City hotel has an amazing breakfast, wide array of food to choose from, probably best I've ever had. Second time staying here with my family. Room size is decent for the family room. Service is good b staff is friendly.

Quiet hotel, good location, proper price relation. Good location in the center, quiet neighborhood close to old town and impressive opera house. Excellent service, helpful front desk staff, comfortable beds. However, clean but old style bathroom where door makes noise when opening and shower in a bathtub difficult to enter for some people with orthopedic problems.

It is an inviting hotel only a short walk from the old town along the river. The building is somewhat worn by time, but still offers comfortable rooms with sturdy beds and a sitting area. There is available parking if arriving by car, and considering there is a whole parking garage available its not likely to become full. Warm greetings at all times from staff and a comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. My only concern was a background sound, or hum, I assume from the air-con or heating services, that was present the entire time. Took a while to get to sleep. I stayed just the one night so no big deal.

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of the town. Staff were really lovely and always willing to help in any way. The only problem is to many mirrors. You really can bump into yourself on every corner, lol 😆.. scared myself a couple of times. Breakfast is nice, but one day was cold, but please don't let that put you off. Such a choice 👌. Town ! The room was also nice and clean.

It’s an amazing place and the service is great. But the tram line was right under my window and every time the tram passed by my room would literally shake! Of course it woke me up early in the morning. It is really a shame because the rest of it is perfect.

It’s an excellent hotel! The staffs are very welcoming and nice. When I need something, they are just once call away. I also love the amenities and atmosphere. I feel at home in this hotel. When I go back here in Poland, I’ll definitely stay here again soon!

Hotel is in a good location, a couple minutes’ walk to the footbridge/tightrope sculpture/old town Square and opposite the Opera house (which is a huge construction site at the moment so a bit of an eyesore). It’s on a busy and noisy main road with trams so you need to walk 100m to cross the road. Taxis can’t stop directly outside the hotel but on a side street. The Christmas market and funfair/Ferris...

I stayed in this hotel in 2013 when I came to Poland for training...the hotel staff were extremely cordial and helpful, rooms very clean and I found the breakfast buffet amazing...definitely recommend it.

Very fancy hotel. Clean rooms with stand up shower, tub, TV, fan, and furniture. The breakfast was the best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. They have a gym with some of the bare essentials, but there is also an outdoor gym with bars at the park nearby. The service was outstanding.

Property is historic and in a great spot in the city .. bar across street can get loud at night . Tram is on the street so easy transport everywhere . Main parts of city are walking distance.. rooms have no AC But lots of windows that can be opened for fresh air . Rooms are very spacious and comfortable , sleeps 2 safely , sofa bed is good for a child

Rooms can vary in size and guests mostly can expect very traditional feel. Hotel has quite interesting history behind and its staff are very helpful in providing information. Prompt responses online and always professional assistance. Location is perfect, however it is very noisy, as it is directly on Main Street with trams (Gdańska Str). Excellent Old Hotel on the main street in Bydgosczc. You are approximately a 5 minute walk to the Main Square. The rooms could use a Reno job, as everything is old. Room had free water/tea and coffee. Unfortunately, parking was not free. It cost 65zl a day ($24 Canadian). I found it a little steep!!! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here and walking around the close-by attractions.

Love this historic hotel. So much that we stayed there 5 times in the last 2 years already. Close to downtown and very friendly staff. The only thing I have issue is the bathroom: Shower head out of control ( I mean really out of control as it was spraying all over the bathroom) and very strong current. No way to adjust. Toilet has a very unusual shape… Water was extremely hot. I like it but...

Superstar hotel. From now on it will be my favourite hotel in Bydgoszcz. Super comfy rooms, bed, pristine clean and spacious. Fantastic breakfasts -one of the best I’ve ever had. Just 2minute walk from city centre.

Friendly staff but make sure when you have the chance to go for a room without a bath, just because if you don't have a bath the shower is 50 times better. I had to stand in the bath and the showerhead is very narrow and low so if you don't like to takes baths make sure you opt out

Very good hotel, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Also, you are able to use mini gym and sauna, conference area. Delicious breakfast and good restaurant inside. Very kind, polite, helpful and supportive personnel. Holiday Inn hotel is at very good place in Bydgoszcz town center and in old town. Comfortable transportation using town transport.

Quaint older style hotel, very clean and tidy even if it has quite a 1970's look overall. The staff are helpful and friendly, any requests were dealt with really quickly. Lovely big windows so you can look out over the city. Quite warm (August) and no air con, but not too noisy with the windows open to sleep. Very handy location, only a short walk from the train station and near plenty of useful...

Nice hotel on the edge of town. All staff spoke some English but reception had excellent English. Large choice for breakfast (£13). Lots of free parking on site. Bowling alley and arcade 2 minutes away. Rooms spacious and Wi-Fi good. Nice bar but only minus was it shut at 8pm ?????

