Hotel A la Mer

I would certainly stay here again if ever in Swakopmund. The location is excellent for the local shops and restaurant. Service was great. The hotel has a rooftop with great views of the jetty. The only downside was the temperature in the rooms, it can get very cold at anytime of the day.

Second stay and even better an experience. Fantastic location overviewing the jetty and the Atlantic Ocean, spacious and impeccably clean rooms, nice and abundant breakfast. Safe parking. Very hospitable and helpful owner Martina who will organize you any local attraction (BTW, kayaking with seals in the Walvis Bay highly recommended). I needy come back soon - for the third time. Wow, what a beautiful property! Located right near the pier of Swakopmund! The property is gated and has a lot of great rooms! First, the staff at the reception was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed! The breakfast in the morning was delicious, lots of options! When you are staying here, don't forget to visit the rooftop for some amazing views of Swakopmund! I recommend this place for its value and excellent location!

Very nice hotel! Highly recommended, great view of the ocean from the rooftop patio. Very friendly staff and a secure entry system. They even give you a remote so you can open and close the main gate on your own. Front entryway is staffed in the evenings. Rooftop has sweeping views of the coast and the city to the East. Great value at this Atlantic Namibian hotel.

Had an awesome experience staying here! The rooms are beautiful and the hotel in general is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. The location is fantastic, close to all the restaurants and to the beach. The balcony room is fantastic as you have the perfect sunsets and views of the ocean. If you love sleeping to the sound the waves then this is the place for you

Great hotel with a fantastic location. Our room was modern, very spacious and clean. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome location that makes it easily accessible to many of the attractions in Swakopmund. Staff are friendly. Rooms are amazing, clean and spacious. Toilet and shower is clean and shower water is nice and hot. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and had a good night's rest on a soft bed.
