This resort is beyond words!! Absolutely green, serene, and peaceful vibes. The view of the canyon is very beautiful during sunrise or sunset. The resort is a perfect family getaway with lots of activities like cycling, zip line, gaming room for the kids, play areas for toddlers. Staff is very friendly and helpful at all times.. Such a unique resort especially when you have been living in the gulf for too long. Weather is moderate during summer and cold during winter. First of all I thought they wouldn't offer anything else than like the bed, tv, that stuff but they shook me 😅 I had everything just like a 5 star one I mean the coffee, towel, shampoo and that other stuff. Ok what about the internet it must be slow right? Wrong, I can even watch 4K uhd (2160p), everything works even the boiler is clean, hot water comes in a jiffy, breakfast is fantastic...

Great room available with good deals for family as well as for solo traveller's,rooms have heated air conditioning. All the view points and tourist location are within good reach. Room number 21 had unusual buzzing sound at night which disturbed the sleep I would request the authorities to kindly have a check on it for the next guest, otherwise a great hotel with affordable price .

Its a decent place to stay, the room is medium sized with a window(not too small or big), there's a dresser, wardrobe, tv, fridge, and kettle.The bathroom is clean with toiletries provided. If you don't want spent a lot on hoteling, then this is the place. Hotel staff is polite and cooperative. The food was good as well.

The staff were really gracious and helpful. The rooms are spacious, neat and bright. They helped us set up a bonfire for the night and the Manager gave us good advice on how to get to all the tourist destinations. We really enjoyed our stay and worth every penny!

Good location, hotel is nice but need some maintenance (e.g. we had issues with warm water). During winter season service outside in the swimming pool not active.

Currently closed until June 2018 for renovations. The original upscale hotel with a killer view that unfortunately changed hands in 2015. We'll see if the new management can steer this prime location to profitibility while maintaining good customer services and amenities when it reopens...

Awesome pool and views.

It's got great view however this hotel needs big maintenance in many things. The water was not draining out of the shower sink and shower pressure was too low.

Come in April when the local villages' rose farms are in full bloom and you can try fresh rose water.

It's an ok accommodation but the restaurant is not up standard, nevertheless it is one of the few available accommodations in the area, so it is acceptable!

We loved the dedication to serve the guests. This is just a new apartment building but they tried to accommodate every need of the guests. The owner was so nice, he came on the weekend breakfast and gave all of us information talk and also asked for feedback himself. Not only that, he gave us a free tour to Wadi Bani Habib nearby and showed us all around for free. He gave us tourist brochures and maps...

The 2 BR apartment we had was wonderful, great for families in a quiet neighborhood. Customer service was superb. I recommend this hotel apartment to visitors. Everything: the spacious rooms, the tasty food, the cleanliness, the facilities, the games area,the breakfasts. My child could sleep on the sofa bed. We enjoyed the veranda facing the pool, the view of the mountains, the kids' park, and the caring staff, including kind and attentive service from everyone. Rooms were cleaned daily. Everything seems brand new and extremely clean!

Cozy and clean space to refresh after hectic days working. In-Room dining is tasty and always served piping hot. Stayed in a pool view which allow us direct access to the pool and courtyard which really nice. Staffs are very kind and helpful. The hotel is a bit old and I feel too pricy. The rooms are big and clean and all ground floor with small terrace. Pool is big and swimming is on your own risk. Breakfast was super delicious buffet!!

The people here are very nice, very polite. The room we stayed was amazing and the bed was the softest, the cleanest and one of the best beds I have ever stayed in. I missed the goat market on Friday because the bed was so nice!

Heritage village it is. The surrounding gives the vibes of archaeological site. Roads are narrow and challenging but woth the experience. Rooms were well managed and well equipped. Breakfast was very good and u have a selection from American breakfast and Arabic breakfast. Staff was nice and communicative. Recommend for whoever looking to escape to the heritage era🙂

Cute little inn in traditional style, situated right next to the fort and the souq. The rooms are clean and spacious in renovated traditional omani style. The reception staff was extremely nice and welcoming. They prepared a very early take away breakfast for us upon a short notice.

Definitely the place has characters and charm. Room was rather small and the place needs some upgrading, maintance and a good cleaning. No major issues with parking though visited during April.

Apartment is comfy and clean. Location is convenient. Staff are very hospitable and helpful. I just found the bathroom uncomfortable. The shower wasn't working properly and water splashes everywhere because there isn't shower glass or curtains around the bath tub.

The one of the best stay experienced in Oman at Falaj dharis Hotel Nizwa. Front office representatives are too lovely. Very professional. The room was exceptional. We got a room just infront of clean and big swimming pool. Since our trip was short and we had to visit most of the places around we couldn't enjoyed the in-house restaurant. This is an ideal base to roam around Nizwa as it is pretty central if you have a car (very close to Nizwa Grand Mall and the Old Souk by car). The staff there are very accommodating, a special mention to Pradeep who made our stay peaceful, can't name the other staff members as I don't have all their names. The hotel itself is quite old and need some refurbishment but it offers everything a traveler...

There is Good in point of the price, location. This is next to the restaurant "Hungry Bunny Restaurants" what they give hamburgers or something like fast-food. Nizwa souq including Nizwa Fort is located roughly 6km along front road of this hostel. There is nothing on the way to the souq. So I recommend you that it's comfatable to move with bus or taxi to get there. Other main places is belows. ...

Decent hotel, pretty central if you have a car. The room we booked was not available so the staff upgraded us for free to a "family room" with 2 bedrooms and a total of 3 beds + a kitchen and bathroom. Way too big for us but the gesture was nice and the staff was accommodating. You can tell the hotel is quite old but it offers everything a traveler needs. Would stay there again.

Simple, clean but spacious rooms, especially the ones to the back are pretty quiet even though there's a big street nearby (which is convenient to reach the town). It's a bit outside so you'll need to drive about 10 minutes to the old center. Restaurants and shops are nearby. In the back you'll also find some old houses and Falaj which is very idyllic. Staff was friendly, breakfast is not recommendable...

Quite good, rooms are made with the composition of 2 rooms. So you have one bedroom and one living room. But the bath is too little, and the shower wasn't the best.... Breakfast good: eggs, teas, cereals, bread and jams, white Yougurt..

Book at this hotel for one night to rest before heading home. - Reception was fast and smooth in admitting us. - Room service are very friendly. - Swimming pool was clean. - Room was tidy. Cons; - Some towels in our room had stain. - Requested a baby cot while booking but upon check-in it was not in the room. Had to request it again and was immediately delivered.
