I wanted to give it five star although it is not new nor luxury. It is one of the most comfortable room I have for my 7days trip. It has a nice swimming pool, linked with duty free shop, convenience shop and beaches are just within walking distance. There was a Chinese restaurant beside (KL price). Some staff were friendly and the rooms, although a bit dated, were comfortable n clean.

The rooms are basic but ok. No WiFi and although there is a flat-screen TV, there is nothing to watch except a few local channels. The hotel location is perfect, between the Jetty and other island areas and only a few metres from the beach.

The resort is considered run down for the price that we pay. So do not expect much in terms of facilities and ambient. However, the staffs friendly. This resort is located within walking distance to the beach and surrounded by food stall.

We are staying at the pangkor Coral bay resort for 6days and 5night, with my friends. There is everything fine and good. Nothing much disappointed. Room was clean and sober. Swimming pools and wonderful and amazing.

My husband and I spent 4 nights here and it truly was paradise. The location is wonderful-- within minutes walk to the main night market shopping strip and the pristine Coral Beach. It's like being in the jungle-- cats, monkeys, hornbills all roam free within the nearby trees. One night we even saw a wild boar rummaging through the bushes! Great ambiance, good food, closed to the seaside and nice swimming pool. Too bad staff ignored us when our rent car got stuck in the muddy parking space and we were helped by resort contractors who happened to be there, working on resort maintenance. Try to learn some ethics and appreciate the art of customer service in the future ya!!

Awesome location which is 2 minutes walk distance to Teluk Nipah. You can access to food easily however the price can be pricey or not so delicious. If you are looking for the Chinese food or cheaper food, suggest to get a car or use their scooters to roam around. Restaurants near the pier area are tastier and cheaper. Great place to stay for the price, very friendly staff. Excellent location with the fish markets and a swag of places to eat right there and a very short walk to the nicest and cleanist part of the island with a few restaurants that target westerners food and drink wise.

The resort has a two-story building and several log cabins. We stayed in the two-story building, which was pretty good. The swimming pool was great, and the sun was great. There was a pier next to the entrance, and there were many restaurants. There was a service fee for accommodation, 10 yuan per person per day, and we were charged 40 yuan for room service. We had stayed at this place 7 years ago and it seems to have gotten worse. Room was clean enough, mattresses were uncomfortable and the walls as thin as paper. The noise of families staying out of their rooms late into the night echoed and amplified the noise. There was no peaceful nights sleep found. Also, breakfast is not great. Good day. Advantages: hotel on the 1st line, restaurant with good cuisine, greenery around, pool for children and shallow pool for adults, hornbills fly in and stunning sunsets. I recommend trying there: tom yum with seafood and grilled lamb. Very tasty!!! Thank you!!!

My English husband and little son loves this place so much after getting used to in and out to and from the beach a stone throw away! The swimming pool is good too. They maintain it quite alright, not mega clean. But it's still great for kids to play when sun goes down and early morning after the breakfast buffet. The buffet is not amazing like the array of variety would be served in most 3 star rating...

Pink taxi about rm18 to resort. Breakfast is nice, nasi lemak is a must try food. Close to the beach ~150m. Malay stalls and walkers along the road ~110m from the resort. Swimming pool nice.

The room, surrounding is good. Clean and tidy But the room had a mosquitoes 😂 and tv can't change, only Diva channel. Slow wifi. In booking, the room for 2 night is only RM144 included tax etc, but then we need to pay at counter RM164 .. 😩 Also it is quite far to walk to the beach or to find a food. I'd like to suggest to rent any motorcycle for good. The service is good too. Thank you.

The best challet waterfall resort

Rated 4 for the price range. It’s a small time chalet with basic ammenities. No breakfast. Electric kettle, 2 mugs, hot shower, worn out fridge, 1 channel tv, but for towel and toilet paper had to request. Bed acceptable. Basic room. Nice rustic messy layout. Price you pay = what you get. Walking distance to the beach (2 min walk). Booked a family room. Decently clean, air con works perfectly, toilet is ok. Suggest to book a car / bike so that u can go around the island.

Nice accommodation with access to all facilities and very close to Pasir Bogak beach. Don't expect the quality of rooms and furniture to be of 5 star but fulfils more than a basic stay.
