No internet old furniture, no shampoo. Internet is poor everywhere in hotel. What??? It’s 2025! Get with the program. Rooms are dated, can’t put 2 chairs on balcony. We came by bikes maybe they think we don’t derserve the best their hotel can offer??? We are the best customer checking late checking out early, boo

Hotel Jan in Darłówek is the perfect place for a quiet seaside holiday at any time of the year. The rooms are clean, spacious and the staff are very friendly, professional and supportive. The location is a great asset - right on the beach and close to the harbour. The hotel also offers an aquapark, saunas and a wellness area, which are great after a day outdoors. Breakfast and dinner are varied and tasty. The place is excellent for both families and those looking for relaxation. I will definitely be back!

Nice hotel near Darlowo. Simple rooms, missing some decor and character but cozy enough for a short stay. Bathroom facilities are a bit outdated, shower head was facing cabin wall and was not easy to use without holding it. Safe, hair dryer, fridge (not minibar). Doors and walls could be more soundproof or activities (pool etc.) should be located on a different floor. Very good breakfast with many options guests can choose from. All products are fresh and tasty. Nice and helpful staff. Great location, not so central and quiet.

Friendly stuff, the rooms were very nice, spacious and clean and we had a lovely terrace. The food was also very delicious. The pools and the spa area are amazing! We will visit again.

Good hotel but not great, some things in need of update, inclusive meals need more variety often same thing every day and lacking in hotel staff at busy times I.e waited 15 minutes to be served at the bar, plus points ideal location for beach and town good indoor access to water park

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable rooms, spacious. Breakfast is reach and full of meat. Staff is very friendly. Sea is across the road. Hotel is surrounded by pine trees, what makes air specially fresh. A lot of activities are available. In a nutshell Hotel Jan is the best among nearby hotels.

Hotel room is good, location is also good but poor management and kitchen, they keep on serving us the old, spoiled and dried salam, cheese, salads and starters of several fish, meat which are probably remained from New Year Eve 😠
