The Room is huge beyond my expectation. Huge bed with good air conditioning plus television which can watch neflix. The bathroom big and clean.

Hotel was ok, I booked a newly renovated room so it was fine although the Aircon was way too cold. But the buffet breakfast was wonderful with a lot of special east coast local delicacies like nasi dagang, akok, roti titab and kachang pool. We had a 2D1N short stay here. Didn’t managed to experience much of the facilities due to time limitations. But I have to say I really love their buffet breakfast. Everything is prepared well from the decor, the steamer they used to keep the food warm, they even have one staff manning the egg station, poaching perfect eggs for the kacang pool, and here they serve it with kuah Kari kambing. So delish...

Very great breakfast buffet where you can find local and international food. The room was clean. I was told it's newly renovated. The pool was nice too, just to crowded with other visitors. You cant find splendid view from the hotel as it is located in the city but the location is convenience if you want an accomodation that closes to stores (7E & Watson are near) and restaurants.

My room was spacious even normal room. Staff, customer oriented. Ask them anything they will try to help you. Lounge was amazing. Food big portion. Breakfast they serve local food + normal breakfast. Laksam, akok in hotel! Amazing. AC in the room too cold. Even off the AC still need blanket too sleep

The staff, especially those at the front desk, were very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the decor above the bed and below the tv is pleasing to the eyes. The work station joins with the ledge along the wall giving it ample space to put stuff on. There is also an armchair n a coffee table placed strategically facing the tv. MASYAALLAH ❤️ ~ LOVE THIS HOTEL I was greeted by all the friendly staff once I came in to the lobby especially at the checkin counter..(lovely ladies) Check in was fast n easy. Requested standard room but was 'upgraded' to executive room. (Thank you so much) Room: from bedding, TV channel, towels n toiletries to views (from our room), all good. We had dinner at their restaurant... price were reasonable...

Overall 4/5 star. Good thing about breakfast, everyday will be different menu. Please be mindful, the check in only allowed at 3:00pm, latest maybe by 2:00pm if there is available room. Room? Best hotel in Kota Bharu. Many will choose here when come, especially for business matters. Room nice & comfortable. Price reasonable. Suitable for famiky to bring kids also. Have a swimming pool for adults & kids. Of course, men & women pool will be separated. Cafe serves many Kelantan dishes. Staff is very friendly.

Stayed in one of the Perdana Suites. Super comfortable. Breakfast with large variety. It's a little on the old school style though and fridge wasn't working well. Location was awesome though. Literally heart of KB and close to some great grabs

went there for 2 days conference. Staffs were friendly and very helpful. Hall was good, sound system was remarkably excellent. Only that they had small WC to occupy large number of participants. And I think it is much better if they can provide janitor from time to time.

The price was reasonable for the room. I recommend to consider more when you have bigger body than average bcs the room was not wide enough for big people.

Overall 3 star . Room is clean the only thing is the toilet have wire smell. Location wise is very good location as beside kB mall very convenient for shopping. Only thing is parking issue.

Room cleanliness was acceptable. However, on the night I was staying there was event on 7th floor (stayed on 6th flr) and they were karaoking until 1.15am. Complained to receptionist at 12.30am but still very noisy. 2 towels provided in the room. Additional towel requests is at RM2/towel. Basic breakfast provided which is good but prefer if they cover fruits/salad to prevent flies/fruit flies.

The location is unmatchable as there’s plenty of food within walking distance. There’s also a 7-11 just around the corner. Plenty of parkings around the hotel and there’s a few limited spots in the basement. Room is clean and everything works well. If you guys are going to kota bahru this is a very good choice of hotel to stay.

Very strategic place to stay. Less than 100 meter is the Cheng Ho Street which have alot of nice food. Ex. Nasi Kukus, Ice Kacang and alot of food stalls.

Exterior and interior deco are nice. Good overall but lots of things can be improved such as cleanliness is not scoring very high especially the bathroom; tv should upgraded to lcd already.

Price is a bit high for a town like Kota Bahru. The location is strategic enough for banking and food.

A very good hotel for a fair price.. The room is beautiful, not too spacious but good enough for you to feel comfortable.. Will consider to stay here again on my next trip to kb

Very convenience and suitable for short stay.Everything from bathroom and room wad clean enough and dont have any unpleasant smell.Water pressure quite high.Recommended with a good price offered.

Parking is easily available. Room is comfy and quiet. Hotel is near the city. Quiet neighbourhood and chilly at night and early morning. Good breakfast food restaurant around the corner.

Nice simple Budget Hotel. With basic amenities at RM45 for single and RM60 for double. Its okey.. At day time,this area seems busy,but at night it quite peaceful. Most importantly,free parking around the lot.

Who said this is nice place to stay?. He must be stupit. I never see cockroach having sex on hotel bed when I check in.

No reserved parking for guests. Old building, remind me of school hostel. Ironing facility provided in the prayer room. Also provide water dispenser.

I liked the big room which was very comfortable. It is quite an old property but for the price of RM57, it was really good value. I will stay here again if I come back to Kota Bahru

If you are not looking for luxury and perfect hotel.. This hotel is enough for rest places.. And staff is friendly.. Room is a bit out fashion, but most important is clean.

Water pressure is very good but there no water heater...but it is not a problem at all....air cond is perfectly functioning....so...it is perfect 4 me... What else can u get 4 RM58 per night....

Worth the price~ local foods just around the corner. Local shopping place like tudung,batik also nearby with lots of choices! Bravo!

There are 3 rooms in the unit. Master bedroom has 2 beds queen size. Can fit about 8-10 occupants. The owner are so friendly and talkative. Thank you to the owner who always serve us the traditional sweet for the breakfast. Rooms are clean & tidy. Car parking also very spacious. Suitable for big family with many cars

The owner is super kind and accommodative. Homestay is clean, neat and fully equipped except for washing machine. Ample of parking spaces. Good for family. Each house can accommodate 8 pax. Close to town center and convenient if you have a car. Booked both homestay for 2 nights. Peaceful neighbourhood.

An extremely hospitable and friendly host. A very well kept , clean house and yard. A very quiet surrounding and neighborhood. Full amenities that you would need for your stay. Centrally located and easy access to town centre and tourist spots. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Clean house and equipped with full facilities such as heating kettle, iron, refrigerator and even free wifi. Wide compound for car parking, suitable for family trip. The owner is very friendly and generous. He even welcome us with famous kelantanese kuih and food everyday! 5 star review is a must!

Single storey bungalow on stills where the bottom can be used as a parking space. Has 3 rooms which can accommodate max 8 persons. It has a small kitchen but a spacious living area. The shower & toilet is a bit small. The owner is very generous & friendly .

Ive stayed here almost 4 times in the past few months . And ive gotta say its comfortable and clean and the beds are comfy . The only problems ive had is with the water bottle they provide . Its so small . I had to boil water to drink more . Also , different rooms have different internet connectivity .

Family room (1 dbl and 1 single) with kitchenette is so spacious, cozy and clean. The microwave, bread toaster, fridge and electric kettle are in excellent working condition. It comes complete with sponge and cleaning detergent. RM120/per nite, truly value for money. The staff are very helpful esp the owner, Dr Azizi..

The way to find this house really tricky and not updated in google maps..should also put a signboard of Annna homestay at the entrance from the main road..
