The place is good n spacious. Food wise..the buffet for rm29.90 seems not worth it. This is an old hotel currently undergoing renovations, so it's not very appealing at the moment. Only one lift is operational. However, the breakfast offers a good variety, and the room is spacious with a nice view

Nice, clean, affordable. We took the renovated rooms but they weren't well renovated. Csn see stains, patches and marks. They provide good quality slippers, far better than the cheap ones, most hotels give. 12th for is amazing. Dangerous corner when alighting Grab so be careful.

The room is clean and well equipped. The resort is beautiful. The breakfast is good too. My family enjoyed the stay and we would love to come back. However i would like to mention that the outdoor shelter is too small when it comes to heavy rain. We were all drenched as we walked to (staying at) Tower A after check in at Tower B.

Room is good for one. Toilet is small . Sunday there is a Pasar Tani outside the hotel so be prepared to be waken up by the sound of Sellers shouting . Parking is available for hotel in the basement. Hotel is basically u get what you pay for. The best selling point is the location, near enough to walk to the attractions but not smack in them. I also like that it has its own car park with security guards.

Everything is tiptop Good except my room's air-conditioning takes almost 8hrs to feel cold. The hot shower was inconsistent, suddenly changed to cold, next moment change to hot.

Booked 2 rooms for parents and myself for 4 nights. The 1st room for parents had leaking broken taps and weak toilet flush. Parents’ room was changed immediately after moving in. Decent hotel situated at a good location close to Ipoh city. The room was spacious and well-equipped, but the cleanliness was questionable. It was as if the room had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests had left. The bed sheets and the pillow cases also seemed as if they had not been washed properly. Other than those complants, overall I had a decent stay at this hotel.
