I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Hotel, and let me tell you, it was far from a pleasant stay. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff seemed completely disinterested in providing any sort of customer service. They were rude, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed by any questions or requests I had.
When I finally got to my room, I was shocked by how run-down and dirty it was.
this hotel is completely unacceptable.
my stay was a complete disappointment.
Save yourself the headache and choose a different hotel for your next stay.

Located at the heart of Batu Ferringhi, many food stalls and restaurants nearby. Also short walking distance to 7-Eleven, pharmacy and dobby.
The bed is terrible, hard and uncomfortable.
The pillow are so dirty and aged. Feel disgusting to sleep on it.

Location is good. About 4 mins walk to the beach. I stayed in room 205. If I return I would definitely stay in this room again. Very spacious room. It has a nice view. Comfortable bed. TV and hot water works. No coffee in the room although there is a electric kettle with no plugs. Wifi sometimes slow. Stayed 2 nights.

At the first room the wasn't WiFi working so that was nice they allowed me to change the room. Rooms have window. Towels good, bed good, shower good, also AC good. Water provided from dispenser. Receptionists seemed be nice and friendly. Well yeah it could be 5 star reference this unfortunately they wanted me to pay some additional fees (tax) which wasn't mentioned at my online booking - there was only all taxes and fees already included and paid so why should I pay more? No way, it's illegal way! It must be mentioned at my online order to pay more if you want take more... And the manager wanted to report me somewhere although he can't win this and I saved the proof...

great hotel in penang like 100 meters to the beach in batu ferringhi and has everything u need from restaurants to KFC to mini mart to 7-eleven.. very strategic area.. and great hotel rooms for cheap

This is a nice hotel, no issue at all. Their design is quite special. The arrangement of of rooms looks like university's hostel, but with a open hall in the middle. If anyone making noise, the whole area will heard it.
Location is not bad at all, quite some numbers of food stall nearby. Parking is free as well.
This hotel is nearby the beach area, as most people staying here just to play around at the beach. Nothing else can be done here as no big shopping mall available here. Just small supermarket here only.

5-10mins walking to the beach. Stay on weekdays so no parking problem. No parking designated by the hotel. Need to park by the roadside. Room is clean. Toilet not clean.

Good desk staff. Room - fair. Lift is not functioning . Shaky legs for senior citizen to climb staircase. Easy to get local food and fast food. Good location.

The room was sufficiently comfortable and clean during my stay. Staff were helpful to accommodate me. Furniture was a bit worn, but comfortable enough, slept well. Local eateries and beach are within walking distance. Definitely,will come back again.

Pro: Clean room and nice staff. The location is very good, many restaurants nearby, like local restaurant, kfc, subway, 7/11. Can access public transport easily. Wifi is okay, air conditioner works perfect.
Con: the voice from outside can get into the room as the wall is not soundproof, but it’s acceptable for this hotel price.
