The premises are beautiful and peaceful! The hotel staff is absolutely fantastic and made our stay so warm and welcoming! Even though it’s a big hotel, there’s a very pleasant and homey feel to it and for sure that’s made by their amazing staff team! Always smiling, chatty and kind!
A special shout out to Mr Suleiman at the recreation center who drove us to beautiful sites on the area, explained about their past, culture and cousins and let us have the honor to visit his home close by! It was the most amazing experience and my kids absolutely loved it!
Omani hospitality is beautiful to experience! A big Thank you to the whole staff for assisting us have a peaceful and pleasant stay!

A true 5 star experience. Location is obviously fantastic but the hotel amenities and service were outstanding! No stones left unturned by the staff to ensure we had the most relaxing and comfortable stay.
I’d like to give a special shout out to Abdul who works near the pool area. We didn’t get a chance to meet him on our last day but a delightful young man who helped us with every little thing possible without losing his smile even once.

This resort is beyond words!! Absolutely green, serene, and peaceful vibes. The view of the canyon is very beautiful during sunrise or sunset.
The resort is a perfect family getaway with lots of activities like cycling, zip line, gaming room for the kids, play areas for toddlers. Staff is very friendly and helpful at all times..

All in all.. Worth the spend!

Such a unique resort especially when you have been living in the gulf for too long. Weather is moderate during summer and cold during winter. Food is great, Service is 5 star , the views are immaculate and the rooms are very spacious with luxury interiors. I love that place for the positive energy it has plus all the activities available like biking , rock climbing , archery …etc. they have a children and teens club too and a very nice spa

Stunning from the moment we walked into the villa to the moment we left a spectacular resort villa was amazing we really didn't want to leave it.
All the restaurants were wonderful the buffet was one of the most comprehensive i have seen in a long time, all beautiful presented , very knowledgeable and friendly kitchen brigade who helped my wife, who has a dietary restriction the information being circulated to all by the end of our first day.
Spa facilities were excellent and the whole experience was a great start to our holiday in Oman.

+ The most spectacular location with a view over the mountains view. Anearby hike through small villages with rose Ester production is recommandable Tastefull food for all needs

Great getaway, especially during summer when the Middle East heats up (we came from Dubai in July). The property is breathtaking with a view over the „canyon“. The breakfast buffet was great. The Spa (especially the shower) fantastic. We had a canyon view room with balcony - amazing to sit there and enjoy the views. Staff also very friendly. Nothing negative to report.

A 5 Star ⭐️ property, run by the best hands in the Tourism Industry,be it the welcoming smile at the reception on arrival or in side the different restaurant’s it has, you always feel welcome & staff is ready to serve you.
Lots of restaurants like Local Omani food or Italian restaurants or Continental restaurants you will end licking your fork & knife if not fingers 😉
Very vast property overlooking to beautiful cliffs and fantastic views over the villages and terrace garden farms of Rose,Pomegranate,Olives.
Plenty of different categories of rooms and suites and swimming pools even private with your rooms.
It’s hard to describe in words go and enjoy and share your thoughts and feelings of the place even with me also. 👍🏾

Beautiful hotel. Very quite and peaceful. We had dinner by design at the hotel, it was very nice and romantic set up. Melody was the staff who looked after us. She was so kind and professional! The service from staffs here are amazing.
