Good and clean with sea view rooms. Breakfast was good and plentiful

The location is great with perfect views and back door beach. Rooms are spacious but needs modern amenities as they were built few years ago. The restaurant is one of the toppest.

Budget hotel, great customer service, food not very expensive but big quantity and good quality, breakfast buffet good compared to their nominal price, sea view rooms are just amazing, Ras Al Jinz turtle reserve is 30 minutes drive from this place. Swimming pool is also good and well maintained.

Excellent, very clean and a wonderful hotel with well maintained and clean rooms. Definitely should be considered as at the very least a 4* hotel! Staff are extremely polite, helpful and thoroughly professional. Meals are freshly prepared and are of a very high standard with a wide variety available. The service at Sur Beach Hotel is better than most of the designated 4* & 5* hotels I had previously...

I originally thought that the more expensive tent room would be better, but it turned out to be not as comfortable as the room upstairs in the lobby. Because it is close to the beach, the wind kept blowing on the tent all night, making it very loud and difficult to fall asleep.

Although I didn't see the turtle, the starry sky was super beautiful!!! The tent room was very good

The hotel is located in the turtle protection area. After checking in, there are activities to observe turtles at 20:20 in the evening and 5:00 in the morning of the next day. Fortunately, I saw turtles in both activities. It was very meaningful. In addition to turtles, you can also see the starry sky.

The turtles worked hard! Turtles usually come ashore at night, dig holes on the beach to lay eggs, bury the eggs, and then return to the sea. I like this hotel.

A nice hotel in a quiet location. Good service and a great breakfast. There's a small museum and a gift shop on-site. The bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom was small, the shower curtain too short, causing water to spill outside the shower, and there was mold on the walls. No elevator in the building, and all rooms are on the first floor. The off-season price is not justified by the quality

Amazing experience, came with our family (2 kids, a 3 year old and 1 year old) and we got to see everything we could have possibly asked to see: baby turtle emerging from their eggs, walking to the sea, mother turtles coming to the beach to lay eggs, watching the egg laying and covering process, all under the expert guidance or our guide who was very strict at enforcing where people walked and ensuring...

Very good hotel at best location possible to stay. I liked my stay. Near and clean change sheets everyday m. Hot water and specially best pancakes and French toast breakfast I enjoyed.

Very good hotel if you want to stay in the center of Sur. The Souk is just around the corner as well as small grocery stores, restaurants etc. Rooms are comfortable and clean and there is a good choice for breakfast plus the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Nice hotel in good location near souq and the corniche. Comfortable renovated rooms and a good bed. Breakfast and good coffee in the café / hotel lobby. The staff is very friendly and offer good service. Thank you Sur Hotel!

The hotel is nice and the people were helpful. It was clean and all the facilities were working. It is quiet and the cars on the street were not noticeable.They offer breakfast for 3 OMR, which is a good price for a big amount of food. We could barely finish it and the quality was really good

this is the oldest hotel in Sur (1984) and has an amazing location in the centre of the city, close to everything. The rooms are standard and we had a pleasant stay for two nights. Naseer working in the reception is a cool guy and very helpful with any questions you have about Sur/Oman.

Its ok type hotel for couple of days stay. If you are ok to compromise Hygiene with Price then this will suit you. Very narrow lift.

Hotel location is nice, but checking in was very slow it keeps me waiting for more than half an hour, i called the manager a day before and had ask about the price and said it is OMR.20 per day but when i arrived the next morning the 1 bedroom flat with 2 single beds was priced 25 omani riyal already.. i was shocked.. im a solo backpacker and tired from the trip going here so i grab it and their excuse...

This hotel has the perfect mix of what you would like; clean, comfortable rooms. The hotel was clean and freshly renovated. The bed was extremely comfortable and all seemed to be in order. Long Beach and Park have behind the hotel. Makes up for in personality, cleanliness and value for money. Highly recommended to anyone travelling Sur and light who is looking to spend the majority of his/her waking...

Rooms need total refurbishment they are very old and started to wear. Overall all good sleep and location

It's a hotel apartment. If someone is shifting in Sur for short period it's nice to stay here.

Decent and nothing more. Overall clean and well equipped - lacks a bit here and there in the details though. 10 minutes drive from the city centre. Ok as it's cheap

Excellent Facilities. Basic but clean and comfortable. Convenient and very nice staff managing the desk especially Bibin. About 40 min drive from the turtle reserve.

Good, clean and neat hotel. Ambience is good. The only downside is that food is not available in the hotel, all others are ok.

Big fridge, AC noisy. Big room with kitchen, but no pans, glasses, or tableware. Weird. No shower curtain, bath mat, or towels either.

If you are looking for a budget hotel apartment in Sur this would be one of my recommendations because it was a Sea View Apratment, the room has adequate air and it was windy when we visited. The temperature at night was good too. The Receptionists was polite. There's parking lot available too for the guests. Outside the hotel there are small coffee shops if you wanna have breakfast but this is good...
