I have been few times in Montenegro and definitely this place is best for rest. Unique apartments style, breathtaking views from rooms, pool and private beach. What’s more, the restaurant is vegetarian and vegan friendly! Each person from Dollaku Apart-Hotel was so friendly for us, we are much more than satisfied.

My family is here for the third time and spend wonderfully holidays every time. Apartments are wide with new furniture, extra clean hotel, change towels, soap,etc. every day. Unfortunately, I cannot give a opinion about hotel, but me with my wife were there so much time during our vacation and were very grateful for fantastic food and good service. I highly recommend to try some delicious chicken. Size of every dish is very big! Sometimes we had to take one dish and split it for two persons and we were full! Waitresses are extremely polite. It's a modern place, and it has a beautiful view on the sea, and offer half pension. I only gave this place three stars, because my entire family went sick of the egg, and it has huge problems with the eletricity and water. The food except the egg was pretty good, but the soup was always the same.

Great view around the hotel and has restaurants and bar on site. Strong waves in the sea but for those who are afraid to swim in the choppy waters can still choose to dip in the saltwater pools.

Everything was very good, especially compared to other “hotels” in the area. There were minor technical problems with the equipment in the room (the faucet in the kitchen was loose, the TV could suddenly turn off, the kettle burned out - it was replaced), but this did not spoil the overall positive impression. Me and my husband spent our first married weekend in the resort. Our apartment was F40, it has a jacuzzi, spacious bathroom, and two balconies for relaxing. The room was ok, clean, and the cleaning service every day. Very noisy AC and fan in bathroom and very poor quieting the room. You can hear everything what's going on outside. Terribly boring breakfast, everyday just a few things to choose. Not the best location. Without a car you are stuck in the middle of nowhere.

I like to give 10 stars for Deus. The hosts are good and friendly. Deus in on great location there, beach is in front of property. The rooms are good, clean and with great balcony, and they are changing towels every day. Deus has a good and safe parking for their guests. For the price it is OK, not the cheapest, not the most expensive but you get the best for your money.

The staff (Natasha in the first place) is great, they solve every problem. They have nice coffee and beers on the pool side, which has cabanas, wow! Within 3 min. of walk, you are at the sea shore, which has lots of cafes and restaurants and fun.

Excellent location for relaxing by the sea. The comfort studio apartment we stayed in was really comfortable and came with a great view of the sea and old town across the bay. Breakfast was fantastic and food and drink was fairly priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stunning in every way! We felt like we were in paradise! The hotel is gorgeous, built on terraces with the sea all around. Swimming in the private beach was terrific. We only stayed one night as we were travelling on into Albania. The apartment was lovely and the view amazing. The access however is horrendous. It’s a tiny cliff side track barely wide enough for our hire car and you’re expected to back up if someone comes the other way. Parking is limited so you block someone in or are blocked in. Friendly welcome, nice view, the hotel owns the most romantic beach in town ( in my point of view). I did not like the monotonous breakfast and that the restaurants are 10-15 mins far from the hotel. Overall, Ulcinj is a small jewelry box of Montenegro, and the hotel placed in an enjoyable part of it.

The hotel is located on the rock upon the small city beach which is a 10 min walk away. The staff is very friendly. We had a delicious dinner there and te breakfast which was nothing special but ok. The rooms are bit old style and need some refurbishment. Strange blankets. No toiletries, no caffe, no water. All is all is ok but lack a lot of amenieties for a 4star hotel.

Good things: clean room and people who work there, transport to the beach. Bad things: the breakfast was the same every day and not so good, the hotel is located near the street and it was very noisy. The cleaning women worked late at night and in the early morning. Not so good for resting.

This hotel is elegant, comfortable and reasonably priced. We made a last minute reservation here and I’m glad we did. The staff is very friendly, the room is spacious and very clean. I only came for a few hours to use the spa facilities which were excellent along with the entire hotel; fit for royalty! The owner was generous enough to give me a brief tour and should I ever return to Montenegro, will definitely consider this accommodation especially as it’s central.