On the Brda River, very convenient

Property visibly worn out a bit. Obviously seen the better days. Worst one: air conditioning not working in my room. After unseasonably warm, sunny day the southern exposure room was really hot and stuffy. Because of that I could not fall asleep before 3 am when the room finally cooled down thanks to open windows. Not the kind of trouble you expect from $100 (quite steep for provincial town in Poland...

We stayed in an apartment, a huge one but poorly furnished and decorated - needs more touch :) The car park isn't big but able to accept a good number of cars. Breakfast pretty tasty except for coffee that was terrible. Overall, ok but there are cosier hotels in the city

Hotel is a little far from main attraction (to walk). They had a cocktail on the night of my stay so we had noise until 2am. Mattress are extremely soft for me. Big room and big bathroom.

Hotel very good, clean, with a nice room service option (there is a very good restaurant with good food in the hotel). Staff friendly and knowledgeable. In room coffee, tea, water, towels, shampoo. The only drawback - stains on curtains, walls, etc. You can see that they cleaned, but the stains could not be removed.

I visited for 5 days. Reception is open 24/7 and service people are very nice and polite. Rooms are classic 3 star level. Quite comfortable bed, average price furniture, older carpets. Clean bathroom with a hair dryer, with shower gel in the shower but missing soap at washbasin. Parking included in price within hotel premises. What is really awesome is food at the restaurant. Very tasty chicken soup...

Great location! Just few minutes by bus to the main train station, good commute to the city center, old town, shopping mall and the forest - all direct. Great staff - very helpful and polite. Good variety of food. Flexibility with booking and payment. Free wi-fi and parking space. Truly recommend it.

No kettle, glasses, cups and cutlery. The price in the restaurant is not worth the food. We received takeaway food which we had no cutlery in the room. Room nice ane clean but unfortunately do not recommend cause of the reason above.

The hotel is rather traditional; there are no room cards, only keys. There's no kettle. It's located a little over 2km from the train station. The restaurant has a rustic decor, and the front desk staff are very friendly and nice.

Free parking is the biggest advantage. There's a pizza place next to the hotel, making it very convenient to get a pizza. The hotel is rather old and doesn't have a kettle. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Overall, 3-4 stars.

Fair hotel a bit outside of the city center. Price-quality very good. It has some services out of higher range type of hotel (like gym, Business services or an excellent breakfast.

It`s not very active city area, rather a suburb. The gym is okay.

Arrived in Bydgoszcz on Thursday evening with friends in the Wodnik ****Hotel. We are here because we will attend a wedding. The Wodnik Hotel is a Nice small hotel on a good location with a lot of handy stores nearby, together with a fitness centre, beauty saloon, hairdresser supermarket. Good parking facilities and so on... We both have become a good, neat and tidy room on the quiet side of the hotel...

The gym is very minimalistic unfortunately and the building does seem to run ventilation pipes but not in individual rooms. Heating uses radiators that are centrally controlled so expect not to spend much time in the room as the temperature could end up being unbearable depending on the time of the year. The location is great however and the staff are awesome and will go out of their way to help.

We were here with the club at a sports camp, I heartily recommend it. Very friendly service, comfortable rooms, the greatest advantage was definitely the tasty meals, which you could easily eat, which in many hotels is not connected with each other. I highly recommend it once again.

A decent place to stay offering spacious single rooms with a comfortable desk and a clean bathroom. It is in a quiet, outlying part of Bydgoszcz; however, a car is a must if you need to get to the city centre in less than 20 minutes.

I came with two dogs and either one employee have a strong allergy to a dogs hair no one from them have issue with it. Cheep and pleased to stay over at this hotel. Starting with the rooms - fairly clean, but ... The duvet and pillows come out of the pillowcases, and as for the pillowcases themselves, I would be ashamed to have such at home. Cramped in the room, crowded in the parking lot, this is the only downside, as a cheap employee hotel, it is ok. PS is a "male" hostel, an attractive woman can only be seen on the poster hanging in the smoking room 😁

Quite well, old but a very good quality/price. Bed is comfortable and rooms are clean and big, bathrooms also. However, the bathrooms need to be renovated, but they are clean. Restaurant and breakfast are very good. You can always find better, of course, but this hotel is enough to enjoy your stay. However, you need a car, because it is quite far away from the city center and the tramway.

The hotel is near a big mall. It is easy to access the centre. The rooms are very cozy and the restaurant makes delicious meals in low prices. Reception is the best part. Julia was very helpful. I had lost my baggage during flight transit and she supported me in whatever I needed. Excellent!

Went for a business trip , was booked by the company. Rooms were clean and tidy. Service at the reception was not that great never smile . The food at the restaurant was good value for money, and the service from staff was excellent. They always smiled and spoke English very well.
