Room was 'meh'. Hard mattress. Breathtaking exterior. Professional and helpful staff. Not much variety for breakfast.

Hotel overall was good, reception was excellent, Housekeeping was helpful, nice hotel with good environment and view, food also delicious, room with full amenities and good facilities.

Booked the hotel & requested king size bed but got single bed instead. TV cant switched on & some tiles were broken. But, amenities & facilities are variety & fun to do. Got access to beach for a 5 min walk.

My second visit to Avillion. Stayed 2 nights at the Garden Chalet (Upper Room).   Front desk srltaff were friendly, but there was no welcoming greeting upon arrival.   Room was spacious and well-equipped with towels, amenities, coffee tea, fan and a new aircond. However, the upper room isn't suitable for the elderly or incapable people as the stairs are quite steep.  Wi-Fi connection was bad. Loved...

Location was great and convenient. The opposite is Velocity mall and ground floor of the building have eateries open til late night. Overall the place is clean and you can cook and do your laundry

I love the large compound, suitable for family with children to run around. Thisle also provides many additional water activities that we can join. Overall, the hotel feels a little bit old, but everything is clean and functioning.

Stayed with our 2 yr old toddler, maybe bcs it was a public holiday the checkin process took too long. We can only check in at 4.30pm but room is cleaned and the distance to beach is walkable. We enjoyed our stay so much

This resort is awesome and a great experience. It is a must visit in Malaysia. If you have yet to go to Dubai, this place will be a good place to visit. The environment is very good for couples The service is super great and the food has a lot of choices for the breakfast buffet. I like the seaview room because it totally faces the unlimited unblock scenes to see the seaview.

Booked two apartments with 3 bedrooms sea viewed. Requested for the apartment to be side to side. Was informed the rooms were not ready when i wanted to check in but somehow one of the staff managed to settle the room issue. Fast action well done. I have stayed twice in this resort. Although parking is ample, not easy to get covered parking during long weekends. Have to settle for outside parking. No worries on that. Breakfast is ok but not much varieties. Comes with two big rooms and one small room with one single bed. Ideal for a family of five. This place was absolutely beautiful. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. I was lucky enough to get upgraded to an ocean view room. The room itself was awesome and having a solo pool was such an indulgence. It is the perfect place to be forced to relax. We had a comfortable stay overall. The air conditioning took a while to cool the room, but the staff responded quickly when we called for assistance, which we really appreciated. Everything was perfect and grand! Straight out from movie. From staff, facility, service, safety to attentiveness, a perfect place for families with young children!The resort is 29 years old so technically it does have its own down time but it didn't affect our stay at all since all the staff from every department were proactive and fast in resolving our requests. Definitely a must go place again!...

The location is quite good as it is located near a private beach where you and your loved ones can spend time without worrying about overcrowding the beach as well kept and quite clean. The water is also refreshing this place doesn’t have an eerie vibe like many other hotels, it feels safe and secure to bring your loved ones.

Its a bit old hotel, air cond got issue, only normal air come out. we even cleaned the filter by ourselves. But. Technician also very fast arrive. Within 5 mins. They just restart the aircond again. Maybe can do deep cleaning to the toilet. Also most of the plug loose and got no power. Parking a bit chalenging. Once got parking, dont dare to go out anymore😂

Everythins is good, comfortable beds, water at room, but hope they can improve cleaning… 😅 As an allergie person, I can see and smell all dust and hairs. Toilet was not properly cleaned and have smell sikit so I just washed it myself before use it

Got to change the towel, get a new one. It carry out a msia name but the local staff not keen to show guest are welcome. Maybe lack of the hotelier spirit get them to go team build or something to get that happy working spirit.

GOOD: Friendly and welcoming staffs. Great price for the breakfast and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious with varieties of halal cuisine. Near to the beach. Nice view from the hotel. Very nice pools with slide, great for kids and families. Hotel very suitable for families. CAN BE IMPROVED: Parking spaces are quite limited, had to compete for available spaces with other guests.

This hotel located near the beach and it has stairs to the beach. The beach might not be suitable for swimming, but there's a nearby beach with cafes and restaurants. A chinese restaurant is a few km on the way to PD. Breakfast is ok. If you require a sea view room, you may need to top up some extra Rm60.

Nice view from swimming pool, can swim at seaside then follow the routes will lead you back to the hotel swimming pool, really convenient. Overall great place to stay. Hotel breakfast is tasty, will come again.

Hotel is Okay and it’s a 3 star hotel as it mentioned. Room spacious and comfy beds. Aircond works fine and cold. Free parking. Restaurant only available for breakfast. A pool at the rooftop. Overall it’s a decent hotel.

Everything was good and worth the price we paid below RM100 for weekend stay with breakfast for 2 pax. The breakfast buffet got many varieties which make the price we paid more worth it.

Overall the room (jr. family room) is ok, clean & tidy. But the equipments & IDs its quite old need to refurbish with new concept & tourist friendly. I love hotel that looks like resort where there are some activities that we can do within the hotel area. Room was clean but our aircond was leaking. Luckily, their maintenance team attend to it very quickly.

The room was huge and very comfortable. Service was great right from the moment we stepped out of our car until we safely checked in. They provided welcome drink. The gym was also nice. In the evening, we could easily stroll by the beach as it was only walking distance from our room.

i love the location since it's far away from crowds and traffic jams. the service is ok i should say. the rooms is pretty small, small crt tv, some lights didn't lights on. problem with the bidet. but you get what you pay so i didn't complain. as long the air cond and shower i fully functional. the price is cheap and I'm happy with it.

We came for a short stay..paid RM85/night for a dble queen bed with a nice open sea view across the road from the hotel. Hotel is air condition, you get what you pay for. We chosed this location since it's walking distance to a good seafood restaurant up the street.

Overall was okay. RM 140 for 1 queen and single bed quite reasonable.

Room quite small. But still comfortable.. Broken safety-box.. Share-room door cannot close.. But overall everything were fine.

Lots of parking space, located besides a gas station so can easily go out and buy snacks and only a few minutes drive to the main attraction beach Teluk Kemang. Hotel room was clean and no moldy smell, toiletries provided was soap, I also get a shower cap and towels. Total stayed only one night but will comeback for a budget friendly stay again next time.

The facilities was not satisfied for us.. The heater is not working at downstairs room and one room at upstairs.. There is no air-conditioner at hall and the fan is only one for a big space is not enough.. Moreover, the corridor have only one light that is not enough even when the BBQ... There is no proper useful equipment at kitchen...

The location is very close to the beach area, less than 5 minutes by car. There is a spacious parking area in front, spacious and safe. It is easy to find a place to eat, next to the hotel there is a tomyam restaurant open until 1 am, lively and many people eat there because it is delicious. Everything else is great, except that there are a few bath towels because they smell bad when used.

This place kinda hard to locate as there is no sign pointing to the building. Very beautiful environment with a touch of modern design. The place is clean and comfortable. The breakfast service is slow when there's a crowd.
