For a 3 stars hotel, it has provided sufficient facilities for my short trip. Spacious room, basic amenities, tasty breakfast range and even a newspaper in the morning. A bit old and outdated, no complaint as it is worth its price. Recommended!

Although its a abit old and contemporary but have the rustic feeling and alot of ample space in the rooms. Have one of the best amnesties i had in hotels i been to.

OK for a short stay.. breakfast is alright.. malaysian food will be plain rice, one lauk and fried mee. Western food: potato wedges, scrambled eggs, chicken ham slices, bread. Fruits and some kueh.

Bicycle friendly, can wheel the bike into your room. Very old school, rustic but its clean and room is with aircond tv and water heater. RM50. Very close to food stalls and chinese food courts

The room was good - spacious for two. The pillow given was not enough (1 only). The iron was not function and tear my cloth, even with the replacement. The room card access only been given to one person. The food is average (the ingredients were not fresh) and lack of variations.

Only stay there once. Not far from the airport. In overall, my stay was good. Except that breakfast is not what you should expect from them.

Hotel cleanliness is ok. But first room I checked in got aircond problem. So hotel changed our room. But my partner was trapped in the washroom. The lock stuck. Luckily I was there to inform the management. They manage to force open the washroom door. It’s an old hotel. But breakfast was good

To be honest, the only good things here was the food and friendly staff. Other than that i dont recommend this hotel because the toilet was not in a good condition and cannot flush also the room and toilet cleanliness was …. There’s not plug near bed and only like 2 plug available in whole room. On top of that wifi very very slow

The hotel location is excellent, and the service crew is great. The only problem was in the bathroom of the unit i stayed in. The tap needs to be replaced as it doesn't open fully. The sink also doesn't waste water properly. Otherwise everything was great.

A good stay overall. The location is good because the hotel is just at the fringe of Alor Star. At the moment one entrance is closed due to the reconstruction of the road to Kangar.

Check in was fast and rooms was already available. Inside the room was like entering a 90's time tunnel where room decor was back in the 90's style, very big room, clean and still well maintained. Breakfast was fairly good but slow to replenish and not much food left half hour before restaurant closes for breakfast. Car park ample at the hotel's premises, a bit tight at the lots in front of the hotel...

The room meets our requirements as we travelled with our mom. Easy parking and just in front of the hotel. Breakfast is good and I recommend adding more kuih. Overall it is good and recommended for short term travel.

Location is superb in the middle of city center Alor, with restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. No frills get your sleep kind of hotel.

There is a leakage due to the broken water tap in the bathroom. The towels also have a bad smell.

Had an ok-above average experience staying at this hotel. Room was fine, comfortable and considerably clean..Very strategic location - short walking distance to Aman Central..Has basement parking, but the parking space for each car is quite small.. Only one down point from my experience - there's no lift connected from basement to G floor and room floors..As such either you have to load your items...

Fairly new hotel, rooms were very clean and amenities per what we paid . It was Rm 86 for a twin room per night. Some food stalls and coffee shops nearby and a lot more choice when you drive out another 10 to 15 minutes away. Staff were very polite and a great help with enquiries and recommendations for dinner choices and nearby places of interest.

Overall it was easy to have parking here The room was comfortable & clean .

Good water pressure to get a relax shower, cool breezing air-conditioning to have a good night sleep and a wonderful swimming pool to wipe off tiredness. Love this place very much!!

This hotel room don t have carpet due hygiene purpose because they don't want the room the be smelly i think. Toilet very big so the room size. 1 think i don't like, need to check in by 3.30pm.

Repeating customer here. Spacious, clean minimalist room. The new wing have tower view. Bathroom's clean, with water heater, very good water pressure. Sufficient plug point. Abundant free parking. Swimming pool are open to hotel guests for certain time frame. Not quite satisfy with available tv channel and unstable wifi though. Online meeting always got disconnected.

The owner is really nice as told. Booked room for single at rm45, got AC and hot shower. Really comfortable and muslim friendly as kiblat and sejadah were prepared. Non-smoking room and no pets allowed. Safety pin num used to enter room and front gate always closed for safety. Really recommended. Surely repeat staying here next time

Very friendly owner. Single room is a bit on the small side but has tv, shower and bathroom. Internet is super fast. Best place in Jitra. Doors have a keypad so, no worry losing the key. Highly recommended.

The room (uruguay which is the name of the room) was spacious, clean and comfortable. I really love them. We reached there around 3 am, where the staff waited for us as we have alerted them regarding the arrival time. No problem with the parking space. I was impressed with this motel. For a motel, it was quite good. Eventhough it only have 2 floor, they have elevator. It’s small but still can fit 4 people with 2 large luggage bag. The receptionist is friendly and gave us great recommendation for nearby eateries. I saw there’s cafe inside the motel itself but haven’t had the chance to try it out. Will try it out in the future if I come here again...

Small but nice and convenient place to stay. Got elevator despite only 2 floor. Room is big enough with essential supplies given. Got free coway and kitchen cafe which is delicious with affordable price. Recommended!

This is my favourite place to stay whenever I go to Perlis to visit my relatives there. The place is just nice and convenience, complete with all amenities. There is a small convenience store, a cafe (nice food), water dispenser, surau, public toilets, novels and nice decorated area for guests to take nice photos. Great location too.

Room-wise is okay but you can see it's an old hotel. Even the AC is old but still functional. They have only one lift but is very small. My SIL had a gruesome experience there. Definitely a scary hotel to stay in.

When you were in Kangar but need bed to sleep this is the hotel. Room is little bit bigger than the new hotel next to it. No complain. Don't expect much. Clean. Not luxury hotel. Ample parking space. Very near to Kangar Mosque. Walking distance into small town of Kangar

If you want a hotel/motel just for rest and sleep, this is the right place. Cheap and affordable. No breakfast. Water heater provided. There is shower gel provided in the toliet. Mineral/drinking water you can buy at the reception. You can easily find a grab driver to go to anywhere you like around Perlis.

The room condition are good but the tv channel are liltle bit dissapointed and refer to the price, the hotel should provide some basic amenities such as shampoo, soap and maybe a tootbrushes.

17/06/2018: Checked in late, the receptionist offer lower price than normal. Has comfy bed and clean bathroom (despite sharing) and working facilities. I would give it a 4 since I haven't spend a full night here. Book a room with 2 beds. Not much to compain or to boast either. The hotel is old ones but the lobby with quran recitation at night and its pool i think is a plus. The breakfast is a steal, if walk in just pay rm20, surprisingly delicious nasi lemak, kuih. I mean if you are not into finding local delicacies early in the morning u can taste bit of everything in the breakfast buffet.
