It’s 2 star hotel and i don’t expect too much. The hotel is always full. You need to book in advance. The room is nice, comfortable. The pillow / mattress has a little bit stain but it’s not a problem. The toilet is fine too. But just a little bit problem is my room is in front of pub, and it’s closed at 2am.. it’s so noisy and I can’t sleep. Just wondering why pub and hotel are facing together 🥲. Beside that, overall is ok.

H Boutique Hotel at Kota Damansara located at 2 different building, when booking, ensure that you book the right building / location of your choice, dont just book for cheaper, its quite misleading

Only good rating for the location. However, there’s a bar opposite that closes after 3am so please consider if you’re a light sleeper. Other categories like room cleanliness and service are poor.
I’ve put up my housekeeping sign when I stepped out of the room for the day, came back and nothing was cleaned.
The bedsheet have dried blood stains, disgusting. The pillows are too soft and also have yellowish stain. Felt disgusted staying here.
If you’re fussy, don’t stay here.

overall comfortable. budget hotel. cleanliness acceptable, but the pillows have stains, and some are a bit too soft. the shower was weak when used in the morning. very strategic location though: close to MRT, and next to a shopping mall.

One of the better hotel for its price around this area
the good:
1. because the room is small, the aircond gets cold quickly and wifi is averagely good
2. the location of this hotel is excellent and is located near many convenient places thus would make a good place to stopover for the night if you are tired. Even more convenient than Xplorer hotel
3. no issue with the toilet as it is clean and served its purpose well. Theres even toiletries and toothbrush/toothpaste provided
the bad:
1. during check-in, the staff at the counter seems to be overworked as she hardly smiled or even had the mood. seems like she is forced to be there the whole day and has not had a holiday for a very long time.
2. It may get a little noisy at the entrance but because my room has no window, it was alright.
Overall, the location of this hotel and comfort adds points but the lack of parking is a thing of a concern if you are planning to check in during the afternoon. I would consider staying this hotel over the Xplorer because of its cleanliness and nice lobby.

It's a 2 Star Inn so don't expect anything above standard quality from the rooms and their counter staff. Other than the well decorated reception area, your room amenities are minimal, there is no safe inside or fridge. Bathroom amenities only includes 2 towels, 2 set of toothbrush. That's it.
The only saving grace is it's room price, location, plenty of entertainment, food and shops. Would only recommend for those not fussy or only here just for a quick overnight.

toilet and room clean, but size to small not worth with the price, and its not Boutique design in the Room, only boutique design at Lobby only. Room can consider like budget hotel.

Stayed over the weekend for my KL trip.
Got very disturbing and inappropriate whatsApp messages from the hotel receptionist doing the midnight shift.

Stayed a few times in 2022 and my last staying was on September '22. The location of the hotel is so fantastic! Nearby to famous convenience store (CU/Family Mart/KK), banks, and restaurants. Standard queen room is spacious with clean+modern bathroom stocked with basic toiletries (inc. toothbrush+hair dryer). Bed are still comfy despite other reviewers has said. WiFi is useable with avg. of 20MBps, suitable for online meeting. Air-conditioning is functioning and cooling at 16 Celsius. Friendly and helpful receptionist.
Parking is very difficult on either day/night due to the hotel strategic location. Metered parking during weekday with RM5 daily. Highly recommended if you able to booked this hotel, nowadays it's always fully book :(

2018 I stayed at this hotel, it gave me an good impression of clean and convenient environment.
2022 I stayed at this hotel, it provide me a very bad experience! Floor are dirty without proper housekeeping, wall paint drop off and powdery, my 2 years old son touch the room wall and made his face and hands stick with white powder. The most unacceptable bad experience is the floor that I stayed fuse tripped, hotel staff spend half an hour to push the main fuse box with broom holder, they don’t have any trained personal who able to handle electrical problem and also doesn’t have any back up plan. I request them to change room they told me all rooms are full, I request to refund but they said they can’t refund.
