The food selection was limited, and the rooms were clean, but the children's playroom wasn't cleaned at all. During my three-year stay, no one even vacuumed it—it was a terrible mess. The pool was small, as were the saunas—one of which was constantly out of order. The friendly service was a plus. The hotel differs from other four-star hotels.

We stayed with my family for a weekend and were very, very happy. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the children (ages 9 and 6) were thrilled – they practically never left the playroom or the pool. The massage chairs available in the hallway were also a great addition.

The food was delicious, although we would have liked to see a wider selection of fruit. My only minor suggestion would be firmer mattresses, which would improve sleep comfort.

We definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and would happily return.

In my opinion, the hotel deserves a solid 3.5 stars. The decor is modest, but the furniture is new, the bathrooms are tasteful, and everything is clean. The meals lack variety; the same selection for breakfast and dinner almost every day, although the salads, egg spreads, and herring are very tasty. The pancakes and crumpets are first-rate! However, the so-called warm dishes are milk bar-level: defrosted mixed vegetables, squid in batter (actually just batter made from deep-frying), overcooked rice with chicken and peas. During our stay, they also served an extra meal (lunch), so overall, it was okay. The pool is small, but the water is warmer than in other hotels. The saunas and mini graduation tower are a plus. In my opinion, the entire hotel was too warm (around 25 degrees Celsius). One drawback is that the parking lot is at the back of the building, so bags/suitcases have to be carried several dozen meters or climbed stairs. And from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. there was music playing from the loudspeakers in the corridors, I don't know why, because not everyone gets up early on holiday 😉

Well-kept rooms, music in the corridor, delicious food in the canteen and nice service. Despite the location in a street quite crowded with tourists, it is quiet and close to the sea. The swimming pool, sauna and salt cave are a plus. There are also places with armchairs in the corridors, where you can relax. You can order cleaning or towel change at any time. I recommend

Great location, close to everything. The view from the terrace to the embankment plus live music is a very nice thing. A playroom where children can have fun as they wish. Small children. A huge plus for the kitchens, everyone will find something to do to their liking. We do it ourselves, everything is fresh and tasty. Super service in the cafeteria. Many thanks to all the well-coordinated and pleasant staff.

Wspaniale spędzone święta dzięki obsłudze hotelu i aranżacji wszystkich wnętrz w klimacie świątecznym.
Posiłki były przepyszne bez wyjątku, od śniadania, po popołudniową zupę, aż po kolacje. Człowiek nie da rady chodzić głodnym :)
Pokoje są w świetnym standardzie, strefa wellness również.
Jechaliśmy z psem, który również został przyjęty bez najmniejszych problemów, a patrząc po standardach jednak można by się tego spodziewać. Mimo bogatego zewnętrza, to wnętrze hotelu czyli właściciele oraz obsługa pozostają bardzo wyrozumiali, skromni i ciepli w odbiorze.

Hello, I recommend the hotel with a clear conscience ❤️ maybe I'll start with the pros after 1 The location is Mega 2 The food is delicious and varied 3 The service is very nice and helpful, especially Mrs. Marlena dedicated to her work and Mrs. Agata with whom you could discuss all topics 5. Large and free parking 6. Any problem is solved immediately 7. Small pool, but sufficient ❤️Now the cons 1. There is no doctor in the camp 2. There are no animators and integration meetings😒 Overall I rate the stay SUPER We will definitely come back here 😁 we already have a reservation for September 😁 Greetings to the owner and all the amazing staff 😍
