I loved the stay, I often travel through Poland for work and this is my new favourite hotel in Elk now. The hotel is beautiful, staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast exceeded my hopes and was better (and beautifully served) than in most hotels . Interior was open and elegant. I arrived late in the evening but there was a kebab place open just a few doors away, that was very convenient and tasty. Hotel has huge parking space! My room had a balcony and a view on the town.

As an American staying here for the second time, this hotel is in a good location, good breakfast, fair rooms, and friendly staff. The hotel could use some upgrades like air conditioning and better hallway lighting at night.

Great location, friendly staff. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room is my only gripe, they did supply both still and sparkling water though.

Great location, in town centre, close to bus and train station.
Reception open 24/7, very helpful staff 👍.
Breakfast was amazing, many options to choose, something hot, something light, something sweet, some fresh fruits. Everybody will have their own satisfaction.

Really BAD service in the restaurant , not welcome, we came in, the waitress was preparing tables for weeding, we asked if we could have dinner (14.00) and she said : if you want to ... Really unprofessional , the diner was fairly good .

The place looks like it needs some management.
Reception lady is far from being nice.
Room was ok, matresses were very good.
Good spartan breakfast.
Defenitely romantic it is not, but it is centrally located.

Hotel staff is very friendly. Very clean and cozy rooms. The hotel owner threw a special dinner for us on Christmas Eve. Will always remember this place!!
