Nice hotel. A bit old but well kept. The have two wings, one beach front and the other across the road. We were not aware when booking online using one of those hotel booking sites. Went here for my father's parent company annual dinner. For a second time actually. I have no complaints at all but the room feels dusty. But it is still manageable and I enjoyed my stay here. I have always loved the scenery at the back of this hotel. The breakfast buffet also tastes good and offers a lot of food varieties.

But the hotel is actually called Roomies Suites, it is impossible to locate the hotel if you type Zen Rooms Eden Parade in your GPS system. Please take note of that. Stayed here two nights. Great service from the 2 siblings who run the place. They have limited car parking in a field across the road. The rooms are simple but functional, totally fine to sleep. There are a few local restaurants nearby but for a wider choice you have to travel 10 mins to Batu Ferringhi. Fine if you have a car and there's no traffic, but a bit of a headache on the weekend.

I booked 2 family rooms for 3 night. One of the room don't have air-conditioner for 2 days and provided us standing fan only. We have asked for refund but they refused to give.
