The gym is very minimalistic unfortunately and the building does seem to run ventilation pipes but not in individual rooms. Heating uses radiators that are centrally controlled so expect not to spend much time in the room as the temperature could end up being unbearable depending on the time of the year. The location is great however and the staff are awesome and will go out of their way to help.

Very clean and quiet, staff was friendly, interior was spacious and interior fittings were quite new. Price was moderate. Neither cheap nor expensive. So overall good value for the money if you expect a comfortable stay with basic amenities.

Room was okay, though devoid of luxuries such as fridge or A/C. It was clean upon arrival, but at least the bathroom was never cleaned as far as I could tell in the 16 days I was there. Cleaning personnel usually just emptied the trashcan in the bedroom (not the bathroom bin) and replaced toilet paper - and the latter not always and not considerately, because I ran out twice. There's noise from the busy street with tram, but I had no trouble sleeping through that despite an open window. Breakfast was okay, with some selection which varied minimally. A small gym is available free of charge, but it was quite dirty.
