Imperial Heritage Hotel Melaka

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights over the last

weekend. Location was perfect for us, with nearby attractions and food outlets. Reception service was attentive and housekeeping was fast in response.
After checking out of the hotel, we realised that we had not cleared the safe deposit box in our room : passports, documents and credit cards and some cash. After calling the hotel reception, we had a very quick return call from the hotel operations and security that they had retrieved for us and that we could collect from the hotel operations. We did collect one hour after we had checked out. Everything was intact and nothing lost. Kudos to the hotel team for such excellent service and reassurance that it is very safe to stay in Imperial Heritage hotel. Well done. We will definitely come back to the hotel for future stays.

Quite a decent hotel to stay in. Staffs are helpful, polite and very service orientated. Location are very convenient to the malls as well as some eating spots around the area. Breakfast was decent....nothing much to wow about..mainly local food choice....hope they can improve on the food quality and varieties.

Great location and very big room, good choice for family visit Melaka. The room is clean. Many delicious foods around this Hotel. What I am unsatisfied is the WiFi Too slow to connect to Internet. BTW, if you going to ask one more blanket, there will be RM35.00 charges.

So I stayed here twice and both experiences were nothing short of great. The staff is super friendly and polite, whatever questions I had they answered promptly and sometimes even gave their own suggestions (thank you). Situated at a nice place within Melaka Raya and placed around decent food areas, wont have to worry much about that. Shopping also is nearby. Highly recommend. Also has a great view of the sea!

After reading some not so favorable reviews, I was hesitant to book this hotel. However, due to time constraint was my travel plans, I decided to give it a try due to its excellent location. Oh boy.. I was in for a pleasant surprise. I booked a double room, and was given one on the 15th floor. The room was spacious, has a nice view of the surroundings and most importantly, it was clean. Towels, bedsheets, pillows are clean , although the pillows were a little too soft. Even the day and night curtains were clean and looked new. The hotel must have done some refitting now that we are allowed to travel again. Parking was free and convenient too. Staff were friendly from the concierge to the parking attendant. Only slight pointer to note was the slippery shower area when wet, due to the type of tiles used. Just be careful. Will definitely come back again.

if you come to Malacca, this is one of the city hotel that's provide good service.

i took family room (1 king bed + 1 single bed). the breakfast is optional. u may add it if you want (RM40/adult).

location is superb. walking distance to mall and other attractions at Malacca City.
