Skytree Hotel

The hotels atmosphere is nice but the room that I had (413) has a noisy air-conditioning and even worse the sink had black mold around it which almost made me gag. The toilets smelt weird. This hotel may look nice but the conditions of the toilets aren't kept well.

Never seem such a bad condition hotel, stain on the bed. Lack of cleanliness.
wall leakage.aircond with noise the whole night.lights are dark. Doesn't same in what I book in Agoda.

Bad customer services. Receptionist suddenly ask my friend and I to add more money due to their mistake giving wrong room. Asking after a few hour we staying not during registration. No apologies at all from receptionist. They makes like we on purpose staying in wrong room wheres the mistake is from them. They keep saying the person who do the booking paying for another room while the person already pay for that room. Its their mistake giving wrong room. Even though, they know their mistake, still no apologies from them.

Stayed on two different occasions. Just checking out today and this hotel is badly in need of new linen. Pillow cases are stained and towels are too worn and stained. Bathroom needs a good clean.
Upside is quite close to town.

Have been staying this place for many years, however maintenance of room is bad nowadays. The last visit the room lock is not functioning, they supposed to change it end up still the same

I am writing this review with sheer disappointment owing to the experience I underwent at your hotel, and I would like to bring it to your notice.
Been a regular patron for this establishment whenever I am in Kuantan for a business trip. The service was not top notch, however, which is acceptable. The location is strategic and convenient.

Quite contrary to my expectations, I underwent a horrible experience as the room hygiene was very poor. My recent stay was a very unpleasant once. The aircon was with strong wind with no cold air. Later that I found out the actual caused to it. THE AIR FILTER WAS CLOGGED! Attached is a photo of how filthy the filter was. I didn't expect a 5-star service and facility here for the price. However, basic hygiene and cleanliness is crucial, especially during the pandemic. This part easily gets clogged because it acts like a trap for dust, pollen, and other particles in the air.

I request you to investigate the whole matter and scrutinize the hygiene and quality standards of the hotel so no further displeasure takes place.
