Best stay. Very comfortable stay. Best breakfast with variety of choices❤️

Good thing about breakfast, everyday will be different menu.
Please be mindful, the check in only allowed at 3:00pm, latest maybe by 2:00pm if there is available room.
Room? Consider clean, but need a lot of improvement. Bath tub okay. Water pressure good!
Provide guarded Swimming pool, jacuzzi as early as 7am.
Gym facilities access 24 hours and very hygiene and clean.
Parking issue : Touch n Go or Debit Card accepted but, please improvise the kiosk, sometime cannot detected.
Parking area is huge. For valet RM20.
In house guest-free parking. But must validate your card at reception before heading out.
Reception service was good, concierge staff very helpful.
Room no sound proofing.. can hear from next door and every morning a bit disturb from the housekeeping doing cleaning - vacuum.

MASYAALLAH ❤️ ~ LOVE THIS HOTEL
I was greeted by all the friendly staff once I came in to the lobby especially at the checkin counter..(lovely ladies) Check in was fast n easy. Requested standard room but was 'upgraded' to executive room. (Thank you so much) Room: from bedding, TV channel, towels n toiletries to views (from our room), all good.
We had dinner at their restaurant... price were reasonable n (most important) foods were also delicious. Breakfast spread : many choices and all looks deliciously tempting. Service was also great.; greet with sincere smile. Truly nice people here.

Best hotel in Kota Bharu. Many will choose here when come, especially for business matters. Room nice & comfortable. Price reasonable. Suitable for famiky to bring kids also. Have a swimming pool for adults & kids. Of course, men & women pool will be separated. Cafe serves many Kelantan dishes. Staff is very friendly.

Stayed in one of the Perdana Suites. Super comfortable. Breakfast with large variety. It's a little on the old school style though and fridge wasn't working well. Location was awesome though. Literally heart of KB and close to some great grabs

went there for 2 days conference. Staffs were friendly and very helpful. Hall was good, sound system was remarkably excellent. Only that they had small WC to occupy large number of participants. And I think it is much better if they can provide janitor from time to time.

I feel like they could do better with cleaning up the room, especially the toilet.
Our sink is blocked.
Several plug points are not working.
Breakfast is cheap but not amazing.

Hotel is nice and cozy but is always pack with local government events. So the breakfast area is too crowded and parking is limited. It can be a trouble for customer that stay at the hotel to find table for breakfast. Its super annoying. However, hotel location is strategic and walking distance to nearby attractions.

Great room, great service and great food too. We've had a pleasant stay in the hotel. Just to share my sister recent incident. She dropped her gold bangle at the cafe during breakfast buffet. We tried contact the hotel staff. To my surprised the hotel staff found it and kept it. The staff are super honest and very integrity. Keep up the good work! 👍
