My stay had been a very pleasant one. What I love about this hotel is the cozy room and comfy bed. Location is very strategic where I can easily get food just by walking 5 to 10 mins near & across the hotel.
Also, the staffs are very professional, understanding and swiftly took care of our problems. My friend's room aircond was not working well. They had it checked and fixed right away. However it is still not cold, so they've been given a different room instead. Special thanks to staff of Skytree and the management for attending to our needs and making our stay comfortable.
I also love how the staffs are smiling when checking in and out. Even the housekeeping staffs are friendly and smiling when I greet them in the morning. Best customer service hotel! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who are looking for a cozy, strategic place to stay in Kuantan where the staffs are warm & friendly.

Perfect place to stay with complete facilities in the room (iron, kettle, mini fridge, toiletries just shampoo, soap which is still okay)

Check in and out is seamless. Location is good with plenty of street parking. Room is clean although slightly aged. Overall worth the price paying. Second time staying at Skytree and will consider to stay here again for my next visit in Kuantan.

We had a very comfortable stay — definitely great value for money. The room, bathroom, and even the lobby were all clean, with no unpleasant smells throughout the hotel. There’s also an lift, which made things easier. The air-cond worked well, the water pressure in the shower was strong and consistent. Perfect for a short stay or business trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a simple, clean, and affordable place to stay for a few nights.

Hotel quite spacious with the money spent but the hotel service not very friendly..not smile while check in..please educate your workers to be polite at your guest
