Hello, my husband and I spent 2 weeks in a cramped room with a balcony from which you couldn't see anything. The trees blocked the view, even though it was a room facing the city. It's dark in the rooms on the forest side and you can get depressed. The bathroom was small, the shower curtain stuck to the body. From 5.30, sometimes a little later, there was terrible noise from workers and machines because the road was being repaired, which I was not informed about when I called and asked about difficult access and parking. The disco polo music was so loud every day until 9 p.m. from the Biskupie Ponds that, unfortunately, despite the heat, the windows and balcony doors had to be closed. Massacre. In the evenings, until 11 p.m., hotel guests were making noise in front of the hotel entrance, but the reception staff did not respond. Food and service in the canteen Ok. Minus for the lack of dough, the cookies were dry. Reception a bit worse. Rehabilitation was also ok, although the man in the bathtubs climbed behind the curtain and asked if the water was OK when you were naked. As if he couldn't ask through the curtain. I changed the treatment to another one.
The hotel should provide me with rest as specified in the hotel regulations. However, this did not happen. As an apology, we received a glass of wine and an apple pie. Is this enough for 2 weeks of wasted vacation?
