Thistle Port Dickson

I recently stayed at Thistle Port Dickson Resort and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Despite paying a premium price, the quality of service and facilities was shockingly poor.

Cleanliness was a major issue throughout the property. The rooms were not properly cleaned, the bathrooms were in bad condition, and the corridors looked neglected.

The swimming pool was dirty and clearly not filtered properly, which made it unusable and unsafe.

The air-conditioning in the room was not working effectively, making it uncomfortable, especially at night.

Food facilities were inadequate – no proper dining options or availability of quality food.

Safety concerns were serious, especially with a plug point giving an electric shock when used.

Overall, the resort felt run-down and poorly maintained, not even close to the standards expected of a resort charging such high rates.

I would strongly advise others to reconsider staying here until major improvements are made in cleanliness, safety, and basic services. This was far from a relaxing or enjoyable getaway.
