2 stars for the room because of it's comfy bed and shower with good water pressure. Don't look under the bed as you may find lots of dust and rubbish (we dropped something and accidentally found the horrific 'hidden treasures'). Ventilator in the bathroom is covered in dust too. No aircon in the corridor or receptionist area but aircon in the room is great. Also, staff confirmed the hotel doesn't have a swimming pool. We saw there is a hotel shuttle bus and made enquiry at the reception only to be told shuttle bus is not available due to unavailability of drivers.

Swimming pool closed. Parking expensive. No max daily rate. Rm3 for the 1st hour and rm1 fir every hour. Means for 24 hous, you need to pay rm26. And it is counting if you stay more than one day. Room clean. Intercom not working

Clean and spacious. Overall is ok and recommend. Just slightly difficult to find the parking and entrance to lobby (no clear sign or instructions).

Just checked in ! Very warm welcome from the hotel staffs ( refreshing towel and drinks). Little handwrite note from the hotel is a nice touch ! ❤️ the room especially the high ceiling and the view

Hotel is fairly rundown with barely any maintenance. Lift floors are broken and cracking and some lift buttons are broken.
Room is infested with small bugs and luggage rack is broken with unclean sheets. Hotel does not have the minimum facilities, i.e no hotel cafe and breakfast is outsourced, and should not be called a 4 star hotel at all. Even giving 3 stars is pushing it due the lack of cleanliness which 2 star hotels can achieve better. Staff is however friendly and helpful which is the only redeeming factor. Not recommended.

Reception was awfully slow due to a system issue..then had to deal with a mix-up in my room booking which took forever to resolve..finally got to check in at 6pm. Had to pay for parking and directions to the hotel in the basement was a nightmare.

Ordered a deluxe king room, reached at 3pm but they made me wait and only gave me my room at 7pm. Funny thing is that they didn’t even offer a late check out despite giving me my room at 7pm. Their card access system automatically deactivates and declines your access at 11.50am. You would think they’ll be prompt to give your room since their card automatically locks people out 10 mins before their checkout time at 12pm, yet they took 7 hours to give me my room.
Despite that, they also served unclean bedsheets, no complimentary parking for guests and receptionist are out after 7pm, no service given to you after a certain timing.
Poor security system too, anyone can just enter and access any levels without any card. Unsure why this is a 4 star hotel, this in no way matches up to a 4 star hotel at all. Definitely will not come here again

Best value hotel. Sheets were clean, bed comfortable. Room was spacious and aircon was really good. Keep it up.

I checked in and my aircon not working. Staff helped to fix it while I was out. However, room not so clean. Bedsheets, floors got stain and got insects and bugs in room.
