Such a beautiful Hotel, but I've never stayed a night, so I cannot give that much detail. It has this incredible restaurant. It is a bit pricier than other places, but so worth it. (Don't eat at the Chinese restaurant, though. The food is sub standard, even though it is a Chinese owned establishment. It is dirty, grimy and the waitresses are useless. If you think you are living in the wrong century, this is just the place for you, down to the pressed, linen servilettes and solid silver cutlery. A class place with staff on the same level. (Fast food lovers abstain!!!! You will need at least an hour and a half for lunch or dinner - quite a large proportion of which is needed to peruse the extensive menu).

Our stay was lovely, comfortable, the food was good, the staff were friendly, the only thing I can fault the hotel on is the terrible wifi signal in the rooms, it doesn’t reach the rooms - 26,43,45,46,48 and we were on a business trip. Other than that, great stay

We had a great stay here. The staff were very understanding and attentive of our dietary requirements which we are super appreciative of. The room was very spacious and clean. We used the laundry service which was easy and very reasonably price. Overall we would recommend staying here in Swakopmund and enjoyed our stay.

We love being at the Delight. We are regular guests and always enjoy the stay. One suggestion - we used to get a water bottle at night when it was cold. That was such a nice gesture, so that would be great to have back if/when it is cold. Your staff is super friendly - they welcome us back and it's really like family when we are in Swakop.

I am a very beautiful hotel with a unique design. Breakfast was very good. There are so many friendly people working at this company. I can only recommend staying in Gondwana. It is very well located near the old train station.

The first day the buffer was not that nice, fish and rice was not that good. But the room service and the bar is perfect

Had 2 spa treatments and also sundowners there during my festive season holiday. Staff very friendly and professional. Good place to unwind and be pampered.

We booked new years eve buffet. Not anything to write home about. Was nice and filled out tummies. The frinks menu is out dated and the staff had no idea what wine or spirits were available. Most of the stock was out of stock. The staff really needs some training, they seemed totally lost. This place has so much potential, pity its not being done.

The rooms are so big and beautiful. Loved the fact that it had an ocean view. The fires were lit every night it felt so cozy. Service was 5/5. Best place to stay at when you are in swakopmund.

A guest house overlooking the shores of the Atlantic ocean. The accomodation & food was excellent. The parking areas and rooms are accessible for those on wheelchairs. Payments can be done with cash / cards. They offer breakfast to all the guests booked. Other meals you pay. There are safes in the rooms as well as air-conditioning.

What a beautiful paradise which is located a stone throw away from the sea! The rooms are spacious, posh and elegant with decor curtains. Expensive touches with both contemporary and classic furniture. My sojourn there was brief albeit memorable. The staff members are welcoming and friendly. It is a home away from home.

My stay was lovely, loved the breakfast options. The place was neat, the outdoor views were everything as it very close to the beach. Very helpful, kind staff and amazing customer service. I really enjoyed my stay, I can’t wait to go back next year.

Atlantic Villa is the best place to stay in Swakopmund. This is a really beautiful place with amazing views and attentive staff. Everyone is always smiling and so polite here. As a Canadian visiting here, this place is of the highest standards - I will be back!

The hotel looks as advertised and has a great sea view. The luxury rooms are on the 5th floor, with the skybar and 2 penthouses on the 6th floor. Our major issue with this hotel was the noise coming from the 6th floor. Scraping of chairs and very loud noises, from early in the morning till late at night. The Experience at the bay view Hotel, was really rewarding, totally worthy, Cherry on top of the cake was due to the fact that Salt Restaurant of the hotel, have chef willing to customize the choice of the customer if told in advance, really appreciate the customization of local dishe that was tastefully that its now on top of my list of option in Namibia. The famous kana "salsa" eish. 👌🏾

The location and views are very beautiful. Only thing is there is no gowns in the rooms so you get really cold when you get up at night and the restaurant was quite noisy didn't enjoy it much.

The property is well situated between Swakopmund and Walvis Bay. And the building is just beautiful! The staff extremely friendly and helpful. Everything is new and in perfect working condition and we loved that it is very clean and neat.

The Restaurant’s food was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Room for improvement: 1. pressure of the water from the shower, and this is something within their control. 2. They must constantly fix the pipes which cause some smell on the shower drainage.

Stayed here for a duration of three nights. The location is strategic, the room is spacious, and, most importantly, it is clean. The staff members are very friendly and accommodating. Additionally, there is a conveniently located underground parking facility.

Rooms are clean and staff are great. Great location, close to everything and great spot to rest up. The interiors have this indoor/outdoor thing going on, which is great in the summer, but on cooler days and nights it does get a little chilly in the hallways. Otherwise had a great experience.

The hotel is well situated, face to the ocean, close to the Aquarium. Not immediately close to the main restaurants or shops (but at walking distance). An excellent option for a couple of nights in Swakopmund. The rooms are clean and relaxing, breakfast was great and we received a friendly welcome from the manager. Some of the furniture in our room was a bit tired, but overall it's great value accommodation.

We were a little uncomfortable with the proximity to the street when all of the houses in the area were surrounded by fences and had bars in the windows. lovely hotel central in swakopmund. we stayed over christmas and the service was good. the breakfast served was amazing with a lot of choices for a hot or cold breakfast. the house keeping staff were kind and overall my family’s and i never had any issues

I would certainly stay here again if ever in Swakopmund. The location is excellent for the local shops and restaurant. Service was great. The hotel has a rooftop with great views of the jetty. The only downside was the temperature in the rooms, it can get very cold at anytime of the day.

Very nice hotel! Highly recommended, great view of the ocean from the rooftop patio. Very friendly staff and a secure entry system. They even give you a remote so you can open and close the main gate on your own. Front entryway is staffed in the evenings. Rooftop has sweeping views of the coast and the city to the East. Great value at this Atlantic Namibian hotel.

Had an awesome experience staying here! The rooms are beautiful and the hotel in general is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. The location is fantastic, close to all the restaurants and to the beach. The balcony room is fantastic as you have the perfect sunsets and views of the ocean. Cute and pleasant experience. While we visited fancy places, this one was the most comfortable and the dinner was delicious without be pretentious. I guess I'm just a laid back country girl at heart.

If you have a room at the seperate house, may you have a ocean view. There is a coffee bar where you can help your self. Breakfast was good. I liked the rooms an the view from our balcony.

Stunning place and amazing location, just the wifi is poor at best of times! Limited to 300mb per day, but so slow, you have no chance of actually reaching that limit

Thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay here. This guesthouse felt very homey and warm in part due to the owner and staff. The room also had a lovely patio and the mattress and bedding were top notch. The guest house also provided a very nice breakfast. The only downside is that it is a bit far from the town center.

Recently returned from a road trip through Namibia and had a most pleasant and enjoyable stay with Adie, Mac and the their team at the Royal Benguela Guest House in Swakopmund. The service was excellent and the accommodation of a very high standard. Compliments for the attention to detail. Highly recommended.
