Location was very good walking distance to all the good restaurants.

Nice with modern design. Have wah lao toi channel as well. Parking secure with locked basement at night. But wifi sucks. The room design and deco are beautiful.

Initially skeptical after reading some reviews but actually had a pleasant experience!
+ Reasonably priced hotel
+ Spacious, well-kept room w/ amenities
+ Within walking distance to many key locations (eateries, attractions, etc)
- Motorcycle noises can be occasionally loud towards the evening
- WiFi was unstable at times, even for regular browsing
- Some nights there was no hot water, though rare
Overall, I would definitely book here again and recommend to those looking to visit on a budget 👍🏼

Nice location but difficult to park. Next to night club and the sound can be heard until 5 am. Not recommended for light sleeper.
Spacious room and have all the necessary item for traveller. Got room with broken screen TV.

Stayed there last week. Staffs were friendly and efficient. Hotel was reasonably priced and centrally located. Highly recommended

Excellent location near the old town center where the famous eateries are. Good launch point for activities nearby, but if you plan to stay in and relax or work, better find another hotel.
The internet is so slow that it's completely unusable even for simple browsing, let alone stream video or conference calls. The chair in the room is a plastic and uncomfortable for sitting for a long period of time.
The aircond control in the room is mounted too high and has a broken lcd screen. A used tower was left next to the sink top. Looks like the cleaning staff forgot to take it away.
The power went out for more than 2 hours on the day I checked in, and the front desk staff didn't even inform me of the scheduled maintenance.

Best location, convenient, friendly staff, clean. Reasonable price.

A clean and friendly place in the town centre. More functional than luxurious, bordering on spartan. Comfortable nonetheless. Avoid front rooms bec of traffic noise. No restaurant onsite. Eating places nearby to cater for all requirements. Helpful staff at reception. Coin Laundromat is across the road with a change machine.

. Housekeeping is done very well, the floor is exceptionally clean
. Aircon is very cold, very good.

. Front porch dropoff, the 4 car park lots/driveway in front of the main lobby are are sheltered. Perhaps can allow cars to drop off/pick up under shelter, rather than in the rain.
. The windows are not exactly sound proof, can hear traffic going by.
