Decent place with decent pool and good breakfast. Walls have some moist and need to be renovated but apart from that is a super retreat

Staffs are friendly.Breakfast was good.(We didn't eat the dinner at hotel because we were walking around the town) The room where we stayed also clean and comfortable.

Family run hotel. Very unique type of accommodation. Old and new part of building. One of the best wellnesses, included in a price, one can get! Kitchen like a homade style of cooking. Very helpful staff. Only one minus. I would suggest to put more emphasis on cleaning. But I can only recommend, the surrouding is gorgeous and view is beutifull.

Amazing service aswell as amazing hotel. 24 hour access to coffee and drinks. Breakfast is delicious and prepared perfectly. The bar was very nice with a pool table and dart board (cues were in kind of bad condition as well as the darts but still useable). Rooms were spacious and clean. Price is Very good for what you get. Beautiful new hotel in modern style. The equipment is tasteful, the hotel is stylish and clean. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and richness offered breakfast - we just missed a wider range of pastries as croissants. The only drawback of this hotel is, that has no restaurant - in the evening you have to eat a cold meal in the bar or go to dinner elsewhere.

Hotel with a nice location close to the trails, a slight problem with finding a parking space. As for breakfast, I think it's positive, I ate brilliant Russian dumplings in the hotel restaurant. I recommend.

Organizing a large corporate event in cooperation with hotel employees is a pleasure - they are able to adapt to the client's needs. Food very good. Hello, my husband and I spent 2 weeks in a cramped room with a balcony from which you couldn't see anything. The trees blocked the view, even though it was a room facing the city. It's dark in the rooms on the forest side and you can get depressed. The bathroom was small, the shower curtain stuck to the body. Generally ok, the common areas in the hotel are great, the staff is all very nice and helpful. Breakfast very good, large selection of everything. The restaurant is also ok, good food. I only have comments on the room's decor, not very cozy but clean. Fantastic location. It is possible to store bicycles.

Just had a lovely two-night stay at this hotel. The receptionist offered a very high standard of customer service. Breakfast was great, and a little different both days. Great view, very nice personel. Praces are average. Still 2 dogs living in the hotel are a problem for those, who has allergy or do not prefer staying with animals.

It's clean and cosy. Has everything what you need. It's near to everything important in Lądek. It's just sometimes they don't know you're coming;) and it's bit difficult to get in..

Place neat and clean. Lux rooms are really spacious and the beds are comfortable, where you can relax. The kitchen is generally available. Parking included. Very nice and helpful owners !! The exterior is not interesting, but inside, everything is renovated and new.
