Good location if you are part of Białe Błota dance tournament. Clean rooms, good food in restaurant.

I visited for 5 days. Reception is open 24/7 and service people are very nice and polite. Rooms are classic 3 star level. Quite comfortable bed, average price furniture, older carpets. Clean bathroom with a hair dryer, with shower gel in the shower but missing soap at washbasin. Parking included in price within hotel premises. What is really awesome is food at the restaurant. Very tasty chicken soup...

Very beautiful and old hotel. Interior is very original with a lot of authentic details, many eagles. Overall it gives impression that hotel has been well used. Nevertheless hotel is well kept (with some technical imperfections) and clean. Breakfast are served in an other beautiful environment. The hotel fee for breakfast buffet is 65 zloty. A menue is available as well where breakfast dishes cost...

The hotel was booked for my son's wedding. The staff went to a lot of effort regarding the food, decorations, service etc. It truly was a great night (wedding lasted from 6pm to 3.30am). In the morning the place was cleared up very efficiently.

A gorgeous hotel with unique architecture located in the city center. However, I would like to emphasize the exceptionally high level of service at the reception desk (Mrs. Anastasia and the other lady on Sunday morning :-) and in the restaurant (Mr. Waiter): Your professionalism is unique. I congratulate the hotel owners for such wonderful employees.

We attended a private event for a special dinner for a large group. The food was excellent and the servers were professional and courteous. Ola was exceptional as she was attentive and kind. I would give 5 stars however the event room was not 5 star quality as it was located in a strange room and the music was loud. I would certainly give this venue another chance but I’d request a better location...

love this hotel vibe. I feel like it’s from another world. a bit of travel in time combined with a movie scenery. what makes a real difference from other hotels is the staff though. Chef, who bakes an amazing bread, breakfast waitress who makes you feel like at home, receptionist and manager who all most professionally solved an issue we had. with all this being said - we’ll be back. Excellent hotel/resort… our room was so pretty and romantic. The whole staff is extremely nice and polite … we want to come in summer. The spa is stunning. Nice location as well very closed to restaurants and the mall .

The staff is top notch. Always friendly, always helpful, processional and most of the staff speak excellent English. Breakfast is very good, but it gets old quick if you stay over a prolonged time (always the same selection). The Spa area is tiny but cozy. Room was very clean and spacious.

The best hotel in Bydgoszcz and one of the best in the country. Still feels brand new (although it's not) and everything about it is super neat, modern and clean. Great attention to detail, their staff is super professional and friendly and the location is simply perfect! Plus we got Christmas greetings and a box of Merci as a welcome gift, simply amazing 👍👍👍

Very nice receptionists, got a nice and warm Welcome. Rooms clean and new. Breakfast was really good - one star deduction due to the fact that one coffee machine is much too slow for the amount of guests in the morning. Also the Location is perfect to discover Bydgoszcz. All in all: Hotel is highly recommendable!

I'm absolutely impressed with the customer service! I've made numerous changes to my bookings before the stay, and every time I've got a quick response, everything was sorted no questions asked. Definitely reccomend the hotel. Many thanks to Jakub for his patience :)

I recently spent two very pleasant weeks at the Mercure Sepia. All staff members are very professional, prompt and kind. Clear room, rapid and efficient services, excellent restaurant and room service. Definitely recommended.

In General, the impressions going great, the service is good! Edinstvinnyy minus no floors designated Smoking area, all floors have spuskatsya to the bottom of the street, it causes discomfort.

Quaint older style hotel, very clean and tidy even if it has quite a 1970's look overall. The staff are helpful and friendly, any requests were dealt with really quickly. Lovely big windows so you can look out over the city. Quite warm (August) and no air con, but not too noisy with the windows open to sleep. Very handy location, only a short walk from the train station and near plenty of useful...

Beautiful hotel in a quiet and green area. Great breakfast. Very convenient for car travellers. Gas station and a supermarket just near the hotel.

Arrived in Bydgoszcz on Thursday evening with friends in the Wodnik ****Hotel. We are here because we will attend a wedding. The Wodnik Hotel is a Nice small hotel on a good location with a lot of handy stores nearby, together with a fitness centre, beauty saloon, hairdresser supermarket. Good parking facilities and so on... We both have become a good, neat and tidy room on the quiet side of the hotel...

A decent place to stay offering spacious single rooms with a comfortable desk and a clean bathroom. It is in a quiet, outlying part of Bydgoszcz; however, a car is a must if you need to get to the city centre in less than 20 minutes.

Nothing extraordinary as simple hotel, but clean, safe, good food and helpful staff.

Starting with the rooms - fairly clean, but ... The duvet and pillows come out of the pillowcases, and as for the pillowcases themselves, I would be ashamed to have such at home. Few contacts, no plates or knives - you won't make bread. You will go to the bathroom to wash yourself Service? Laughter in the room. The lady who accepted us is a real gold, such is the one to look for with a candle, and...

Furniture not all out of premium quality but nevertheless decent. Excellent service and attention. Very good sleeping condition. Very complete breakfast. Sad that full payment is required at check-in (even for a 2+ weeks stay), from my perspective it reduces the perception of dedication level.

It was my first time here and I would come back! My room was very clean. It is a pleasant size and the bathroom is also modern. The breakfast is plentiful and good. Everything was top 5 stars.

Ok hotel for the money. Didn't have breakfast so I can't speak about that. The bathroom had a swollen wall from leaking bathroom ... Overall if there is another hotel for that price I wouldn't want to be back there. Clean room but very small ...

I've stayed for 1 week with my husband and was really good. Very tidy, clean, good bed, and good fridge. Close to mall, where you can buy food, drinks whatever you want. Also close to tram stop and bus stop. Was worth the price for 7 days. I recommend to you.

No air conditioning but the nights are not hot in Bydgoszcz. I like the direct and simple way to drive to the center of the city. Simple but good gym room, good breakfast. Refurbished and very decent hotel. Parking lot for guests is available and the overall quality is typical for European 3-star hotel. Cons: price. This place is really expensive comparing to other hotels of this class, hence my 3-stars rating.

It is a lovely place! I have celebrated my birthday with a family, the food was very tasty, service kind, prompt and very helpful. Lovely ambiance, surprisingly quiet. It is a stop worth making!

Quite well, old but a very good quality/price. Bed is comfortable and rooms are clean and big, bathrooms also. However, the bathrooms need to be renovated, but they are clean. Restaurant and breakfast are very good. You can always find better, of course, but this hotel is enough to enjoy your stay. However, you need a car, because it is quite far away from the city center and the tramway.

The place is fantastic. It is a small fairy tail. I enjoyed the time over there since I entered. I recommend it to everyone

Cramped in the room, crowded in the parking lot, this is the only downside, as a cheap employee hotel, it is ok. PS is a "male" hostel, an attractive woman can only be seen on the poster hanging in the smoking room 😁

I recommend this place to stay. Clean, warm and pleasant. Good localization. Nice service. Additional pluses are kitchens, washing machine, Wi-Fi and free parking.
