Best hotel in Kota Bharu. Many will choose here when come, especially for business matters. Room nice & comfortable. Price reasonable. Suitable for famiky to bring kids also. Stayed in one of the Perdana Suites. Super comfortable. Breakfast with large variety. It's a little on the old school style though and fridge wasn't working well. Location was awesome though. Literally heart of KB and close to some great grabs

The Room is huge beyond my expectation. Huge bed with good air conditioning plus television which can watch neflix. The bathroom big and clean.

We had a 2D1N short stay here. Didn’t managed to experience much of the facilities due to time limitations. But I have to say I really love their buffet breakfast. Everything is prepared well from the decor, the steamer they used to keep the food warm, they even have one staff manning the egg station, poaching perfect eggs for the kacang pool, and here they serve it with kuah Kari kambing. Very great breakfast buffet where you can find local and international food. The room was clean. I was told it's newly renovated. The pool was nice too, just to crowded with other visitors. You cant find splendid view from the hotel as it is located in the city but the location is convenience if you want an accomodation that closes to stores (7E & Watson are near) and restaurants.

My room was spacious even normal room. Staff, customer oriented. Ask them anything they will try to help you. Lounge was amazing. Food big portion. Breakfast they serve local food + normal breakfast. Rooms were old but very well maintained. Service was a little slow but very friendly and warm. Housekeeping was excellent. We love that there's a bathtub in our room.

Lobby is very new but the rest is very old and worn out. Floor carpets are definitely not clean and the bed could be cleaner. Walls are very thin and loud but besides this it was an ok stay. Probably better than most in the area but I don’t think it lives up to 4 star standard.

We stay for 4 nights and the room is facing the river. It's nice scenery. The room is clean. Bathroom also clean. The air-conditioning is very good. Various of breakfast menu and they are all marvellous! Only 1 time we have difficulty to enter the room because of stuck-lock. However, the maintenance personnel promptly attended. All staffs are polite. We are happy staying in this hotel!

The room needs refurbishment. Wall does not sound proof enough. Location wise is very good and convenient. Breakfast is so delicious. The elevator is so slow. The room rate is okay for me.

Located 2mims walking distance from the pasar area. The hotel is in a good condition, family room is spacious. But due to its location within wakaf che yeh, parking might be a small issue, but still you may get the parking. Its just that the traffic 😄

Located in Wakaf che Ye,Ridel hotel is a decent ,clean and cozy hotel with courteous and helpful staff.It is very close to the night market and just across from McDonald's which is open 24x7.

Have mix feeling towards this hotel. It is in waqaf che yeh so it is easy to go down for shopping. It is easy to find food around. It is outside city, less traffic. The room is cheap, quite comfy. Gave rating 3 bcoz found cockroach several times visit there, and the water pressure for shower is slow.

Nice place to stay. Modern design, spacious and comfortable room. Got free wifi, small fridge and microwave if not mistaken. The location is the center of Kota Bahru and it's quite convenient to go to famous places near there. He has a parking lot near the roadside and there is a charge for public parking as usual.

The owner is friendly. If you come to Kelantan driving car or van, this place is suitable for you. Only few minutes to Kota Bahru town. The owner even suggested few places to go for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This is the best accomodation in the world for this type of price. Who in the world would only charge Rm28 for a room with 2 beds including free drinks & very clean room? Of course there is no TV & aircond. but who needs those if you only want is just a place to sleep. Sometimes my morning breakfast cost more than a night stay here, which is only Rm28!!!

Very strategic place. Easy access for interesting landmark of Kelantan. But, the place is so-so. No parking provided or coupon parking from hotel. Park for your own risk! The room is very small and not well maintained. Not worth it for the price you paid. Very not recommended for family stay.

The staff to friendly and helpful, what makes me think stay for 4 times visit refused, because they changes room rate 77rm by online Booking becoming 100++, what's the new features in the room? The worst hotel. Every nite change room. Also worst breakfast. If not careful, you are over charged on the hotel bill. When ask for itemised billing always giving excuses that the system was down

Being from Kelantan who is no longer in Kelantan, I am familiar with the location and the hotel was chosen as it's in a good location. Price of the hotel is VERY steep consider it's more than RM 150 for a worn (but still clean and comfortable) room, spacious but dim, lacks fridge and many other facilities. Staff was friendly, breakfast was dismal.

update on 28.03.2023 - room 219, built-in earth leakage breaker (ELB) was not trip when I manually test the equipment. Can cause fatality in case of there is leakage of electricity. We got an upgrade for this stay. A king bedroom. Bed was good, room = spacious. Location is super awesome. There is a night market right at the doorsteps, an interesting one with many food & drinks stall.

the room is affordable, you may get same rate but different size of room, it neither spacey or tiny.. The reserve hotel parking is not that many for the guest but there are empty lot infront of the building.. However, after 6pm you might need to remove the vehicle as the lot is for night market/uptown and bazar karat.. Hence, it might be the best attraction for the hotel, coz the market serve variety...

Nearby main attraction around kota bharu. Parking space by using City Council parking slots, the price is competative, room was clean as well.

The price was reasonable for the room. I recommend to consider more when you have bigger body than average bcs the room was not wide enough for big people.

Room cleanliness was acceptable. However, on the night I was staying there was event on 7th floor (stayed on 6th flr) and they were karaoking until 1.15am. Complained to receptionist at 12.30am but still very noisy. 2 towels provided in the room. Additional towel requests is at RM2/towel. Basic breakfast provided which is good but prefer if they cover fruits/salad to prevent flies/fruit flies.

The location is unmatchable as there’s plenty of food within walking distance. There’s also a 7-11 just around the corner. Plenty of parkings around the hotel and there’s a few limited spots in the basement. Room is clean and everything works well. If you guys are going to kota bahru this is a very good choice of hotel to stay.

Very strategic place to stay. Less than 100 meter is the Cheng Ho Street which have alot of nice food. Ex. Nasi Kukus, Ice Kacang and alot of food stalls.

It was so clean and most of the things are fairly functioning except the blanket is to thin and the tv remote was not functioning. Plus it would be really great if the towels per room is in different colour so that customer do not exchange with partner accidentally

The room is a bit small for muslim to pray unless we move the bed to the side. Overall, the facilities, the services, the parking is good.

Cheap price. I think it is suitable if u looking for a place to stay and have a rest and freshen up before going to other city as this place is near the bus station. My bus depart at 11pm so I rent here after check up from my hotel.

Affordable rooms within easy walking distance of the Stesen Bas bus station (with access to the Thai border). My bed was exceptionally comfortable. The building has a few quirks but it's easy to navigate with help from the friendly and generous staff. They will make sure you have a good stay.

Nice simple Budget Hotel. With basic amenities at RM45 for single and RM60 for double. Its okey.. At day time,this area seems busy,but at night it quite peaceful. Most importantly,free parking around the lot.

Parking is well recommended... spacious and cooling at the back of the hotel building. The room is ok but in Thailand this same room is worth not more than B500! The toilet is the most 👎🏻 for my stay there. Imagine locking yourself in the small toilet without any exhaust ventilation!
