Quaint older style hotel, very clean and tidy even if it has quite a 1970's look overall. The staff are helpful and friendly, any requests were dealt with really quickly. Lovely big windows so you can look out over the city. Quite warm (August) and no air con, but not too noisy with the windows open to sleep. Clean hotel, good location, next to bus station, trams, big mall , a very tasty breakfast.

The hotel is easy to find, the room is a bit small, free parking zone could be found next to the gate

It is not too bad to stay in this hotel.

Easy check in and check out. The room was spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom, which was positively gleaming. The cleaners were always polite and said hello. Location next door to a nice mall which was handy for shopping and for a food court. The bus stop for the airport is outside the mall which made the trip to the airport a breeze. A 15-minute walk to the old town

The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the old town but close to the bus station and main route to the airport. Our room was small but had everything we needed. The carpet was stained but the room was very clean otherwise. The shower was very good. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. We didn’t eat in the restaurant otherwise but did have a drink in the bar. The bar is not cosy and closes...

Beautifully ornate building, staircase in particular, well renovated restaurant and bar area, rooms comfortable and very clean although a little tired. Staff very pleasant, polite and attentive. Couldn't be in a better spot, 100yds from the Christmas Market & Old Town Market Square. All at a very good price.

Very beautiful and old hotel. Interior is very original with a lot of authentic details, many eagles. Overall it gives impression that hotel has been well used. Nevertheless hotel is well kept (with some technical imperfections) and clean. Breakfast are served in an other beautiful environment. The hotel fee for breakfast buffet is 65 zloty. A menue is available as well where breakfast dishes cost...

The hotel was booked for my son's wedding. The staff went to a lot of effort regarding the food, decorations, service etc. It truly was a great night (wedding lasted from 6pm to 3.30am). In the morning the place was cleared up very efficiently.

A gorgeous hotel with unique architecture located in the city center. However, I would like to emphasize the exceptionally high level of service at the reception desk (Mrs. Anastasia and the other lady on Sunday morning :-) and in the restaurant (Mr. Waiter): Your professionalism is unique. I congratulate the hotel owners for such wonderful employees.

Superstar hotel. From now on it will be my favourite hotel in Bydgoszcz. Super comfy rooms, bed, pristine clean and spacious. Fantastic breakfasts -one of the best I’ve ever had. Just 2minute walk from city centre.

Friendly staff but make sure when you have the chance to go for a room without a bath, just because if you don't have a bath the shower is 50 times better. I had to stand in the bath and the showerhead is very narrow and low so if you don't like to takes baths make sure you opt out

Very good hotel, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Also, you are able to use mini gym and sauna, conference area. Delicious breakfast and good restaurant inside. Very kind, polite, helpful and supportive personnel. Holiday Inn hotel is at very good place in Bydgoszcz town center and in old town. Comfortable transportation using town transport.

A good hotel in a convenient location close to the centre. Very clean, with good sized rooms and modern furniture and facilities. Breakfast was reasonably priced with plenty of choice.

Good value for the money, stayed one night and was all good, only slight issue is could not get Internet to work as would not accept provided password, so just used own sim data allowance...

Furniture not all out of premium quality but nevertheless decent. Excellent service and attention. Very good sleeping condition. Very complete breakfast. Sad that full payment is required at check-in (even for a 2+ weeks stay), from my perspective it reduces the perception of dedication level.

It was my first time here and I would come back! My room was very clean. It is a pleasant size and the bathroom is also modern. The breakfast is plentiful and good. Everything was top 5 stars.

A decent place to stay offering spacious single rooms with a comfortable desk and a clean bathroom. It is in a quiet, outlying part of Bydgoszcz; however, a car is a must if you need to get to the city centre in less than 20 minutes.

Amazing hotel, clean and very helpfull staff members!!! Hotel location is very good- out side of town around the forest- very quiet. The Manager Karolina its a star. I came with two dogs and either one employee have a strong allergy to a dogs hair no one from them have issue with it. Cheep and pleased to stay over at this hotel. Ok hotel for the money. Didn't have breakfast so I can't speak about that. The bathroom had a swollen wall from leaking bathroom ... Overall if there is another hotel for that price I wouldn't want to be back there. Clean room but very small ...

