She personally interacted with all her guests. Great food and service every night. The resort is small but ticked all the boxes. The spa was also lovely and the girls were all very professional and friendly

I have had 4 amazing nights at this resort and one of the many highlights was coming to the restaurant and being greeted by the wonderful Sabina who went above and beyond with taking care of us

Still its a good room suitable for a 4* hotel - regarding the most important thing, the beach, the corals and all its fishes are very close, in just 10 meters you will see, sharks, colourful fishes, sting rays, squids, eels

Very nice! Tks - regarding the rooms, a few good things, the water pot for rinsing our feet from the beach sand before entering the room was a nice surprise. Each room supplies life vests for snorkling (also smart)

Absolutely loved our week here. Perfectly chilled out vibe with friendly staff and good food. General manager is superb, friendly and helpful. Our waitress simiran was fabulous and a joy to talk to every day

Our restaurant server Moosa was particularly good, very friendly and attentive. The views were amazing and the natural landscape was beautiful. The room was immaculate for cleanliness and comfort

It was just a short speedboat ride from the airport, and the pick-up transfer was on time. Love their services and the vibes of the island, I felt really recharged after the trip

They went extra miles for providing late check out (which we truly appreciate) given our late night flight back home. We have stayed at their water villa (best decision ever!!), amazing sea view

Besides the attentive staff and good service we also always enjoyed the themed buffets throughout our week here. Tasty food paired with the atmosphere here has made our week very memorable

The experience of snorkelling with Octopus, Eagle Rays, Nurse Sharks, Stingrays, Reef Sharks, Turtles and about a million fish, in the stunning coral setting was simply breathtaking and I feel very privileged that they shared their home with me for so much of my time there

We stayed for 10 nights from 9th May, the island is beautiful with crystal clear waters, white sands, lush trees with vibrant birds, lizards, bats, then underwater, quite possibly, the most beautiful reef I have ever seen

The 3 night stay was absolutely fantastic. All three meals were Buffet with a wide spread from starters, to mains to a variety of deserts. The food was fantastic with a mixed variety ranging from different continents

Kudos to Chef Malin and his team. We stayed in a Water Villa with a glass bottom. The rooms, the beaches and the full island is clean and well maintained. Great place snorkeling with a nice beach

The back massage at Serena Spa was incredibly relaxing. For us the staff at the bar made our trip even more magical as did our waiter… A perfect place to have shared our 25 years together ❤️

The food was excellent! The island is perfect but on the back side there are some places where the sand bags are starting to show. The reef is perfect for snorkeling or diving

When you choose fishing as an activity you get to eat the fish for dinner that night. My only complaint is my shower had a bit of mold on it but I believe it was because it’s an outside shower

Excellent staff. Nice, spatious rooms. Food is mostly good. When the weather isn't good just be aware that activities are very limited so you have to be able to just relax.

This 5-star property definitely deserve 5-Star rating. Lovely staff, wonderful views. They have DJ night with complementary drinks and snacks on every Thursday. Indian food is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner

Incredible experience with a truly amazing staff. Rooms were a little warn down but the property and privacy/quiet nature of the resort itself helped absorb that one fault. Will absolutely be back!

Ozen Reserve Bolifushi was the best vacation resort I’ve been to. The staff, the food, the rooms were all fantastic. Yara at the spa gets a special shoutout! She gave one of the best massages

We paid for the teppanyaki experience. Alok, the chef, was outstanding. Our butler, Asfar, was very accommodating! The best restaurants were Saffron and Soyi for dinner, and Sangu for lunch

The room is cleaned every morning, noon and night. The housekeeper service is in place, and the three meals a day are exquisite, fresh and colorful. I lingered and was already considering coming back next year.

The hotel is located in the center of Male City, which is very convenient for visiting Male City attractions. The view from their restaurant on the 9th floor is amazing. The best thing about them is their service

The shuttle service staff is very enthusiastic. The front desk staff Aisha is very good, speaks half Chinese, and is very warm and hospitable. She provided us with a lot of help

Rather basic hotel, check in was a bit slow, but I can see the staffs are trying their best. Breakfast is very basic.

The price-performance ratio is not good, but it is neither good nor bad. But they said they could pick me up at the airport, but later they said the car broke down, which made me a little unhappy

Excellent and friendly people work here. On the ground floor there is a delicious cafe, upstairs there is a hotel. The beach is 20 steps away, cross the road. Nearby there are shops and fruit stalls.

Clean, good furniture, plumbing. There are disposable hygiene products. We took a suite for three with breakfast. We liked the food, we had lunch and dinner there

Aside from the good environment of these hotels, facing the sea, although this bathing beach is not comparable to those tourist islands in Madai, it beats 100% of the bathing beaches in Sanya

We booked and paid for one deluxe single and one deluxe double rooms sea view but on arrival they gave us simple rooms with no sea view. We had to fight with them and finally they allotted one single deluxe sea view room

Staff is very supportive and they warmly welcome when they check-in at mid night. Rooms are small, but comfortable and well maintained. Restaurant and other facilities are at good level.

But we have to wait a while when we're checking in because a a few people waiting for their turn to check in. The selection for breakfast is good too

A very affordable hotel situated in a walking distance from jetty that cater for speedboats to islands. The room is small but have all the necessities. The staff are very attentive and helpful

There is only one elevator that is incredibly cramped and small that I'd estimate would fit only 6 people. This is troublesome if you stay at the higher floors since the sole elevator only travels one way at a time

Breakfast was decent with the limited options being a basic breakfast menu which includes toast, cereals and an egg station. Overall, service was satisfactory and reliable

The complimentary airport service was waiting for us upon arrival and we processed our transport quickly, although it seems that prior notice was required

The food at the restaurant on the first floor is terrible; I wouldn't recommend it! Overall, aside from the convenient location and friendly staff, I wouldn't recommend the hotel

I took a taxi from the entrance of Male Airport to the pier and took a ferry to the island. The room was good, but I was not used to the food around.

The hotel is about a 5-minute boat ride from the Male ferry port. Once you disembark, walk about 100 meters along the main road on your left to reach the hotel

Good clean modern room with en suite. Air conditioning worked well and plenty of very hot water on demand

The hotel closest to the airport is only 5 minutes away from the airport. The front desk guy is very enthusiastic and helps you to arrange your itinerary. I will stay in this hotel again next time.

The closest island Male’, the capital city is 10 minutes boat ride away from the airport island

The room is roughly at the level of a three-star hotel in China, and nine out of ten tourists will only use this place as a transit hotel, so there is no need to have high expectations here, but it is definitely much better than the transit hotel on the inhabited island, after all, the price is here

Location near airport and close to the main road, they drop and pick us up beside the main road and take a walk to&from the hotel, they assist us to carry the luggage. The views from the room were stunning

Since there’s a mosque right next to the hotel, (it’s a pretty blue mosque though), there will have prayer sessions before sunset, which will definitely wake you up, it will last for less than 15 mins, so it’s ok for me

The beach was just 5 mins walk from the hotel, but hotel was surrounded by 2 mosques. Early morning (5-6am) prayers were very loud, as the speakers were out facing towards the streets

We arrived on a late flight, and was picked up at Velana Airport by Samann Grand hotel staff. It is a free airport transfer service provided by the hotel and was well appreciated

Comfortable overnight stay close to Mahé airport. Breakfast is a very frugal affair, toast, roti, canned tuna with onion and a canned corn/chickpea medley oh and some sweet cake thing
