Impiana Hotel Ipoh in Ipoh

Came here for an overnight teambuilding activities. A comfortable stay, with quiet atmosphere at night although it being located beside a road.

One of the very few hotels that still provide the complete package of what a hotel stay should be like - premium toilettries package, iron and ironing board in the room, hair dryer, laundry bag, sewing kits, safety deposit box, generous quantities of towels, nice smelling hair and body shampoo (not the typical ones that you found in every other hotel - here they smells unique and much nicer).

Another good safety measure that I'd like to applaud the hotel is the placement of a fire safety blanket. I think management can consider placing at least one or two at every floor of the hotel.

Cleanliness of the room should be improved though, it's quite dusty. Bathtub is having some stain. Also, the management should really accelerate the fixing of the lifts. During my stay, only one out of three lifts is functioning well.

Morning and lunch buffet experience is satisfying overall, with varieties of food being served.

Staff very welcoming. Room ok la, breakfast buffet nice. One thing, no lift from parking area but can drop your item at lobby and staff will help you.

The hotel provides a generally comfortable stay, though the rooms reflect an older property with décor and maintenance that could be improved. While the essentials are in place, the overall condition feels somewhat dated.

Service at the front desk is polite but slow, with check-in taking longer than expected. Improving efficiency here would significantly enhance the guest experience.

The hotel’s biggest strength is its strategic location, conveniently close to many key attractions in Ipoh. I did not try the food, but given the number of events hosted at the hotel, it is likely satisfactory. Overall, it’s an acceptable place to stay, especially for those prioritizing convenience.

Buffet breakfast was good. Was able to add buffet breakfast for 41 rm.

Room are newly renovated. Parking available outside the hotel.

There is a bakery and food option near by. Hotel also provide affordable meals

Stayed 2 nights here for work and location is near the airport.

The newly refurbished room is very nice. The refurbishment is long awaited for this grand hotel of Ipoh.

This is an old hotel currently undergoing renovations, so it's not very appealing at the moment. Only one lift is operational. However, the breakfast offers a good variety, and the room is spacious with a nice view

Its an old hotel currently under renovation so not much good for now. Hope after the renovation finish will see a much better improvement. However this hotel is liked by many VIP’s though. The services of course very good.

Stayed at this as hotel it use to be the best hotel in Ipoh when I was young. Over the years a lot of new hotel in ipoh. Impiana hotel is not like it use to be. Very bad staff management. Room that I book I wasn’t sure it was a premier room as some of other family members book a normal room look exactly the same as my room. The rooms also very outdated and only 1 lift was working out of 3 lift.

Very good nice wonderful value for money nearby food I will back
