For us, we went for the relaxation, sea and quiet so the food and the rest was really more than enough (all inclusive)
Gym is small but location compensates
It's amazing place if you have kids, they have events all day for them , no matter if it's sunny or rainy!

We would definitely come back there.
But the main reason we will be going back is for the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, we just felt like we settled into the Tamassa community from the first night. The staff went above and beyond to make your stay special, memorable and relaxing.
The customer service and can-do attitude of all staff and management are exemplary.
We would like to mention a number of staff who stood out, particularly Chef Karan and his fantastic team, plus Avinesh, Avisha, Sabrina and Derek.
The whole holiday experience from start to finish was wonderful, beautiful grounds, great seafront position, lovely food and happy, accommodating, friendly, smiling staff.
It's very reassuring to constantly see management everywhere chatting and enquiring with holiday makers about their stay. I spoke with Nitish and Nishad regarding our wonderful experience.

Had a lovely vacation, with welcoming staff at our arrival.
Huge amazing outdoors with nice garden and pools.
Coming to the hotel room wasn't to bad. For a 4⭐️ establishment and for the price you pay "which is not cheap," it should be mint in all aspects.
-Part of the room wall paint was cracked and vanity not very tidy.
-Entertainment side can do better.
-Poor hospitality and customer service inexistant (mainly in restaurant.)
-Service very slow, have to chase after staff/department to have things done.
There's clearly a lack of training for the staffs.
Moreover not to mention we had an all inclusive package but we found than the drink menu was restricted/limited to only certain drinks and most of the time they don't have what you ask for.
The room mini bar as well is poorly supply and refill; only with tea and 2 sachet coffee, 2 fizzy drink and 2 beer.
No snacks, chocolate...... etc!
Definitely won't miss the buffet.
Yummy food but too much same same everyday.

Have to review the 4⭐️ rating as it's not to the level standard.
It can't be considered as a 4⭐️ resort.
Overall was a good stay despite certain inconvenience.
We stayed on a half-board basis and the food was diverse and pretty good.
The staff would benefit from some hospitality training, it feels like nobody really cares about the guests, and the animation team is the most passive I've ever seen.
