Checkin process a bit slow even after checkin hour. bathroom not so clean. got it its quite old hotel but still its considered as the best in town hence hopefully they can upgrade the cleanliness. breakfast foods are varities and all good. good the local kueh on your breakfast and the nasik kerabu

The hotel is a bit outdated, and the furniture needs an upgrade. However, my overall stay was good. The staff were very friendly, and the bed and pillows were quite comfortable. The hotel is currently having a lobby renovation so entry and exit is through the Billion Supermarket lobby. Having said that, the hotel made the temporary pathway rather integrated and security posts and reception was extended to the temporary lobby. No reserved parking for guests. Old building, remind me of school hostel. Ironing facility provided in the prayer room. Also provide water dispenser.

Tempat strategik sebab sebelah ade kb mall and terletak betul2 tengah bandar kb. cuma for the parking tu just ade public parking area hotel. But will stay here again cuz affordable and banyak kemudahan. 🤩

location is excellent, very close to KB mall and other good facilities in the area. room is decent in size as well.

Spacious hotel, got both fan and aircond, clean, got basic toiletries and mineral water. No sound proof. Helpful and kind staff. Very near with kb mall. Please reminded need to pay parking fee or got summon.

Next to kb mall. Very convenient location. Hard to get grab taxi in the morning before mall open. If you have early morning flight remember to book grab taxi to airport at least 30 mins before your intended departure time from hotel.

Room cleanliness was acceptable. However, on the night I was staying there was event on 7th floor (stayed on 6th flr) and they were karaoking until 1.15am. Complained to receptionist at 12.30am but still very noisy. 2 towels provided in the room. Additional towel requests is at RM2/towel. Basic breakfast provided which is good but prefer if they cover fruits/salad to prevent flies/fruit flies.

The location is unmatchable as there’s plenty of food within walking distance. There’s also a 7-11 just around the corner. Plenty of parkings around the hotel and there’s a few limited spots in the basement. Room is clean and everything works well. If you guys are going to kota bahru this is a very good choice of hotel to stay.

Very strategic place to stay. Less than 100 meter is the Cheng Ho Street which have alot of nice food. Ex. Nasi Kukus, Ice Kacang and alot of food stalls.

Exterior and interior deco are nice. Good overall but lots of things can be improved such as cleanliness is not scoring very high especially the bathroom; tv should upgraded to lcd already.

Very convenience and suitable for short stay.Everything from bathroom and room wad clean enough and dont have any unpleasant smell.Water pressure quite high.Recommended with a good price offered.

Parking is easily available. Room is comfy and quiet. Hotel is near the city. Quiet neighbourhood and chilly at night and early morning. Good breakfast food restaurant around the corner.

Nice simple Budget Hotel. With basic amenities at RM45 for single and RM60 for double. Its okey.. At day time,this area seems busy,but at night it quite peaceful. Most importantly,free parking around the lot.

Nice place to stay. Modern design, spacious and comfortable room. Got free wifi, small fridge and microwave if not mistaken. The location is the center of Kota Bahru and it's quite convenient to go to famous places near there. He has a parking lot near the roadside and there is a charge for public parking as usual.

Best place in town suitable for family

Some improvement on cleanliless needed esp. on bathroom.

I liked the big room which was very comfortable. It is quite an old property but for the price of RM57, it was really good value. I will stay here again if I come back to Kota Bahru

Room clean and neat..staff friendly.. But is 1 star hotel..and don't put too high expectations.

If you are not looking for luxury and perfect hotel.. This hotel is enough for rest places.. And staff is friendly.. Room is a bit out fashion, but most important is clean.

Water pressure is very good but there no water heater...but it is not a problem at all....air cond is perfectly functioning....so...it is perfect 4 me... What else can u get 4 RM58 per night....

Location & comfortable for big family gathering

There are 3 rooms in the unit. Master bedroom has 2 beds queen size. Can fit about 8-10 occupants. The owner are so friendly and talkative. Thank you to the owner who always serve us the traditional sweet for the breakfast. Rooms are clean & tidy. Car parking also very spacious. Suitable for big family with many cars

The owner is super kind and accommodative. Homestay is clean, neat and fully equipped except for washing machine. Ample of parking spaces. Good for family. Each house can accommodate 8 pax. Close to town center and convenient if you have a car. Booked both homestay for 2 nights. Peaceful neighbourhood.

Single storey bungalow on stills where the bottom can be used as a parking space. Has 3 rooms which can accommodate max 8 persons. It has a small kitchen but a spacious living area. The shower & toilet is a bit small. The owner is very generous & friendly .

Good for a budget stay. Just opposite the morning market and near to tourist attraction. Setback is there is no lift, be prepared to climb the stairs with your luggage.

Simple accommodation at kota bharu. Nearby attractions place. ???? parking would be a problem if u driving over here.

The owners have picked is up in the town at 9pm after we called them, gave us some useful travel tips and the place itself is actually interesting too.

The way to find this house really tricky and not updated in google maps..should also put a signboard of Annna homestay at the entrance from the main road..