I've stayed for 1 week with my husband and was really good. Very tidy, clean, good bed, and good fridge. Close to mall, where you can buy food, drinks whatever you want. Also close to tram stop and bus stop. Was worth the price for 7 days. I recommend to you.

Starting with the rooms - fairly clean, but ... The duvet and pillows come out of the pillowcases, and as for the pillowcases themselves, I would be ashamed to have such at home. Cramped in the room, crowded in the parking lot, this is the only downside, as a cheap employee hotel, it is ok. PS is a "male" hostel, an attractive woman can only be seen on the poster hanging in the smoking room 😁

I recommend this place to stay. Clean, warm and pleasant. Good localization. Nice service. Additional pluses are kitchens, washing machine, Wi-Fi and free parking.

Very clean and quiet, staff was friendly, interior was spacious and interior fittings were quite new. Price was moderate. Neither cheap nor expensive. So overall good value for the money if you expect a comfortable stay with basic amenities.

Fair hotel a bit outside of the city center. Price-quality very good. It has some services out of higher range type of hotel (like gym, Business services or an excellent breakfast.

This hotel is much better than similar style hotels in north America i.e. Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn, Holiday Inn, etc.. the hotel modern, clean, quiet... staff are lovely... the breakfast is morning is 5 star... absolutely delicious! I was so impressed with Hotel Maraton, as well as the city of Bydgoszcz. Highly recommend a visit to Bydgoszcz and stay at Hotel Maraton... this is a 4 star hotel...

Comfortable hotel, close to the center of Bydgoszcz and with a free parking place. Nothing to blame compare to more expensive hotels. Very clean and quite big room with modern bathroom. Refurbished and very decent hotel. Parking lot for guests is available and the overall quality is typical for European 3-star hotel. Cons: price. This place is really expensive comparing to other hotels of this class, hence my 3-stars rating.

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of the town. Staff were really lovely and always willing to help in any way. The only problem is to many mirrors. You really can bump into yourself on every corner, lol 😆.. scared myself a couple of times. Breakfast is nice, but one day was cold, but please don't let that put you off. Such a choice 👌. Town ! The room was also nice and clean.

It’s an amazing place and the service is great. But the tram line was right under my window and every time the tram passed by my room would literally shake! Of course it woke me up early in the morning. It is really a shame because the rest of it is perfect.

It’s an excellent hotel! The staffs are very welcoming and nice. When I need something, they are just once call away. I also love the amenities and atmosphere. I feel at home in this hotel. When I go back here in Poland, I’ll definitely stay here again soon!

Hotel is in a good location, a couple minutes’ walk to the footbridge/tightrope sculpture/old town Square and opposite the Opera house (which is a huge construction site at the moment so a bit of an eyesore). It’s on a busy and noisy main road with trams so you need to walk 100m to cross the road. Taxis can’t stop directly outside the hotel but on a side street. The Christmas market and funfair/Ferris...

The arrival was started with a lot of luggage but no help, no one show me the room, just sitting on the chair at the reception ….. and attention if you are so tall then I ….. the beds are not very long.. A beautiful hotel close to the city centre with very friendly and hospitable staff. The front office of Victoria, Agnieska, Aneta, Karolina were super helpful. Bydgoszcz is an undiscovered gem. Hotel very good, clean, with a nice room service option (there is a very good restaurant with good food in the hotel). Staff friendly and knowledgeable. In room coffee, tea, water, towels, shampoo. The only drawback - stains on curtains, walls, etc. You can see that they cleaned, but the stains could not be removed.

I visited for 5 days. Reception is open 24/7 and service people are very nice and polite. Rooms are classic 3 star level. Quite comfortable bed, average price furniture, older carpets. Clean bathroom with a hair dryer, with shower gel in the shower but missing soap at washbasin. Parking included in price within hotel premises. What is really awesome is food at the restaurant. Very tasty chicken soup...

We were here with the club at a sports camp, I heartily recommend it. Very friendly service, comfortable rooms, the greatest advantage was definitely the tasty meals, which you could easily eat, which in many hotels is not connected with each other. I highly recommend it once again.
