Nice place to chill with family. The staffs are welcoming and helpful. We visited the hotel for the second time. Our children liked the heated swimming pool. On the flip side, I felt that the kids club could be a little bit more organized. The staffs should be trained to ensure safety of the children under their responsibility at all times.

It was my first time with my husband and some friends at Maritim Crystal and we had such a great time!! The food is amazing,staff super friendly and caring. We had a relaxing massage and i can just say that it was one of the best. I would 100% recommend a stay there.

The hotel is beautiful, however, the housekeeping is bad. I saw a rat and few cockroaches in the restaurant. The rooms were not properly cleaned.

There is very little entertainment outside the hotel and visitors must know that they may be stuck in the hotel and on the beachfront in order to have fun.

We put in a room request and we got it!! Any problem we had they fixed with zero resentment. The beach is amazing to go to with so many activities that we enjoyed on our stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel with my family and two children. The hotel's facilities were impressive, and the staff provided exceptional service. They were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The hotel also offered a variety of entertainment options in the evenings, as well as a range of activities for children. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

We spent two nights at the Maritim Crystal Beach last week. Excellent service by all staff, especially Jameetha and Krishna in the restaurant. They went the extra mile to make my birthday enjoyable. Highly recommend the Maritim Crystal Beach.

Nice hotel but received very similar food on 2 different days.
Please review the menu as many users have commented same. This seems to be something repetitive

Food:
The curries were very nice, especially seafood 🤤 but was definitely expecting better desserts/pastries
- like 3 different types of Genoise, chocolate custard for a hotel😬( i even thought it was a "mousse au chocolat" until i took a bite)

Service:
We even booked a room on ground floor due to disability but received first floor. And we were asked to wait for some hours so that they can get a room on ground floor ready. We had to manage to somehow go to first floor to rest and changed to ground floor when the room was ready. This was UNACCEPTABLE!

Booked for 3 persons but received teabags,paper cup, towels etc for 2.

Disappointed for the price we paid and experience that we were waiting for.

To the director,

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and the extremely unsatisfactory experience my family and I endured over the weekend at your hotel.

One of the worst hotel ever. It was my third time visiting Maritim crystal Hotel and it was a worst experience ever as well as for my family. I spent around Rs 64000 and not worth the price at all. The food and drinks are at very poor quality and the menu for breakfast were the same for 2days .

There were two waiter which i truly appreciate namely Pawan and Harsh ,both of them were great at their jobs and have a friendly approach towards their guests but others staffs required training !They don’t have a smile on their face.
The barman working near the pool working on 23 June sunday afternoon i won’t take his name, is so rude and have unfriendly approach.

The foods are very oily and not good for health . Tea time was a mess and there was no variety at all and on a All-inclusive package many drinks were missing.

The drinks in our mini bar is very limited . There is 3 bottle of water and one snack that’s all. The hotel does not even provide body lotion for their guest. When i called and informed them that i badly need a body lotion as i had an allergy but i kept waiting for around 30mins waiting for their call back and later on told me to buy one. The room is not cleaned despite on many requests and bed sheets are not changed as well.

This experience has left me with no choice but to discourage anyone coming at Maritim crystal.

My wife booked this hotel on 21 Feb for my birthday. The first impression of the hotel was good. The pools and activities seemed to be fun unfortunately could not enjoy as boat house is closed for cyclone, but there was no such variety of drinks provided in the mini-bar. Some staff members were very friendly. My big disappointment at lunch, despite knowing it was a birthday celebration, the staff only came to drop the cake and left. There was not even any music. Overall, the hotel was good. However, if you are going there to celebrate an occasion, they lack so much to make the moment special.

HOUSE KEEPING STOLE MY MONEY.
I stayed 5 days with my family and my room number was 2202.As you see the picture I put my DND sign outside of the door when we joined to the room time and date are visible in the picture.Somebody took my DND sing and I called house keeping,reception to bring me another one but they didn’t bring it
We left for dinner about 6:40pm we came back to room around 8:15 I put my 50$ on the tv table it was missing I checked everywhere but I couldn’t find it
My wife checked her wallet and he stole her money as well which is about 260$ and some Turkish Lira.
I shared all details to officer with my statement and I spent totally four hours for this horrible situation.
Also they said to me there is no proof we couldn’t find your money of course you cant find that because thieves don't keep money on them.
I talked to hotel management departments nobody helped and care about that even manager of the hotel the lady from German is so rude and unfriendly she said to me if you don’t like to hotel just leave it
She says if you don’t put the your stuffs in safe i don’t care about that but i try to explain to her several times my shoes,clothes or my bag could be more valuable than my money what would you do if your staff steal those items i cant put them in safe she never answer that question.
Summary think once again guys when you decide to go that hotel because its unsafe and never care about guests happiness.
