We were in Paradise! Resort is located at the best position in this part of cost! Starting from Manager Rakesh, followed by Vanessa at reception and Samanta and all staff we spent our stay marvelos!
Breakfast and dinner- big variety every day!
Every evening - live music. During the day - many different sports activity! I really recommend to come to Ambre!

Great destination, staff very friendly and attentive. Live music/shows every night. Lots to see and do with free water sport activities, bean bag throwing and lots more, pool is fantastic and so is the indian ocean..bring your snorkel!!. Loved it. Will be back.

Babita our maid was so lovely and made our room so clean and fresh everyday. Our evening waiter Ben in the main restaurant greeted us with a smile everyday and made us feel extra special. All the staff at the Ti Bar have been exceptional and are so friendly. We didn't catch their names but every single one has been great. The beach area is stunning. So much beach for everyone to enjoy with different zones depending on what you fancy. Enjoyed our honeymoon :)

We went there for a day package. We enjoyed a lot. Food was delicious. Heartiest thanks to Nicoletta who welcomed us warmly and made our day a memorable one. A big thanks to Chef Keller who provided me a cake on the occasion of my birthday. We really enjoyed from the beginning till the end.

We had a fantastic stay at Ambre. The staff was very accomodating, friendly and kept checking in during our stay. Our room was spacious, clean and never short on fresh towels. The wifi was great all over the resort. A special thank you goes out to the staff at Indigo Restaurant - Sanjiv, Nissar, Brenda, and Wendy - you made our stay extra special with your professional and friendly assistance.

We had our End-of-Year celebration at Ambre Hotel, and while the environment was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing, our experience had both positive and negative aspects. The ambiance of the hotel was truly lovely, offering a serene setting that allowed us to unwind and enjoy some quality time as a team. The staff were polite, and the facilities were well-maintained, which made our initial impression quite positive. However, we found the food options to be quite limited. While everything was adequately prepared, there was nothing exceptional or particularly memorable. The dessert selection lacked variety and quality, and the mocktails were underwhelming, which was a disappointment given the hotel’s reputation. We were also let down by the lack of flexibility with activities. As a group, we had hoped to enjoy team-oriented games like pool volleyball or land volleyball, but these were restricted to a rigid schedule. This was particularly frustrating for a day package, where time is limited. For instance, activities scheduled at 4:00 PM were not feasible when our package ended at 5:00 PM, leaving little opportunity for team-building moments. While we appreciated the tranquil environment and relaxing atmosphere, the experience could have been greatly improved with more attention to the variety and quality of food and beverages, as well as better flexibility in activity planning. Ambre has great potential, but these areas need improvement to truly deliver on the expectations of its guests. Overall, we had a pleasant day but left feeling that there is room for enhancement to make the experience more fulfilling.

Upon arrival it is a striking 4 star resort with their beautiful pool and open views of the ocean. They have a great set up : offering plenty water sports, lovely beach, which is nice and clean ( important to note as not all beaches in Mauritius are nice ) nice Spa and rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. It’s ticking all the basic 4 star resort offerings however its F&B unfortunately not quite hitting the mark. The staff in the restaurants were excellent but the food was not. I have had many buffets in my life - and you can have a buffet and still receive good food. Unfortunately Ambre really need to focus their attention on the quality of food be it their a la carte menu or buffets. Some changes to their food offering and they would have got 5 stars from me. Don’t let this deter you because it is a fantastic resort!

Nice place to chill with family. The staffs are welcoming and helpful. We visited the hotel for the second time. Our children liked the heated swimming pool. On the flip side, I felt that the kids club could be a little bit more organized. The staffs should be trained to ensure safety of the children under their responsibility at all times.
