1st time stayed at Deluxe Suite (we normally stay at Pool Villa). Pros - Easy parking, very near to room. Cons - Room & pool are too small. Suitable for small family with small kids. Anyway services were always good. Location slightly far from town. Will definitely come back for pool villa 😅

Booked the hotel & requested king size bed but got single bed instead. TV cant switched on & some tiles were broken. But, amenities & facilities are variety & fun to do. Got access to beach for a 5 min walk.

The room was clean, no weird smell. It is a bit cold and the fan remote should be in room for us to control the speed if we want to switch off the aircond. Food was good, but we needed to do something with the crow as we couldn't leave the food unattended, if not they would steal our food. 😅

I love the large compound, suitable for family with children to run around. Thisle also provides many additional water activities that we can join. Overall, the hotel feels a little bit old, but everything is clean and functioning.

Stayed with our 2 yr old toddler, maybe bcs it was a public holiday the checkin process took too long. We can only check in at 4.30pm but room is cleaned and the distance to beach is walkable. We enjoyed our stay so much

The price i pay for a nice and big swimming pool is worth the money..the facilities is a bit old design but clean.The location is very near to the beach which you can opt to swim at pool or beach.

So far so good for a one night stay travel trip, if you don't mind of the aged lift and the buildings are a bit rundown.

Everything was perfect and grand! Straight out from movie. From staff, facility, service, safety to attentiveness, a perfect place for families with young children!The resort is 29 years old so technically it does have its own down time but it didn't affect our stay at all since all the staff from every department were proactive and fast in resolving our requests. Definitely a must go place again!...

The location is quite good as it is located near a private beach where you and your loved ones can spend time without worrying about overcrowding the beach as well kept and quite clean. The water is also refreshing this place doesn’t have an eerie vibe like many other hotels, it feels safe and secure to bring your loved ones.

Its a bit old hotel, air cond got issue, only normal air come out. we even cleaned the filter by ourselves. But. Technician also very fast arrive. Within 5 mins. They just restart the aircond again. Maybe can do deep cleaning to the toilet. Also most of the plug loose and got no power. Parking a bit chalenging. Once got parking, dont dare to go out anymore😂

Quite an old hotel but clean. Breakfast selection is many and good. Only the beach is not really nice but Teluk Kemang public beach just 5 min away by car.

This resort previously known as Ilham Resort. Stayed at Deluxe Twin Room with only 1 window way back at toilet. I didn't have problem with that. The room seems like just finish renovated. The room and toilet was so spacious. The pool nice and there is an access to the beach.

Renovated to even better and comfortable room. Love everything. Food is delicious. But my room service didn't leave slippers and tissue paper. Also one thing that's only downside is the pool water is not full enough for it to filter. Hope can be looked at. Overall very nice and beautiful experience. Love the USB charger.

Got to change the towel, get a new one. It carry out a msia name but the local staff not keen to show guest are welcome. Maybe lack of the hotelier spirit get them to go team build or something to get that happy working spirit.

A bit run down. We had to bang on the lift doors to get the lift to open. But you get what you pay for. RM 260 for a rented apartment for 2 days, which is ok for PD, I guess. Good location and beach reserved just for those staying in the apartment block. However, in the trees and bushes not far from the beach, a rubbish tip of plastic bottles and other assorted waste. What a shame Malaysians can't...

So much complaints for one-night in this hotel. Sometimes, being so cheap would cause so much trouble. I learned something very useful tonight; When it comes to family, stop being so cheap.

The only drain hole available is at the shower section. The bathroom floor is not inclining properly resulting the water to flow at the wrong way and stagnant.
