I loved the stay, I often travel through Poland for work and this is my new favourite hotel in Elk now. The hotel is beautiful, staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast exceeded my hopes and was better (and beautifully served) than in most hotels . Interior was open and elegant. I arrived late in the evening but there was a kebab place open just a few doors away, that was very convenient and tasty...
As an American staying here for the second time, this hotel is in a good location, good breakfast, fair rooms, and friendly staff. The hotel could use some upgrades like air conditioning and better hallway lighting at night.
Great location, friendly staff. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room is my only gripe, they did supply both still and sparkling water though.
I would stay again though.

Breakfast was amazing, many options to choose, something hot, something light, something sweet, some fresh fruits. Everybody will have their own satisfaction.

The place looks like it needs some management.
Reception lady is far from being nice.
Room was ok, matresses were very good.
Good spartan breakfast.
Defenitely romantic it is not, but it is centrally located.
Hotel staff is very friendly. Very clean and cozy rooms. The hotel owner threw a special dinner for us on Christmas Eve. Will always remember this place!!
