This luxury hotel, surrounded by picturesque landscapes, is truly a Paradise. It offers comfortable villas, equipped with all necessary facilities, restaurants, SPA centre and a wide range of opportunities for sport activities, the hotel is a great place to spend the holidays. The design of the room has French colonial style. You will find original furniture in Mauritius traditions and unusual interior, transmitting the local flavor. In restaurants you can taste dishes of the island cuisine and Asian delicacies.

Beach: private sandy beach and adjacent to the public beach at Bel Ombre, in the first coastline. Umbrellas, chairs, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach – 1000 m.

A lovely place, wonderful, kind and friendly people working there making our stay so relaxed and stress free. We'd like to thank them all but of course it's impossible. We enjoyed the service, chats, food, facilities and overall chilled atmosphere.

A very nice resort in Mauritius, the location and swimming pool as well as the activity areas.
We have tried the wellness spa (couple massage), we considered it as average in means of price and quality of massage (pressure) in comparison with same treatment and services available in gulf countries.
The worst part in this resort is the presence of lot of cats in the restaurants especially for those who are zoo phobic. The staff are mostly not friendly at all except Mr. Josh who kept in asking us during our stay to ensure that everything is fine and he treated us in a best way 🙏🏼🤍

Telfair is one of my absolute favorite luxury hotels. Stunningly beautiful premises, pools and beachfront. Adrien is an excellent, gracious resident host, very friendly and helpful -- PS. He'd make a great hotel manager! The hotel organized cute little extras for a birthday celebration. And our room was gorgeous! I wasn't blown away by the food at most of the restaurants but C Beach had lovely food overall.

What an incredible vacation, the venue, the room and the service were second to none and for the price it was truly amazing. To be room, bed, breakfast and golf for €380 in such amazing hotel is fantastic value. The last evening touch of bed decorated and a bath drawn was really nice. Thank you to all the staff for a memorable stay

We recently stayed at Heritage le Telfair and it was delightful from start to finish.
The luxurious accommodations offered breathtaking ocean views and impeccable cleanliness.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay memorable. Dining options were exceptional, with delicious cuisines and a standout breakfast buffet.
We enjoyed the pristine pool, spa treatments, and various recreational activities.
The beautiful ocean views and serene environment provided the perfect retreat. Highly recommend for an unforgettable getaway!

Facilities were very good looking. It was a good view when you sit outside or in your balcony. Buildings and trees look very nice
Our vacation assistant was not very helpful. Maybe if they were not assign an assistant, we would not be disappointed because we would not have expectations.
Room service was not good. They keep forgetting fresh towels and coffee capsules.
I would expect better food and variety. Of course we didn’t get hungry but i would expect more of this hotel.
Sea was not very good but its because the season not hotel’s fault.
My general opinion is the hotel itself is good but its managed poorly. I wish i had a better experience for 7days vacation.

Beautiful resort, very well maintained. The restaurants are a little disappointing, with the exception of Gin'ja and Chateau. The range of wines available in their Gourmet Bliss is small. Staff is inexperienced but friendly.
The location is great. Beach is well maintained with a nice coco shack where you can get a rum infused coconut.
The spa is excellent.
This place is not wheelchair or stroller friendly. It has many stairs.
Unfortunately this resort is saying goodbye to families in October 24 by transforming their only heated pool to an adult only area.

Beautiful Hotel. Staff where amazing. Super helpful and lovely location.
My only criticism would be , I thought the food and drink was quite expensive. Plus there is not many options around or near hotel to eat out so choices where limited. Otherwise had a fabulous stay.

What a wonderful 10 days we had. Our second visit did not disappoint.
Lovely room 706 overlooking the pool and the view out to sea.
Extremely well looked after by Priscilla and Josh and checked on everyday. Making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Jacquie also was very helpful at Caverdish.
We thank also France Renie making sure all our needs taken care off.

I stayed at Heritage Le Telfair on my first day in Mauritius and had the best night ever. Both dinner and breakfast were fresh and excellent. The hotel grounds are beautiful and lovely to walk around.
I am especially thankful to the concierge, Mokshada. She helped with the helicopter tour and the booking at Heritage Golf Course. Even though the helicopter tour had to be rescheduled due to weather conditions, she provided solutions until the end, helping create an unforgettable experience.
