The hotel is a bit outdated, and the furniture needs an upgrade. However, my overall stay was good. The staff were very friendly, and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. The TV was new and had access to YouTube and Netflix, but you need to use your own account to enjoy them. The gym was well-equipped and open from 7 AM to 10 PM.
Breakfast was excellent, offering many local delicacies and a variety of choices. Don’t forget to try their freshly baked croissants—they were amazing!
Plus, there’s a coin laundry located just 50 meters away.
I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is currently having a lobby renovation so entry and exit is through the Billion Supermarket lobby. Having said that, the hotel made the temporary pathway rather integrated and security posts and reception was extended to the temporary lobby. The hotel lobby itself is grand and beautiful and staff were always available, attentive and accommodating. Check in was pretty smooth.
My room was very spacious and decor although a bit dated is still good. The hallway wallpaper outside needs some care though. Toilet is good and comfortable seating and working spaces. Bed is supersized and amenities are adequate.
Wi-Fi connectivity is easy and very fast! Breakfast variety is as good as any 5 star hotel although consistency in taste is the issue. I had a great breakfast on the first day but the second day was rather meh despite having almost similar dishes as the day before. Dining staff are very kind and gracious to your needs.

The trip to Renai Hotel was excellent, came around 1pm and get to ask the receptionist how much was the total deposit and thru that they told us your room is ready and can check in early. ************* everything went well 🤲🏻☺️
