, we are really pleasantly surprised how nice, clean everything is in a real home building, we cannot even mention the food because we have thrown a kilo, staff all to one, are indifferent and there is no word no, it cannot ... thanks to the hosts, the owners who have been in this business for years, a real family business and every day they strive to make all guests...

Location for the hotel was perfect for quiete winter holiday, relaxing place, meters away from the beautiful Sutomore beach. Very good quality breakfast and many choices of food. Staff and their service were superb, very friendly, helpful and courtious. Highly recommend for anyone, weather a couple, solo travelers or family holiday.

The location of this hotel is very good, right next to the World Cultural Heritage and close to the castle. The hotel rooms are not big, but they have balconies and elevators. There is a bar downstairs where you can have simple meals.

All the things were awesome, but the internet..was it very bad? — you answer. No! It wasn’t, the Wi Fi didn’t work at all. It is the biggest problem in this Hotel.

Rooms are new and nice. We have stayed for 5 nights and we had only one room servicing we even asked to bring toilet paper to our room because they didn't visiting our room and didn't track situation . Rooms with sea view are also located near road and it is noisy. Will not recommend this one .

Make sure that the refrigerator in your room does not turn off with all the electricity when you take out the key card and leave the room. Nice hotel with big rooms and a swimming pool which is its strong point. The cleaning service was worsening every day. The lady didn't make the beds and didn't change the towels. Beautiful and modern place, with excellent cuisine (delicious fried squid and salads!) and kind, helpful staff. Lots of facilities, including swimming pool, car rental, air conditioning in all rooms, wi-fi, free transport to the beach. Been there twice already, definitely coming back some time in the future. The hotel is quite nice, right at the sea. The room was absolutely massive, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was absolutely awful though. Surely the worst hotel breakfast I've had for years. You had to pay extra for nomral coffee too.
