Location was okay just outside of the highway. The room sucks, there are cockroaches everywhere. We were given the room with window facing the highway, terrible noise insulation. For that price, nothing much to complaint except the roaches issue!

The hotel is facing a straight road, even in the midnight it is a busy track for variant vehicles pass by, not quiet at all. Soundproof room please.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, with my first visit being around 8 years ago. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel has managed to maintain its quality and still looks as good as new. The cleanliness, in particular, was impressive and made for a comfortable stay.
However, I did find the room to be on the smaller side. It was a bit challenging to perform prayers due to the limited space. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I appreciate the effort the hotel has put into maintaining its standards over the years.

I gave 3 star for the service not because they have a poor service . It is because they have a membership for regular but i couldnt apply because the story keep changing , wonder they really have membership or not haha 😆
1st - Stay here 3 times then u are member here and can have exclusive price
2nd - i went, they say u have to walk in 3 times to enjoy our membership
( i've stayed for 4 times before but couldnt apply due to booking online . Nowadays nobody walk in cz too risky unless emergency stay)
Overall this is a value for money hotel . Keep it up 👍

Great pair of receptionists. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the little shop downstairs. Good for an overnighter

Fairly new hotel, rooms were very clean and amenities per what we paid . It was Rm 86 for a twin room per night. Some food stalls and coffee shops nearby and a lot more choice when you drive out another 10 to 15 minutes away. Staff were very polite and a great help with enquiries and recommendations for dinner choices and nearby places of interest.

Affordable, comfortable and clean. Found this little gem of a place by chance and I love it. Simply brilliant for a traveller on a business trip. Very close by to Alor Setar Mall.

Very clean and great sound proofing. I didnt even hear the noisy swiftlet hotel behind the hotel in my room. Decently spacious family room with 1 full bed and 1 twin bed. Smell new.
