Location is convenient near to Concubine street. Famous Ipoh chicken rice shop, local handmade biscuits shop, a lot of food and dimsum shop.

Great value. Room was spacious, clean, and nice facilities. AC very effective at cooling the room. Only negative about room was no window. Staff provided good service.

The rooms were clean, super comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable (even for one night 😆). Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

2 star hotel? I dont think so, it should be 3++ star hotel for me😊 they provide spacious bedroom, clean bathroom & the receptionist service also great! The location is very strategic, mostly near to the all famous culinary in ipoh👍🏻👍🏻

Super love this hotel for its great location. Walking distance to attractions and food places! Room wise, it's clean, quite spacious. Has a open wardrobe with hangers, safe and mini fridge. They provide very basic toiletries like shower cap, one tube of shampoo and shower gel each so you may get from 7-11 just beside the hotel. Only complaint is the room air conditioning is really cold and the temperature know adjustment doesn't seem to work. The blanket is very thin so it gets quite uncomfortable to sleep well at night for me. That's the only one star off for me. Otherwise, room is clean, staff is courteous and great location!

All good except the car park is in a open space located quite a distance from the hotel. Inconvenient when you have lots to load and unload. Also troublesome when it rains

it’s provide parking but not in the same building, it located further more after hotel, an open air parking.
Bed is big, room and washroom is amazing clean.
Hotel have restaurant, there is vegan friendly as well.

A well placed hotel 15 min walk to old town and close to many restaurants. The staff are very kind and friendly. I asked to move room and they accommodated me. The bed is huge and very comfy, good internet, quiet, large rooms. Good shower.

Spacious room, rain shower, clean.
The complaint is the open air parking lot and can be quite a distant away which can be troublesome if one have plenty if things to carry. Also, the night I spent there, the corridor was noisy. It maybe a one time occasion.

A very convenient clean hotel that is smack in the middle of town. It is very near to town centre which means 5 -10 min walking distance to all the famous eatery.
Room is very basic but reasonable to the price. Funny thing is one of the light switch operates from outside to turn on and off.
Much recommended if you are ok with basic hotel. Don’t be fooled by the outer street that is a bit dirty. Oh yes, the car park is further down in an open car park. The hotel will give you a ticket to display.
