First of all I thought they wouldn't offer anything else than like the bed, tv, that stuff but they shook me 😅 I had everything just like a 5 star one I mean the coffee, towel, shampoo and that other stuff. Ok what about the internet it must be slow right? Wrong, I can even watch 4K uhd (2160p), everything works even the boiler is clean, hot water comes in a jiffy, breakfast is fantastic...

Great room available with good deals for family as well as for solo traveller's,rooms have heated air conditioning. All the view points and tourist location are within good reach. Room number 21 had unusual buzzing sound at night which disturbed the sleep I would request the authorities to kindly have a check on it for the next guest, otherwise a great hotel with affordable price .

Its a decent place to stay, the room is medium sized with a window(not too small or big), there's a dresser, wardrobe, tv, fridge, and kettle.The bathroom is clean with toiletries provided. If you don't want spent a lot on hoteling, then this is the place. Hotel staff is polite and cooperative. The food was good as well.

The staff were really gracious and helpful. The rooms are spacious, neat and bright. They helped us set up a bonfire for the night and the Manager gave us good advice on how to get to all the tourist destinations. We really enjoyed our stay and worth every penny!

Currently closed until June 2018 for renovations. The original upscale hotel with a killer view that unfortunately changed hands in 2015. We'll see if the new management can steer this prime location to profitibility while maintaining good customer services and amenities when it reopens...

It's got great view however this hotel needs big maintenance in many things. The water was not draining out of the shower sink and shower pressure was too low.

Come in April when the local villages' rose farms are in full bloom and you can try fresh rose water.

The people here are very nice, very polite. The room we stayed was amazing and the bed was the softest, the cleanest and one of the best beds I have ever stayed in. I missed the goat market on Friday because the bed was so nice!

Very nice place and host. Super quiet, even though it is centrally located. Our room was fine, breakfast ok, and nice conversation with others staying there. One complaint is the shower, and while we were told we were showering incorrectly (um, really?), yes we would expect both sufficient water pressure AND hot water. Really friendly. The spot is perfect and directly at the Nizwa Fort! The room was perfect and clean. We loved the flowers and other plants outside the house; really beautiful! We were german voyagers on a trip through the northern Oman. Approved!

Heritage village it is. The surrounding gives the vibes of archaeological site. Roads are narrow and challenging but woth the experience. Rooms were well managed and well equipped. Breakfast was very good and u have a selection from American breakfast and Arabic breakfast. Staff was nice and communicative. Recommend for whoever looking to escape to the heritage era🙂

Cute little inn in traditional style, situated right next to the fort and the souq. The rooms are clean and spacious in renovated traditional omani style. The reception staff was extremely nice and welcoming. They prepared a very early take away breakfast for us upon a short notice.

Definitely the place has characters and charm. Room was rather small and the place needs some upgrading, maintance and a good cleaning. No major issues with parking though visited during April.

Nice hotel in good condition. Staff was nice, accomodating, and the pool was a good setup. We couldn't get any warm water in the shower. Restaurant is just buffet so better to go to nearby restaurants.

We stumbled upon this gem of a hotel and were blown away by the wonderfully friendly staff, beautiful pool and very comfortable newly refurbished rooms. The nicest place we’ve stayed in Oman, we were sad we had to leave. Special shout out to Joseph, Ganesh and the lovely man on reception, thank you for making our stay so memorable. The one of the best stay experienced in Oman at Falaj dharis Hotel Nizwa. Front office representatives are too lovely. Very professional. The room was exceptional. We got a room just infront of clean and big swimming pool. Since our trip was short and we had to visit most of the places around we couldn't enjoyed the in-house restaurant. Ultimate friendly and helpful staff. We had a flat tire, all shops were closed, but the manager fixed to get us up and running! We had a nice lunch so this kind of service deserves the best grade!

Quite good, rooms are made with the composition of 2 rooms. So you have one bedroom and one living room. But the bath is too little, and the shower wasn't the best.... Breakfast good: eggs, teas, cereals, bread and jams, white Yougurt..

Book at this hotel for one night to rest before heading home. - Reception was fast and smooth in admitting us. - Room service are very friendly. - Swimming pool was clean. - Room was tidy. Cons; - Some towels in our room had stain. - Requested a baby cot while booking but upon check-in it was not in the room. Had to request it again and was immediately delivered.
