Good place to stay. Believe it is one of the cleanest available in Sur. Many tourists book here. It is not very far from main attractions. You should not worry about location as long as you have your own car. Check out booking sites if you want more details.

It is a really good hotel to stay in Sur. Breakfast has been the best one we have taken in the whole Country, it looks like a hotel with more stars than it has. The staff at the restaurant and the lounge bar they are so nice and polite and trying to solve everything you need. The rooms are big and comfortable. I really recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay, the food was very good and the service was very good too. The reception and the staff are very welcoming and helpful, the pool is very nice as well as the gym.

Rooms are average. Buffet breakfast is good with a variety of comtinental, Indian and Arabic cuisine to choose from. Location is pretty convenient and in close vicinity to the central place. Swimming pool is a decent size not very big.

The neatness of the rooms superb. Breakfast is provided with limited variety. The restaurant location is close to the pool. Works are very friendly. Check in check out was fast and smooth. You can find shopping very close to the hotel. Sur city center is 2.5 km away. Overall, the hotel is very nice.

The location is great with perfect views and back door beach. Rooms are spacious but needs modern amenities as they were built few years ago. The restaurant is one of the toppest.

Budget hotel, great customer service, food not very expensive but big quantity and good quality, breakfast buffet good compared to their nominal price, sea view rooms are just amazing, Ras Al Jinz turtle reserve is 30 minutes drive from this place. Swimming pool is also good and well maintained.

A nice hotel in a quiet location. Good service and a great breakfast. There's a small museum and a gift shop on-site. The bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom was small, the shower curtain too short, causing water to spill outside the shower, and there was mold on the walls. No elevator in the building, and all rooms are on the first floor. The off-season price is not justified by the quality

Amazing experience! I recommend satying overnight at the reserve as you will get a free turtle watching tour and get the priority. Eco-tent is the best option, but be aware that it’s lacking some privacy.

We went early September 2022 and stayed over night at the reserve. It was such a magnificent experience. Every night during the peak season (July to September) 20-50 turtles nests on the reserves beach every night. There are two guided tours to the beach per day and hotel guests can join for free. Evening tours starts at 8.30pm but it was very crowded. The 4:30am tour was so much better great opportunity...

Its ok type hotel for couple of days stay. If you are ok to compromise Hygiene with Price then this will suit you. Very narrow lift.

Hotel location is nice, but checking in was very slow it keeps me waiting for more than half an hour, i called the manager a day before and had ask about the price and said it is OMR.20 per day but when i arrived the next morning the 1 bedroom flat with 2 single beds was priced 25 omani riyal already.. i was shocked.. im a solo backpacker and tired from the trip going here so i grab it and their excuse...

This hotel has the perfect mix of what you would like; clean, comfortable rooms. The hotel was clean and freshly renovated. The bed was extremely comfortable and all seemed to be in order. Long Beach and Park have behind the hotel. Makes up for in personality, cleanliness and value for money. Not expensive yet a nice hotel in Sur! Upsides: We got a huge room with three separate comfy beds. The A/C was very powerful, the room was cold as desired. Our room was clean and featured a big washroom and a TV with hundreds of Arabic channels and a few English stations. The staff at the receptions was fantastic. The lads even made coffee for us! There was free parking available in front of the building...

we stayed in oyo al thabit hotel sur, oman last jan 6 and 7. the room is clean and spaciuos, the loacation is very accesible. there was a problem with the reception staff on the 2nd day. he was on his mobile phone ( i was sure it was not a business call ) , and he made me wait for long time in the reception table.

Unfortunately hotel is not good. Very old. But if you want to stay there for one night without room service ,this hotel will be enough. There are WiFi, small parking and not far from center of city and Cornish.

Excellent Facilities. Basic but clean and comfortable. Convenient and very nice staff managing the desk especially Bibin. About 40 min drive from the turtle reserve.

The hotel is located near the sea. There is a little beach area 5 min away. We booked a suite 401. The staff at the reception was kind and helpful. The room itself was clean and all the necessities were present. For this price there was nothing to complain about.

It's a 3-star hotel. But the service has been excellent. It's not a lot on the amenities, but waking up every morning to the ocean view has been nice!

If you are looking for a budget hotel apartment in Sur this would be one of my recommendations because it was a Sea View Apratment, the room has adequate air and it was windy when we visited. The temperature at night was good too. The Receptionists was polite. There's parking lot available too for the guests. Outside the hotel there are small coffee shops if you wanna have breakfast but this is good...

Very good hotel at best location possible to stay. I liked my stay. Near and clean change sheets everyday m. Hot water and specially best pancakes and French toast breakfast I enjoyed.

Very good hotel if you want to stay in the center of Sur. The Souk is just around the corner as well as small grocery stores, restaurants etc. Rooms are comfortable and clean and there is a good choice for breakfast plus the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Nice hotel in good location near souq and the corniche. Comfortable renovated rooms and a good bed. Breakfast and good coffee in the café / hotel lobby. The staff is very friendly and offer good service. Thank you Sur Hotel!

The hotel is nice and the people were helpful. It was clean and all the facilities were working. It is quiet and the cars on the street were not noticeable.They offer breakfast for 3 OMR, which is a good price for a big amount of food. We could barely finish it and the quality was really good

this is the oldest hotel in Sur (1984) and has an amazing location in the centre of the city, close to everything. The rooms are standard and we had a pleasant stay for two nights. Naseer working in the reception is a cool guy and very helpful with any questions you have about Sur/Oman.

One of the best hotel in sur...very neat room..friendly staff and top of that very reasonable price.i would like to recommend apartments for family.
